Don't charge me for items I didn't get (I was charged $10 for an Appliance Dolly I didn't request or receive). Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

Our overall experience was good, however we were told that the keychain had a key to unlock the back gate to open & load there was no key. The 1st customer service we were routed to was unpleasant & rude. She didn't want to help us. The 2nd one Roxanna was amazing & stayed on the call until resolved.

My experience couldn’t have gone any smoother. Moving things in and out of storage isn’t exactly fun. Having the right equipment and truck are a must. Uhaul takes the worry out of the whole experience by providing great, affordable trucks to rent and anything else you’ll need to tackle your job. I’ve always used them - they’re the best.

I do have one major complaint and that is this is the second time that U-Haul has attempted to overcharge me for gasoline, in both instances I have brought the car back with the appropriate amount of gas, this time I was not going to tolerate being overcharged, quite frankly I think there is something fishy going on and I would like a manager to contact me regarding this.

I feel very unsafe with the amount of personal data and my picture necessary to simply rent a truck. There must be a better way to protect your company and respect your clients privacy.

Person at store counter had no people skills. He wasn’t impolite but also not helpful. Another customer and I had to wait 10 mins before he helped both of us out. Very indifferent to customers. Took 10 mins to print out receipt. Ridiculous!! Unfortunately, if I knew of a closer location I would have gone there instead.

I have been to so many Uhaul locations but Uhaul of Glendale is not comparable with any of them! Very professional and nice staff. Super organized and on time! Highly recommended!

You cannot make excuses about having IT issues and you can use the phones to call your customers and to call your rental locations to verify complete and verify reservations that were said to be. You can also have three times as many employees at each location so if this does occur you don’t have to wait behind whole bunch of angry other customers we’re all made late by your mistake and offer vouchers as compensation. Furthermore you can take it upon yourself to self diagnose your incompetence and not put it on your customers to tell you how terrible a job you’re doing. You already Know how much you suck.

Facility is fine, logistics is a mess. Made an appt to rent a pickup, trailer & pick up U-Box @ 9am. Truck was not available, nothing was ready, I waited until 11 before I could leave. Not happy.

The UBox was guaranteed for delivery in Glendale on 6/30/18. It arrived on 7/2/18. No one could tell me where it was or when it would be delivered. UHaul owes me $150 for the three days it was late!
