Start implementing fuel credit when people accidentally over fuel a rental vehicle. It's a simple procedure done by almost every rental house in LA. This will entice my business back to you. I've been going to the Brand location for 15 years. And Now you have lost it, good job.Pedro H.

I am upset bc when I retuned the truck, I told The person there that I did not use the blankets, the bag that the blankets were In are a secure zip tie and I said I can not be charged the 10 dollars since I did not use the blankets. He said he will not charge me and I confirmed with him one more time before I left and he assured me that I would not be charged but when I got the bill I was charged. My overall experience was excellent. The movers, Frank & Angel, were prompt, friendly & courteous and worked efficiently. I felt they went above expectations in assisting us in placing our furniture. The lesson I learned is we should have had more furniture pads on the loading side to protect finished wood surfaces.Alice D.

Standing in the heat for someone to help at location due to understaffing. No clear instructions on where to pickup or drop off van rental. Hired movers through uhaulâ€¦ they showed up an hour late and I had to go back the next day alone with an injured arm and with my senior mother to finish the job. Really upsetting. I also paid for them to pickup a Ubox and deliver it back after loadingâ€¦ when plans changed and all I needed was for them to move the objects from a down stairs storage unit to an upstairs unit (no pickup or drop off of a Ubox) - elevator close by, they still showed up late and I was still charged the same price. They find a way to charge you for gas, I filled the gas the way I got it, I should have taken a picture when I picked up the truck, I don't trust the attendent who looked at the gas gage and concluded that I should get charged $10 for gas. I will be looking for other companies if I need to rent a truck or moving vans.Garbis K.

The truck I rented smell like a Cigarette Ashtray!!! When I returned my clean truck that I used to pick up a new water heater in a cardboard box from Home Depot the guy working at the check in & manager said I would be charged a $25 cleaning fee which was ridiculous!!! All I did was transport a new water heater in a cardboard box, I'll never use this U-Haul location again. This location/workers are Scammers!!!Donald F.

I returned the truck on time. I gave the key to the U-HAUL person and he said that the final receipt will arrive on my email. But next day, the another guy from U-HAUL called me and asked me did I return the truck??? I was confused with that question. I said of course returned. In addition, I said you can check it by GPS. After 5 minutes I got my final receipt on my email and they didn't call me back. My personal opinion when you work with customers, firstly you should ask people who accepted the truck and if they don't know, call to the customer. For me this kind of experience was very uncomfortable. Many thoughts was in my head. I think it was unprofessional.Berik O.
