They find a way to charge you for gas, I filled the gas the way I got it, I should have taken a picture when I picked up the truck, I don't trust the attendent who looked at the gas gage and concluded that I should get charged $10 for gas. I will be looking for other companies if I need to rent a truck or moving vans.

Bennett E.I returned the truck on time. I gave the key to the U-HAUL person and he said that the final receipt will arrive on my email. But next day, the another guy from U-HAUL called me and asked me did I return the truck??? I was confused with that question. I said of course returned. In addition, I said you can check it by GPS. After 5 minutes I got my final receipt on my email and they didn't call me back. My personal opinion when you work with customers, firstly you should ask people who accepted the truck and if they don't know, call to the customer. For me this kind of experience was very uncomfortable. Many thoughts was in my head. I think it was unprofessional.

I picked the van up on Fri. 4/8 & returned it Sat. 4/9 & was charged $250.... not only did these CROOKS not tell me that were charging me a $106.80 MISC. CHARGE, they also CHARGED ME a RENTAL CHARGE of $79.80 + $19.95 rental + ESTEMATED RENTAL TAX . of another $19.54... A TOTAL CHARGE OF $250 for a ONE DAY rental... these people are CROOKS & dishonest... THEY should tell you about the ADDDITIONAL COSTS up-front like an HONEST BUSINESS & not LIE to people with this COMPLETELY LIE about just $19.95 A DAY ... i will never recommend these CROOKS & scarm artists to any of my friends with out a WARNING,....
