The person who connected our tow dolly did not safely attach my car properly. We got half way there and noticed one of the straps unlatched and the second was starting to come undone. My boyfriend had to take the car off the tow dolly and restrain the tires. If we had not noticed we could have been in a serious accident. This should not have happened and it's not our job to do someone else's job! Never again will I rent from this location.MARISSA J.

I had one of the worst experience. The manager or whatever her name is, is extremely rude. My property was delayed for more than two weeks, the manager i was connected to on the phone, was one of the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to. On top of the nonsense they did, they want to charge me $167 for whatever rental that I never requested for. After paying $2,500 and some change to ship my ubox. Worst experience.Ojornile C.

I rented the truck for a move on Monday and kept it for an extra day (Tuesday)....A different crew took the truck back later Tuesday but forgot to get two dollies (which belongs to us) and about 40 blankets out of the truck. I will call U-Haul on Mesa tomorrow morning and send someone to pick the items up that belong to my first crew. Gary Bombeck will drop by your location on Mesa in El Paso to pick up items in the morning and has my permission. Thanks.....Sue WooSUE W.

When I got there, it appeared like no one was in the store. Finally, at one of the registers there was this big dude. He was on his phone. Finally, I interrupted him and let him know that I was returning a dolly. He asked me if I had any problems with it. I told him that it looked like one of the brake lights was out. He told me he was going to have to charge me and that it would appear on my record so if I ever rented from uhaul again that it was going to prevent me from renting unless I paid. I told him that if was broken at pickup location and they helped me fix it. He acted like he was doing me a favor and not going to charge me. He said the Denver store was most likely going to charge me. He was rude and not helpful. Not happy working there. Luckily I called the Denver store and they told me everything was going to be okay.RAMON T.

It’s storage, nothing fancy. Paying $10 more per month to have a lower level unit was silly. $45 a month is too much for such a small unit, I don’t see the value or cost savings there.
