The mirror on passenger side was so rusted it was not adjustable and I am a driver who relies heavily on mirrors, especially when backing up to drop the ramp. Also the box door was extremely hard to open and would stick when I tried to open. The man at the store tried to blame it on the cold weather. But I have rented in much colder and the doors were not affected. I suspected there is also a rust issue in the wheels the door. I have rented many a truck from 10 to 24' sized across this country and am familiar with them in all weather.Denise P.

I called the office and asked about a trailer. I called back within 10 min and said we decided to rent a truck instead. He said â€œ great, you can drop off a truck at your destination and it does not increase the costâ€ When we went to pick up the truck, they said you are required to bring it back here. When my husband explained the conversation above they said nobody here would tell you the truck does not need to come back. I understand they want more inventory at their location but I think they should of offered us some incentive since we now had to buy gas on the trip back. We did return the truck back 1.5 late, I understand the return time was in the paperwork but nobody told my husband a due time when we picked it up. We were busy moving that weekend and did not read the paperwork. He did not charge us for being late which was nice but we actually came back hours sooner then we planned because we did not know of a set time for the return. Thank you !Jon L.

The employees lack any type of enthusiasm. The guy I reserved the van from sounded very bored when he was talking to me. If you don't want to be around people, don't work anywhere you have to talk to them. You don't have to be jolly, but at least don't act, look, and sound lazy.BRITTANY G.

Truck was in rough shape. Had a leak and steering was loose or wore out, Worked fine for my in town move but it might have been a tough one to drive on the highway. I did let the guys know what I observed on the truck. Great customer service, thanks.BRANDON S.

I was surprised that U-Haul is open almost every day of the year except for Christmas. Saturdays Sundays holidays they're openMICHAEL B.
The location is at a very tricky spot in town. When you leave, you have to go up a road just to get back on the main road of the business. The spot is very tight to get in and out.NICHOLAS K.
