Vans/Trucks at this location need to be washed in order to see any additional damages on vehicle. Front windshield should always be cleaned for customers, prior to rental.

My rental of the truck went very smoothly and returning it went very fast.Your employees know what they’re doing they even had the truck parked facing the exit driveway as a convenient way to get out the lot.Thanks guys.

The Glendale location was excellent however my experience in getting there was terrible. I made a reservations one week in advance and when I called the day before I was told that there was not a truck available at a location near me until 4:00 pm. When I called the location I was put on hold for 22 minutes and was then told I would have to call a manager. When I called the manager he said he would have to call me back. Meanwhile I called another number and a representative was able to get me a truck at the Glendale location. So my initial experience was not good but the result was good thanks to the Glendale location.

Great customer service! Excellent equipment, and lots of it. Maybe the best Uhaul rental spot I've been to. Would definitely go out of my way to work with this crew again in the future.

I contacted customer service at this location at least three times. Every time the phone call rang I pressed the appropriate buttons and waited for an operator to answer. Unfortunately no one would answer the call and it took about 15 minutes until the phone hung up on me. I was trying to extend The rental. For an extra day. When I finally did call again it was after the rental. For my contract was overdue, so I explain to the call center Operator that I tried to call earlier but wanted to extend the rental for one day. The operator stated that all I was calling after hours after my rental. It was over so I’m going to be charge with a late fee. I explained to her that I understand that you have a late fee but I’m asking for an extension instead. She said no there’s a late fee and we’re granting you an extension and that’s it. I explained to her that why would you allow a late fee to be put in if you’re also granting me the extension. She did not really answer my question. I think she was just trying to frustrate me for no reason . I was very upset at her and disappointed with the service and I explained to her that I don’t think that’s appropriate where and I asked to speak to her supervisor. She would not allow me to speak to her supervisor and she hung up the phone on me. I decided to call back and at this point I’ve already spent maybe 40 minutes on the phone with her and explain to a supervisor that was allowed to speak to me about the situation. The supervisor said that we don’t see a late charge we do see the reservation for the extension. I said to her why would that woman trying to frustrate me . I just don’t understand why the call center lady was just giving me a hard time already I had trying to contact the main office which they never picked up the phone the location and Glendale and I had to deal with someone that was somewhere else in the United States or who knows where. I don’t think she was very professional and I express this to the supervisor and I don’t think that that is how a company should treat people that rent vehicles from you especially if I’m paying for something I expect some service all she had to tell me was go ahead and extend the reservation and you’re fine. I returned the car today and the gentleman at the location said no there was never a late fee all we see is a two day rental. This is crazy, why would this woman frustrate me like that for no reason I just don’t understand it’s not fair to make me get on the phone call waste my day waste your day with your company’s time waste my time and all she had to say is hey we extended it don’t worry about the late fee it’s way out besides that she never told me who she was and she didn’t want me to speak to a supervisor as you hung up on me I think that’s totally rude it’s puts your company in a bad light I unfortunately do not feel comfortable with your company anymore I’m sorry to tell you That.

Facility is fine, logistics is a mess. Made an appt to rent a pickup, trailer & pick up U-Box @ 9am. Truck was not available, nothing was ready, I waited until 11 before I could leave. Not happy.

The UBox was guaranteed for delivery in Glendale on 6/30/18. It arrived on 7/2/18. No one could tell me where it was or when it would be delivered. UHaul owes me $150 for the three days it was late!
