Pick up location was changed without notifying me. No email, phone call or text, nothing. Stood in line for 25 minutes at scheduled pick up address to be told,â€you have to pick up at a different location 4.9 miles up the highway.†Person at “new†pick up location didn't care about my issue & just blew me off. Terrible experience.

Leyann W.As per previous experiences the Manager at this location is very unprofessional, does not have common sense and lacks the ability to realize that the equipment he rents needs obvious maintenance even when customers express the quipment has warning lights on dashboard. I personally pointed out the equipment given to me had warning lights he opted to ignore warning lights and issue the equipment anyway, saying it was my only choice. I pointed out to newer models available and he refused to issue this newer equipment with the 'take it or leave it' attitude, saying he had no control over maintenance issues. The end result is that the equipment did fail while on the road, leaving us stranded by the Highway and truck was towed away when roadside service failed to assist us. U haul is failing customers with the complicated emergency call system and contracted roadside assistance companies. U haul has much to improve when phone agents fail to follow up when: 1) U haul customers are stranded after equipmet breakdown. 2) when contracted roadside assistance companies are lazy and don't want to fix mecanical issues on the road and simply make the call to abandon Uhaul customers on the road stating that towing the equipment is the only solution to the problem or simply fail to show up to the emergency with the excuse that they are busy on other emergencies. Roadside assistance also fails to follow up with Uhaul customers. And (ignoring the truck is full of items) 3) U haul needs to retrain managers at rental locations to make simple decisions as to when it is not safe to issue faulty equipment to customers. Much more can be said in this review but in the interest of time just let it be said that. I will not be returning as a customer and I will no longer recommend to anyone to use U haul. At the contrary, I will be giving U haul negative feedback for failing us as customers in time of a severe emergency

David G.Explained that I needed a trailer to haul my 2020 HD TriGlide motorcycle. Even gave the dimensions. Was advised the 6x12 would work for me. When tried to load bike, it would not pass the entry point of the trailer because of the sides of the ramp. Returned unit immediately because it would not accommodate my needs. Will reach out to CS for a full refund.
Carlos H.WE RENTED A LARGE TRAILER ON FRIDAY, WHEN WE ARRIVE THE STAFF WAS VERY RUDE I FELT LIKE WE WERE BOTHERING THEM WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP THE TRAILER, THE WORKERS MADE ME FEEL UNWELCOMED. AFTER THE TRAILER WAS HOOKED UP AND WE TOOK OFF THE TRAILER KEPT PULLING AT 1st I THOUGHT WELL IT'S NORMAL, THEN AFTER A WHILE IT JUST KEPT PULLING, WE HOOKED THE TRAILER UP TO OUR TRUCK AND IT WAS THE SAME PROBLEM IT FELT LIKE THE BRAKES TO THE TRAILER KEPT LOCKING UP. WE ORDER THE RENTAL TIL SUNDAY AT 1 BUT DUE TO THE ISSUES WE WERE HAVING WITH THE TRAILER WE TOOK THE RENTAL BACK SATURDAY AFTER 1 WE GOT THE SAME UNWELCOMING FEELING AS WE DID THE DAY BEFORE. ALL IN ALL BAD EXPERIENE EVER NEXT TIME WE WILL JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

STEVEN ANTHONY H.Everything at the location was excellent but the app on my phone sucks it was hard to navigate and keep making changes with out my doing to extend or renew your rental and it's not very easy to do all you need anywhere I couldn't get my tire that leaked and online you have to wait on hold for an hour to talk to anyone but the staff was good online and in person.

MARCO P.I have use uhaul a number of times and to me it seems like cleanliness has not been up to par. I the pass two weeks I have rented a van twice from different locations and by oth have been extremely dirty inside and out. The one off of Grissom rd was worse. That you could see spit marks on the door and window. The van from work was stolen and that's why we use yours. But we usually use the bigger truck
