Cab smelled like feces, was charged for appliance dolly that wasn't there (regular dolly was zip tied to truck), couldn't get ahold of anyone on phone for return questions. Moved my stuff, though.

There's a random man out front (helping hand or those that need work) and I don't mind that he's asking if people need help, BUT he showed me his phone with a picture of a moving truck he has and said “do you need a truck? Do you want to rent mine?” I think that's not right to be doing that in front of a rental shop.

I think it should be stated clearly and recommended that customers photograph any damage to the trucks that is not marked with an “x” during initial inspection of vehicle. Also sometimes the vehicle will have the correct ID #, but the advertising on the vehicle is different so it does not look like the same vehicle in photo.

The customer service was bad. The boys at the counter saw me arrive and carried on with the their side conversations and acknowledged me once they were done. They were not welcoming and rushed to get me out of the office. I ordered a furniture dolly and was told it was in the truck but it was not. I had to return to pick it up. The only staff member that fully tended to me was the one when I returned the truck. He did the walk thru and explained my charges clearly.

The young gentleman who checked me in right at 7am was terrific! Very knowledgable and very courteous! Terrific personality and represents Uhaul very well. This is my second time using this location. For years I used the Hollywood, but the service there and clientele not that friendly. Hurray for Glendale Uhaul!

Have the rental truck be brought up to the front for customer for easy access to exit it will save time for the customer and also it will be mush safer for the customer then to be backing up and maneuvering the truck by the customer

Location was great but the reservation process was abhorrent. Disorganized, not consistent, and had me scrambling. Likely due to your franchise model, customers are at the mercy of limited resources. Also, options are not presented for the best customer outcome. For example, I needed a one way truck but could have just as easily rented a local resource to accommodate my needs. Your internal processes and constraints do not make the customer experience, when it comes to reservations, very positive.

The UBox was guaranteed for delivery in Glendale on 6/30/18. It arrived on 7/2/18. No one could tell me where it was or when it would be delivered. UHaul owes me $150 for the three days it was late!
