Matthias WI RENTED THE SAME CARGO VAN, SAME DISTANCE, SAME SATURDAY, RETURN SUNDAY, AND USE TO BE APROX, $70 THIS ONE COST ME $102. WHY????? YOUR .89 CENT PER MILE IS EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE, IT IS A KILLER. I WILL HAVE TO SHOP AROUND NEXT TIME.

Jason QI reserved a truck at the Pasadena location and they later called to say I had to go pick up in Glendale, which was out of my way. Didn't offer me a mileage discount, either. Not great business. The man who checked me in upon return was very friendly. I don't like the check-in process, however, having to look at teeny tiny pictures.

Kenneth BGive me a paper copy of my contract. After being told at check-in that all was good, I have a charge for gas. If I was told at the time about the gas, it could have been discussed then. AWFUL!

JOHN PHad a reservation at the Atwater location which they did not honor. Was told to go to the Glendale location for another reservation which they did not have. Ended up having to take a unrestricted vehicle. Horrible experience.

BINH NYour app did not work at all. I had to use the web version. Multiple calls to customer service and finally figured it out. Yikes
Daniel WThe truck I was assigned was far too old, it probably shouldn't be in service anymore. It had almost 165,000 miles on it, that's too many miles for a rental. The engine made a whining sound while driving, and the truck felt like it was struggling. My move went fine- but I felt like it was a risky situation.

Juan RI had to make the initial call to confirm my moving date. But on the day of, the movers were very communicative before arriving and came ahead of schedule. They were friendly, careful with all of my items, and time efficient. It took an hour and a half for them to move everything in my studio apartment into the U-Box (Not to mention the rain and two flights of stairs). I would be happy to hire them again.
Sydney LThe place was jammed, busy -- packed. There were 5 empty trucks in front of us when we pulled in and no one was checking them in. I went to the office and 8 customers were waiting for one cashier. I found someone outside who was helping another customer. He said he would help. In a few minutes he moved all five trucks just enough for me to pull up, then removed my trailer. He apologized profusely for the delay and asked how the equipment performed. Turns out he was the owner! I could not have been more impressed.
