Everything person at the Glendale U-haul location and that I talked to from the main answering service was super nice and helpful! I would definitely recommend this location and use U-haul in the future! I thought it was affordable and the Cargo van was a good size!

Pricing was more than expected. I think the miles and extra charges are not clear. Ideally it would be one cost item, not all the extras.

The process was easy, employee was awesome but just that I get charged per mileage.. isn’t accommodating for a rental that is supposed to be 19.99 per day. There should be a certain mileage applied and anything after charge a fee but that’s not given. I won’t be renting again.

Fair upfront pricing. Advertising $19.95 for truck but being charged $81 for driving 28 miles doesn’t really match up. Just saying.

They tried to charge me $250 for “damage” on the roof of the rented van and said that I should have climbed up on top of it to check it before I left. I was notified of this after I left and received the invoice. I talked to a sullen young man on the phone about it and told him that I was driving back down to the center. He said don’t bother. I got there and the manager or supervisor said that upon checking it was determined that the unseen damage was done in an earlier rental and had already issued a credit. I am not sure that any damage actually existed and think that it was a scam..

The customer service was excellent and very efficient, I was in and out in less than five minutes both for the return and for the pick up, and the staff was courteous and helpful. Highly recommend!

The equipment was average. I am used to even cleaner or like new equipment. I was also not able to move the mirrors which made it difficult to navigate and nearly damage vehicles by back into them. Otherwise, the guy at the counter seemed bored, showing more interest in solving customer needs would make me feel more welcome. Otherwise it's alright.

Changed my reservation twice and last change was an hour before pick up. Other location didn’t have the size I requested. Also this truck was missing the lock so I assume the location didn’t even inspect the truck after arrival.

I’ve been coming to this U-Haul of Glendale for almost 10 years and have never had an experience that was anything less than excellent! The trucks are always in great condition, and Avi (the manager) along with the rest of the staff are consistently friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Glendale Location was awesome. When dropping off Sunday evening, Anthony was super helpful and understanding. Even stayed well after-hours to continue helping other people who were pretty unpleasant personalities. Give that guy a raise.

Facility is fine, logistics is a mess. Made an appt to rent a pickup, trailer & pick up U-Box @ 9am. Truck was not available, nothing was ready, I waited until 11 before I could leave. Not happy.

The UBox was guaranteed for delivery in Glendale on 6/30/18. It arrived on 7/2/18. No one could tell me where it was or when it would be delivered. UHaul owes me $150 for the three days it was late!
