The gas gauge was not working properly and caused me to overfill the tank by $10 !!! I asked that the attendant put it in the notes !! I should be given a $10 refund!!! 763-391-8837! I am not able to rate this company until I see how they resolve this issue to not only reimburse me but to fix that equipment so that it doesn't happen to someone else!!!

More workers in the morning since trucks are returned the most during morning hours. It was one worker when I returned my truck taking care of 3 customers. He did a great job though.

The staff at this location were amazing! I was able to get the measurements for the ball mount for free and they checked out my connections as well! They were very professional and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone looking for any moving needs.

This is one of the best location been going to this location over 20yrs. I have recommended. Several family and friends but as of yesterday the general manager of the store stated he had no more trucks. I asked if there was another location near by he said our other location don't have any either so Advil standing there one guy walked in told him the same thing he walks out. Few seconds later two other guys walked in the other staff was taking care of them stated the same the general manager stop talking care of me walks OVER and tells the staff member oh one just came in its being cleaned out now so I stated I saud excuse me I just inquired about another truck before they walked in he general manager looks at me and say I No longer can rent to you anymore I was confused like excuse me. Why not he paused as those he had to think of WHY. Then he looks me in my face and say because you dumped trash in my dumpster I said you can't be serious I thought that's what they was used for he paused again then looks at me as though he was going to say something else but just continued with my transaction gave me my change and said have a nice day I took one of his cards asked you are the general manager for this store he said yes is there anyone else I can speak to about this matter he just walked away I walked out devastated has to call another location made a reservation drive way to Hodgkin's IL to pick up the truck and couldn't get it because. They general manager (Ray Froedge) put a tag on my name to where I can't rent from Uhaul anywhere the paper that was printed out states the person has an outstanding issue with Uhaul and is currently on ALERT please do not rent to them until it is resolved they can do so by contacting a representative so I will be calling. The regional office to discuss this matter

the employee was a fool. should not be working there. very poor customer service skills. just awful. I have rented multiple trailers with the same set up 2019 chevy tahoe and hitch that I purchased from Uhaul. This fool tells me he can't rent me at the trailer because my factory truck is too high. he's dumb and should have removed the snow from around the trailer before I arrived so I could have parked on solid ground. then I learned the trailer light was out afterwards. He's just an awful person that I would rather rent from another company instead of dealing with him. I don't know his name and wouldn't recommend my friends or family to him. he's terrible! just terrible. Even as I waited to be helped... he walked out after helping the current customer and didn't acknowledge me or say he'll be back.. just left out. but after he got my paperwork together then was heading back out. he made an effort to address the other awaiting female customer. my trailer was 29 bucks with 8 bucks for insurance. but I was charged 60 bucks and I need my money back please. I returned the trailer the same day and the other employee was very helpful, kind and polite unlike the fool earlier. The second guy should supervise or train the guy that rented the trailer to me for sure, he can learn a lot! even after I got my trailer hooked up.. I told him he should do a better job and not be awful... He just stood there like a fool. I was a bit stressed and upset because of his actions. please retrain or replace him. I don't want to see him lose his job, but I'm sure you don't want to lose a customer(s). Help him do better n please help him.

The website was a constant hassle, I had to do almost everything either in person or thru phone call, rather than on my phone. Other than that, the store was very friendly, vehicles we clean, and the mover's service came in clutch.

The mirror on the passenger side was completely covered in dirt. I had to pull over to clean it in order to be able to drive. They also only had one of two furniture dollies I had reserved. However, the process is simple, the employees are not friendly or rude, they're there to do their job and I was there to rent a truck not make friends. The location has great parking to leave your car while you use their trucks. I have rented from here twice and both times I was pleased with the transaction. I would return again.

My charges was not explained fully I was quoted for 91 miles at one price. I went 30 or 40 miles over and was charged again for $82. No one way rentals in Chicago is not providing customers what they need. Had to pay over $200 just to move to Racine,WI and drive an empty truck back getting charged by the mile. This is no way to do business and I'm completely unsatisfied with these charges and horrible service. I would never use this company again.
