The only thing I was not satisfied with was that I had to ask for help to load the appliance truck into my car - It was very heavy.! Other than that it was a very easy transaction

Have employees not treat you like your request is an imposition. They could come out to the rental vehicle before you take it to see that everything is well. Be aware of when the equipment is returned to keep the company from stating (or sending an email) stating your equipment is late (when it definitely was not) I only rented from this location because it is two blocks from my home. I was underwhelmed by the staff.

When I got the truck the mileage was wrong the cascade was wrong I tried to submit this information using the text message you sent me it would not be submit because I change the mileage I did it again it wouldn't submit it. Then it timed out I had to quit and talk to the person at the counter three times it cost me 40 minutes and the billing was still wrong by about 300 miles I spent 40 minutes on the phone today with your billing. The experience was a pain in the ass.

I think my biggest complaint isn't with the employee who checked me out, he did a great job, but it was more so with how my entire process went. I was never notified of a change of pick up time or location change. I found out by taking the initiative to call which I found to be very poor customer service.

I read a google review that was quite rude about the Black Lives Matter face masks that the employees were wearing. I would like to disagree. I think the Black Lives Matter Masks are great and are far from being political. The people that take offense from those masks are ridiculous and likely racist. I was sure to tell the employees that I liked their masks.

Chose a pick up location around the corner from my house after making appointment weeks before I needed it - only to receive an email less than 24 hours before my appointment saying I was relocated due to “customer satisfaction”. Not sure who the customer being satisfied was because I had to drive over 30 mins to new pick up location with little to no warning. When I called multiple times no one had sympathy and I was told it was due to “customer satisfaction” and convenience. Disappointed.

The truck was clean but very old. 126,000 miles and very stiff to drive. Difficult to stop also.

Your mobile check in simply did not work. It kept telling me it couldn't locate me. Yes, my location was turned on my phone. Another customer who is as there indicated she had had the same problem. It was also annoying to be rented a truck that was on Empty, that had to be fueled immediately. I realize I would have had to have re fueled at some point, but it's preferable to an inexperienced amateur truck driver (like the overwhelming majority of your customers are) to get confidence and a feel for the truck before having to navigate to the nearest gas station. And the battery died, and had to be jumped. No, I didn't leave the lights on or anything of the sort. That simply should not happen.

I was over chargesd $6 for gas without right! I just drove 5 miles, and put a gallon of gas (which way more than I consumed) at the gas station adjacent to the Uhaul location right before returning the truck.

Aman was very helpful and ensured that we had all the information needed prior to driving onto the lot. He was very kind, unhooking the car from the trailer, even getting on the ground and snow. Again, U-Haul came through

Location was great. Booking process was absolutely terrible. I got hung up on multiple times, was on hold for 2 hours. Told to call back because there was nothing that they could do. No one was interested in understanding my problems, only getting me off the phone as quickly as possible.

I had little interaction with the guy, but he seemed nice enough. Although I will say that employees should not have political messages on their uniforms of face shields. This man had a black lives matter masks on. I don't think that personnel should have political statements on uniforms

This location is usually very good but the back interior of the van was muddy and the cab was dirty and filled with crumbs. I had to ask to have the blankets strewn around the back removed as well as a hand truck that was left in it. It was unclear if this van had been cleaned at all after the prior user which does not fit with the stated COVID protocol at all

UHAUL in general has become a nasty company. Poorly maintained trucks, expect you to do Self-CheckIn and Check-out while they have employees just sitting around getting paid. They actually charge you a fee for after hours drop off if you don't do self check-in. The app is horrible and most times doesn't work. They have lost me as a customer!

My original pickup location was in Norristown at 10:30am. At 10:14am, I received an email letting me know that the pickup location was switched. This was extremely inconvenient, as Norristown was already a half hour away. In all, I drove an hour and 15 minutes out of my way because the communication with UHaul was so horrible. Once I called customer service, the woman on the phone was less than kind and not so willing to give me more information.

Make sure the trucks are serviced so they do not break down. We rent from UHAUL every week. We usually rent a 15' truck. We have been given the same truck, that has broken down 3x.

Fire the two assho;es who are operating the store when Juiian Loughrey is not on duty. I stopped in on Friday and spoke to AH#1 to confirm my 8am truck share pickup on Sunday, A pickup was staged as a first to go out but the keys were never put in the lockbox.Had to wait till they opened at 9. AH2 refused to check in the truck on my return. No other customers when I returned, I incurred more cost getting a new helper on last minute notice. Zero stars - Do not use this location!

We requested a 15 ft truck and on the phone that is what the guy said. He was very nice. When we went to pick it up it was only a 10ft. There was an email sent last Friday night stating it would be a 10ft, but I didn't read the email until the morning. When making a reservation on the phone, it would be nice to know if what you are requesting is available or not.

Had to clean windows. Your mobile check in process is horrific. We picked up our truck at night in the dark so trying to take pictures of license and truck was ridiculous. Need to figure out a better check in process after hours.

The price we were quoted ended up being completely wrong and we paid over doubble what we were quoted which shouldn't have happened because I've done this move before with uHal and know how much I should have paid as well as the doors had problems staying closed and we could not turn off the truck or it would not start again
