He was able to give me a van on the spot with a great price and cancel my old reservation. Highly appreciated and recommend this location. Thank you for your help! RAYMOND TThe trailer that I reserved online was not available when I arrived. They offered a smaller trailer instead. When I dropped it off they said their system was down. By the time they fixed the system they added another day to my rental.

William VI dropped the 15' truck after hours. Very easy to do (except my iPhone, the app and camera didn't function). Also, I left a key to the lock on the key ring and was able to come in the next morning and retrieve it. The guy working there was very helpful.

ABRAHAM CLooks like a forklift, went through the side of my Ubox and broke my TV. The worst is all the emails and texts I get from U-Haul. It is overwhelming and excessive and on the edge of harassment please stop all emails and text from here on out unless I am renting equipment.

john DI wanted to say excellent, but the late in the evening return of the truck was a little difficult for me, as it was difficult to take photographs in the dark. However, this should not stop anyone in taking advantage of this new facility.
ARAMAZD SIt would have been helpful to know that we needed to move the van to a wider space to make the required photographic documentation of the van. There was barely enough space to take the photos. Otherwise it was a great experience. I usually rent from this location because of that.

MATTHEW Di had a bad experience. when i trying to get the u hall at twelve a m midnight. the app doesn't work well. And nobody at the location at the time and I was resting my time 2 hours in, unfortunately, I couldn't get the car and the key.And next day morning , I went there at the corner of losfilez , boulevard and\n Brand boulevard in city of Glendale. The address is 1313 south brand boulevard. When I get the truck, it looks like the truck has some engine problem I.Rented for 2 days but\nAfter using one day the truck get stuck and turn it off at the middle of the street and I call you halt to send me a tow truck and I waste my time almost more.\n Than 7 hours.\n This is ridiculous. I never had any experience like this. When I go back and trying to get another truck. Which U-Haul app send me today address at Fletcher and they told me, I don't need to pay but the guys over there. They told me I have to making a new contract and I have to pay I couldn't believe like how is that possible? That you hold workers and the U-Haul association, they are not match and they are not working together each one they saying it's different thing. I put a gas on the first truck and then put a gas at the second truck. And I had a lot of hard time just because of this rent i never go back to that place anymore.It's so weird

JOY GYou charge me for fuel twice ! I drive 20 miles and pay 10 $ for fuel (have recipe) after drop off see new charge 21 $ ! Looks like I haul scam , say all my friends about you’re option after this situation

SONGPON LPricing was more than expected. I think the miles and extra charges are not clear. Ideally it would be one cost item, not all the extras.
