I went to pick up my truck, was an hr late n they had given my truck away to someone else. No one called me or told me they would give it away if your late to pick up. So I had to get a bigger truck I didn’t need.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. My only suggestion is to update your Uhaul providers. I originally signed up for a different location closer to home and it was changed the next day to the Cermak office which was further away and Inoaid more in mileage.

I made a reservation agreement to pick up my truck in my town. Not only did they change the location to TWENTY MILES AWAY; but they sent me a text stating the WRONG PICK UP DATE. AND THE WRONG SIZE TRUCK WAS GIVEN. Very Stressful dealing with such incompetence. Very poor communication between your various offices, reservations and locations. The pick up place was normal and I have no complaint about the folks there.

Easy drop off. The lot guy didn’t introduce himself or explain what needed to happen. I helped him disconnect the trailer and he said you’re done. I asked if I could get a receipt for confirmation and he stated, we’ll email you one as he turned and walked away.

The staff at this location was friendly and attentive. The store itself was about 98 degrees because the air conditioner was not working, it was very uncomfortable and unfortunate because it was so warm in the store all the computers were down to process my transaction took about an extra 20 min, the staff kept apologizing for the fact it was so warm and because they could not finish my return. I suggest that uhaul please fix the air conditioner in this building asap and give employees the proper working conditions to attend to customers. Employees are five star excellent but the building and the fact that it was 98 degrees in that building was one star. Thank you.

Only one little thing, the gasoline meter doesn’t show the correct amount of gasoline it has. When we put gasoline,the tank was full and it showed that it had only 3/4. We try to add more gasoline and it spilled because it was full already.

Terrible process. I reserved a truck to be picked up in Forest Park. I received a confirmation email before the pick day that confirmed I was all set. I arrived at the pick up location and was told they did not have a truck for me. What is the point of reserving a truck if its not there when you go to pick it up? Awful process. Terrible web site. Bad experience.

They added the insurance without my consent. When I noticed it and told them to remove it they told me they could only adjust it to deduct $9.00 instead of the $10.00 I was charged. I told them this was unacceptable so they gave me a dollar in cash.

The corporate customer service set a 26' reservation and when I arrived at the location it was never there and I felt misled. But the customer service representative at the location found a way to make things better and from now on I'm calling the store directly.
