This van is totally useless in the snow. Had to travel to Pocono's to pick up some furniture and got stuck in the snow a couple of times. I paid an additional $10.00 for roadside assistance but was told that Uhaul will not cover towing services. Had to pay a tow truck driver $150.00 to pull me out.
They need to do a better job cleaning the snow from the vehicles and around them. Also spray the vans inside if they smell like cigarettes. Very helpful and pleasant staff that had his mask on all the time.
I am disappointed that your company promotes online services through the app, with no contact with a pandemic going. The app never worked at all the check in process and rental process. I had to wait for the store to open at 7am to complete my rental. Don't offer it if your company can't execute what they are offering. The sales person at the location also stated that all my info that I input via the app never transfers to the computer which I had to go through that process again, which raises the question where did my information go to or sold to. Unacceptable!!!!

Not one worker had on a mask andnu totally didn't understand. When i picked up the uhaul no mask when i dropped it back off Still no mask. Not cool Uhual and Not safe
So for starters when i got there they were looted due to the riots which i can understand but there was no mention of this over the phone when i made my reservation and so i literally had to upgrade my vehicle because the one i had reserved wasnt there. Then, the vehicle i had rented when i finished had 3 pieces of styrofoam not broken or anything in the back left. I got charged 25$ to walk in and grab 3 pieces of styrofoam??? I only couldnt do it because my buddy had to drop it off if i did i would have pulled them out but 25$???? Come on are you serious. And then on top of that i was told i wasnt gonna get charged much if i brought it back the next day but then i got charged for 2 rental periods. And on top of that i have the time it says it was returned on my contract paper and its hours further than when i got the ok text message from my buddy that he dropped it off. Last, the brakes felt a bit off they would stop the vehicle on a dime with a small tap at times and at other times would not stop right away and take a huge push both if i went 5 mph or less. Those were definitely off putting while driving
The truck I rented did not have a ramp on it. This made the truck useless to me. I took the truck right back to the location and was informed that the keys to the trucks with ramps were stolen and they did not have another truck. I never used the truck but was still charged
I always try to get my trucks from this location. They have always treated me with respect
Reserved a 17 truck and got cancel and was giving 15. As usual igual never have the truck ppl reserve
None of the employees were wearing face masks though there was much signage requiring. There was no dolly with the truck though it was reserved. The front desk worker was not helpful when picking up the truck.
The pick up was on time. They did let me know that the truck I ordered was not available but offered the next one. The staff were very helpful and courteous. I would recommend this site.

My first trailer I picked had to be returned due to a flat tire. The second trailer I picked up failed and came off of my truck and damaged vehicle being loaded. Very disappointed with this experience.

I dropped off the rental to a different location which I was told was acceptable. Uhaul keeps trying to take money from my account to pay for a trailer I returned. Went to UHaul in Langhorne, no one could help? spoke w/ Jackie from support(waste of time) on 8-27 at 12:12 PM, created a dispute. Uhaul is still trying to take money from my account and no calls. I will be putting all this in YELP!
My truck was horrible it needed a oil change and the truck was a mess inside and outside never again will i
The truck had a major mechanical failure while in use. The driveshaft literally came apart and fell to the ground, leaving me stranded with ¹/3 of my belongings on a small street in Philadelphia. Because of my engineering and automotive background I was able to temporarily re-connect the driveshaft. Instead of be being compensated for getting myself out of this nightmare and part used to fix the problem, I was charged for furniture pads I never recieved and gas I didn't refill in order to avoid another mechanical failure or tow at U-hauls expense. Upon return I was told I would get a call from the manager, which never happened. No apology, no thank you for getting the poorly maintained truck back without a tow, just more money charged to my card. This entire charge should be refunded along with the $25 I spent to fix the truck.
They charged me for 2days instead of 2 hours, they told my husband to drop the keys in the box when they was still in the office and they could've checked him out instead they did it the next day and that was a charge for late drop off, then on top of that they charged me for 22 gallons of gas when the tank was on 5/8 and it take 33 gallons to fill up the whole tank, the whole thing is a RIP off. Don't go to this spot
I was booked at the wrong location , no one contacted me. Went to this location, where 2 employees we're there but only one was working. Wait time was ridiculous , dollies were pre paid but not there. I was told I wouldn't be charged for them and I was still charged.

Van smelled like cigarettes and had pet hair on seats outside of van was very dirty.
Terrible experience two weeks in a row. Reserved truck only to find out they didn't have my truck when I arrived to the facility.
Equipment was not in the best condition. But the staff is very friendly, and easy to work with.
Good customer service
The guys at this location helped me when 9th and Allegheny gave me a hard time they are Aces, all props to these three gentlemen that were working there when I rented my motorcycle trailer when 9th Street and Allegheny had 10 of them.
We did everything online which made it super easy when we got to the location for pick up
Pick up was quick and efficient. What put me off was that two employees arrived inside without masks on when the office area was pretty full with customers (at 6ft distance). Then, the inside the Cabin of the truck was a bit sticky and the middle seat had what seemed like a juice stain. It didn't seem wiped down/cleaned at all. Normally, I wouldn't care too much, but with this current pandemic, cleanliness is key! Other than that, drop off was swift and easy.

Staff did not wear masks. My reservation was for noon and uhaul arbitrarily changed my reservation four hours later without informing me. Staff were able to give me one but it was really a poor experience
