At no time during this service did the employees show that they had an appropriate "Customer Service Model". The rented equipment was dirty, but useful, it served its purpose. The service was poor. There was no advice of any kind in relation to my needs. A little guidance focused only on the charges. I mean, it was just another sale! At return, They did not verify the vehicle, nor did they look at the mileage, or the condition of the body, nor where I left it, nor did they give me a simple invoice. The employees were excellent, but u-haul over all is not good. I made a reserved a truck a week in advance to find out when I get to the location to pick up that the vehicle is down and that there is no other and that you over book, it's a real big inconvenience when your running on a tight schedule.Anel T.
They rented a vehicle to someone in my name and did not correct the mistake despite several conversations with the location. This resulted in a letter being sent to me when whoever rented the equipment didn't return it well past when it was due. I had to open a CAP case with your office to try and get the matter resolved. Horrible experience for me and I wasn't even involved in the transaction other than your personnel screwing up the rental information by putting it under my name erroneously.JONATHON W.

The gentleman at the counter did the bare minimum of what was required of his job. Je was not helpful to the customer before me and when it was my turn he just ask for my id and card and then gave me a total. I had to ask about my dollies and and furniture pads and told me nothing was available thats why he didn't charge me. The way he said it was rude and didnt even offer me any type of help. He should have let me know before hand and no one gave me a heads up even when i did reserve them 2 days earlier. He was lucky i need the truck in that moment of not i would ha e canceled my reservation.Nilda S.

The call center needs to inform people of a one way pick up at our place and drop off at another I reserved a truck for a Sat for a move and was to bring the truck back to the same location I picked up from but some how when I went to pick up the truck the call center to reserve my truck put me in for a one way so that meant that I had to wait the next day to rent the truck to bring it back to the same location please get it right thing like that are very inconvenient for people when they have plans to move on a certain day so whoever is controlling the call center do your job but do it right and listen to the customers and what they need.JANET F.

I've rented a van once and a truck once. Both times the keys had issues starting the vehicle. It took 3 out of the 5 hours I had the truck trying to get the truck to start. The keys don't turn. Terrible experience. Cost me time and money. And I had to pay for it. I rent trucks from a different location all the time and I never have that problem. So overall I feel I should be compensated for being rented equipment that didn't work.Antonio R.

U-Haul of Juniata was the third location I tried. When I got there they told me they didn't have a truck available. Went online and got a truck from the exact location. Then, the app had issues and I was not able to pay online, I asked the clerk of I can pay there instead and he told me he can't help me. It took me more than 2 hours to rent a truck. Th gentleman who dealt with me the morning of the reservation made me wait until he finished cleaning his trucks, the music playing was loud & disrespectful. No to mention, he was very UNPROFESSIONAL. Seemed irked and bothered by my business there. He mentioned with an attitude that he was in the hospital and didn't know why most of the trucks had no air on tire, I was given 3 trucks before driving off with one that didn't have an service button or low tire message on the panel, HORRIFIC! Usually when I rent a truck the gas and mileage are highlighted this time they weren't. But I still took a picture of odometer and gas level. I was given a price over the phone. Also had to rush to pick up the van because I was told they were closing at 6:00. That's an hour ahead of advertised hours. So I wasn't to upset with the cleanliness of van. When vehicle was returned the mileage was quoted at over 500. This confused me seeing as how that was over 300 more than I actually used. I was quoted a daily price plus insurance that was $30 and was being billed at $50. Worst rental experience ever. And with the added extra costs I don't see any reason to use this location again. Wouldnt recommend it to an enemy.William M.

The young kid who worked there short with a bob cut was miserable as hell and rude. We asked him to fix the mirror cause my daughter in law couldn't see very well and he kept saying that it wasn't his job and that he didn't pay enough for that, then he burned us for a lot of money. 0/10Yedely S.
