I love that Kent/Stow is right across the street from Enterprise. I've several times rented a car to go out from Mass, and a truck to come back bringing stuff from a family house in Kent. Really convenient. What I didn't like: I wanted to do a free month's storage at the other end, and Kent/Stow couldn't tell me if my intended dropoff point for the truck would have storage available.

Very helpful and quick. I had called ahead to reserve the size of trailer I needed, and once there, everything went smoothly and I was in and out. The employee also helped hitch up the trailer, so it was very easy for me.

The contactless rental process failed. I still had to see a store representative to key my key. I had my pick up location changed without my consent. When I booked (a week ahead) my original location had the truck I was looking for. For some unknown reason it wasnt available there a week later.

The truck was not as clean as I have experienced in the past. I used person check out and the UHaul representative at the Kent,Ohio location went above and beyond to address my concerns. I will always be a UHaul customer

The overall experience was good. During the hitching of the trailer, only the hazard signals were checked and OK'ed. After we left, the sky got dark and it rained, so i did turn on the lights. When I was checking my position after backing in, I noticed the right tail light and the left side marker were out. The trailer also needed swept-out.

U haul needs to to fix broken items in trucks. Or give a truck discount.The young gentlemen was awesome he was so nice and he was busy on Saturday. I will go back.

19.95 rental ends up being $70.00! I understand the fees, but it's a bit excessive. At least we got the job done, and that is the important part. I will definitely shop around next time I need a rental truck.

The rental vehicle dolly damaged both sides of my car. The person who installed the Vehicle dolly did not install it properly which ended up damaging my car. This is very unprofessional behavior from UHaul. I am a very dissapointed customer and will never use UHaul services ever again.

The problem is your phone system its terrible. If I call the local Kent #, I should not be transferred to Tallmadge headquarters and need to wait 10 - 15 minutes as indicated on your hold message. Just let kent answer the phone since your call center needs to call them anyway to verify a rental. To many cooks in the kitchen

The truck had 154k miles on it and had a bad miss to where it was shaking and seemed as it wasn't running on all cylinders, could barely get it up to 40MPH, I only drove it for 9 miles so I could deal with it, if I needed it for a long haul or highway use it would have been impossible with this truck but the facility and employees were great.

Generally, the equipment was fine, but I will say that the wipers were terrible. Junk. The truck had 50K miles on it, and it was quite clear, the wiper blades have NEVER been replaced. This is a SAFETY issue and needs to be addressed, likely across the board, not just on this truck.

Have rentals closer to where people live. I had to travel 30 miles to pickup when the closest rentals is less then 5 miles from me.

Very disappointed in the size of the Uhaul we were given. We reserved a 15 foot one but were given a 26 foot one. This is truly unacceptable but we had no choice but to accept the larger one because we had to move our daughter into college on the day we had planned for the Uhaul reservation. Very frustrating experience especially because we had to pay more in gas for a larger vehicle that we didn't reserve or want.
