I want my money back. They gave me a truck with soda spilled on the front seat along side the nasty can in the door. The back they threw the hand truck in and didn’t secure it. He also begin arguing with me regarding the gas tank. He never put it on the right thing. I notified him and he decided to be too lazy to rectify the situation. I’d like to be contacted for reimbursement.

Make sure chargable equipment like the dolly/hand truck is cable tied down and not just bolted, I believe I was charged for using it - and didn't. I shouldn't be charged for sweeping clean the back of a truck we received not clean. A policy should be that all equipment goes out with FULL gas tank, then there's no dispute over how full or empty the tank is/was at after hours return. Otherwise a pretty average 3 stars performance, but can do better!

Only one representative so there was a long wait in line to get the vehicle. And the extra gasoline fee was not explained properly and the end result was a final price twice as much as the original estimate. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Picked up truck was not clean. Could not tell the clerk because he said he need to leave and pick up keys from manager because maid door was lock. When I got there he let me in through side door. When I went to drop off it was a different clerk and he charged me a cleaning fee. Didn’t bother to tell me he charged me that. When I got to my car I realized he charged me the fee. Went inside and he told me that I was “lucky” he charge me 15 dollars he should have charged me 25 dollars. I told him you should let the customer know if they have an extra charges not charge the then let them find and and then contest it. He refund the charge. You need better customer service.
