The woman at the front desk named Gabriela needs serious customer service training. She was abrasive, combative, and rude. She initially gave me a truck that was totally banged up and it was starting and stopping and ultimately stalked at a red light just a couple blocks from the UHaul store. I took it back and got a different truck. Everyone else was nice helpful.

Tom CThe trailer I went to pickup had a nail in the tire. The solution offered was another location that would add an hour to my trip on each end. Do they have me a truck which ended up doubling the cost. The window was dirty inside and out and the tire warning indicator was on. Also the fuel efficiency gauge appeared to be broken.

WILLIE BPlus: Excellent staff -- friendly and helpful Minus: First truck had a flat tire. Replacement had a damaged driver's side door (reported on my checkout) and the tire inflation monitoring system needed maintenance, which resulted in a message every time I started the truck. This was not up to the standards that I'm used to from this location.

It ended up working out OK and the guys that morning were very helpful, but someone needs to do a better job, checking in equipment to make sure that it service for the next person who rents it. I was able to change plans that day, but that’s not always the case. It could’ve left me in a very difficult position.

Erin GThe first 10ft truck I picked up had blood all over the inside of the cargo area and smelled like literal death. The 2nd truck had a nearly flat tire that I didn’t notice until I was loading the truck and the drivers side door wouldn’t shut unless you slammed it closed which was impossible to do while sitting in the truck. The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful but the condition of the trucks was extremely poor.

Grace MThe parking lot was too crowded and chaotic. Only one employee was helpful and understood how the online pickup and drop off. One employee told me to leave the keys on the cup holder after the key drop wasn’t functioning. This made me very concerned and worried that anyone could steal the truck and I would then be liable.

Julia OFirst truck they gave me, the latch was jammed. Got a new truck after 30 minutes into my allotted time. Drove a total of 16 miles. I put 8 bucks of gas in it. They charged me $34 for fuel on my final bill. Insane.
Douglas BTruck smelled like smoke. Radio didn’t work. Truck old!!!! Not worth the money. Other customers were complaining about the same.

Staff members are very unprofessional and very, not trained right I never got a confirmation till the next day. Nothing it’s just I just will never use the service again.

THOMAS DMASSIVE fan of this uhaul having a screen. The ones I've gotten in the past have not and my experience was significantly better with the help of the screen (my girlfriend and I argued less over the directions namely LOL)
