Joe Falaye has helped me time and time again during one of the most difficult periods of my life. I was overwhelmed and couldn’t get the level of service I needed from PODS or other moving companies. I honestly didn’t expect U-Haul to step up the way they did, but Joe completely changed my experience. In today’s world, it’s rare to find someone who provides honest, professional, authentic customer service, but Joe does exactly that. He went above and beyond every step of the way, making what could have been an incredibly stressful move so much easier. I originally thought I’d only need U-Haul’s services once, but because my new place wasn’t ready, I ended up needing them multiple times. I kept coming back because of the outstanding service Joe provided, and I’ve even referred a friend to this location because I know they’ll be taken care of. Joe is a true asset to U-Haul and absolutely deserves recognition—and in my opinion, a raise. Thank you, Joe, for everything you’ve done. You’re the kind of person who restores faith in great customer service. If you’re using this U-Haul location, ask for Joe. You won’t be disappointed.
Nathaniel FI called beforehand to voice concerns about a tire blowout, having experienced two incidents at that location. The staff member on the phone personally inspected the trailer before my arrival. I encountered no problems while driving on the interstate in the intense heat across Texas and Oklahoma. This isn’t a suggestion for improvement but a compliment to the location. They are consistently helpful during both pickup and drop-off, just as they have always been.

Robert SI returned the truck 2 days before than expected, and got no refund. Also, I received the tank at the half of gasoline, and when while I returned the truck with gas tank of 5 miles to zero, i was charged for the whole or full tank and the half.

Bartolo MI live in Arizona and do not plan on visiting Texas or moving anytime soon, so imagine my surprise when I was suddenly bombarded with emails regarding a U-Haul truck rental from your location. After digging into the issue and calling your store, I discovered that the woman who rented the truck apparently has my old phone number attached to her account. I explained this to your representative and specifically requested that my email address be removed from that account and phone number association. Despite that request, I have continued to receive emails from your location. Please train your employees to properly verify that the customer’s name, phone number, and email address all match before attaching contact information to a rental account. This situation has been frustrating and should have been corrected after my first call.

DENISE TJoshua and the staff at U-Haul of Coronado, are great, but I had a terrible experience with the 5 x 8 trailer I rented. I have rented multiple trailers in the last couple months, but this one definitely had some problem with the wheels? Maybe a bent rim? Or bad bearings? For whatever reason the whole entire trip, my SUV vibrated significantly. I can send you a video of the inside of the car. when I talked to family on the phone, my voice was jittering like I was in a roller coaster and they were amazed at how much it was vibrating inside the car. The trailer was loaded appropriately, I followed U-Haul guidelines just like I always have in the past, I stopped and checked the tire pressure and that was fine on the trailer and it was definitely fine on my vehicle cause I monirured it on the display. . But it was an absolutely horrible trip. My ears still are not right days later, due to vibration. It was awful!! It took almost 2 hours longer than usual. I have done this trip back-and-forth 12 times in a few months. Very disappointed, do not feel I got my moneys worth at all. Feel like I got cheated.

There are better ways to diffuse the situation than the way he was talking to me. He did not give me direction that he was going to remove the trailer so I could head back to add a few more gallons of gas. He went ahead and took the trailer and didnt even tell me that I was good to go instead he just walked away. Extremely unprofessional. I wish I would havr never met these people I will never recommend anyone going to this location yukkk

TERRI SI rented a 20 ft truck for 6 hours and put 7 miles on the truck, we put in 2 gallons of fuel before we returned it. The attendant at UHaul charged us around $12 for fuel! I was so tired, I didn’t feel like fighting but I will tell everyone of my awfully crooked experience!

HAYZEL BI recently purchased a storage unit at U-Haul on Coronado, and I have to say, the experience completely exceeded my expectations. At first, I was under the impression that my unit would be outside, and I was honestly stressed about it. To my surprise—and relief—it turned out to be inside, which made a huge difference. The indoor units are temperature-controlled, clean, and come with extra layers of security. I really appreciate that I’m able to use my own lock in addition to the lock U-Haul provides on the unit itself. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe. Overall, I’m genuinely impressed. I loved how simple the process was, and I feel confident storing my items here. I’m still currently using the unit and will be loading my things in soon. Highly recommend this location—absolutely deserves 5 stars!
