Trailer was not maintained. One of the springs on the ramp lock was not working causing it not to engage. Also the ratchets for the wheel straps need oiled. They were rusty and stiff. Trailer had a Virginia tag so not sure it was from this location.

That young man Chad was so wonderful and the service was excellent. Chad almost was as caring and knowledgeable as the other representative, Will, but he came in as a close second. Overall, this is the uhaul with the sexiest, most knowledgeable staff around.

The experience was fine until I returned the truck. I received the pickup truck with the needle on the gas gauge slightly past the half full point. This was interpreted as 9/16. I drove 27 miles so I filled the tank with 2 gallons and the needle was exactly where it was when I got it. However, when I returned it the clerk said it was 1/2 full and not 9/16. He said the needle should be halfway between the 1/2 dash and the 3/4 dash which is completely wrong because that would be 5/8. 5/8 is greater than 9/16 the last time I checked. He would not budge and I was in a hurry so I just paid the $8.50 gas charge. I was ripped off and will not be back!!

It took over an hour to both pickup and drop off my equipment. I had it for 4 hours and was still charged for a full day plus mileage. Im extremely disappointed and wish I could get my money back. Horrible service...

The online check in/out function is super tedious and annoying. I won't be using that feature again. I've rented several times from this location over the years. I've always had a good experience.

Truck surfaces in the cab were sticky, smelled of cigarettes, had to clean the windows as well, we I went in to get the key the CSR didn't great me and I had to prompt him to get my key even though I had my phone in my hand with the app ready!

I know this is automatic, but I hadn’t driven half a mile away from where I picked up the truck and I started getting text messages from U-Haul thanking me. Here I am DRIVING YOUR TRUCK and you are texting me? Send a frickin email next time. It would be so much safer!!!

Guy that helped me out was a complete G and made the whole experience quick and stress free. Bro knows how to handle business. Tossed me the keys to that 10’ box truck like Tom Brady and I was off transporting weight harder than el Chapo. I would recommend renting a 10’ box truck to anybody I’ve ever came into contact with because wtf is better than blasting classic rock in a box on wheels full of old furniture???

Technician did not lock down trailer in ball. Trailer came off hitch when pulling out of uhaul. No damage was caused. Went to identified drop off point and they wouldn’t accept the trailer. They sent me to another location. That drop off location was a great experience but having to be sent there by the other location was not. Equipment worked great, too bad the staff doesn’t know proper procedure.

Clean the truck before letting customers rent it. I had to clean the cab & back of the truck before I could put my stuff in it. The back of the truck had a pair of pink childern's underpants laying there, so that could not be missed in cleaning. The cab had empty plastic bottles in it, the steering wheel was sticky.

one worker had difficulty comprehending a phone number when i called to confirm a pick up time. i hope he is not in charge of anything important.

Inside the cab was dirty. I had to sweep the box out before putting my belongings in it. I had to buy a roll of plastic to cover everything because it rained all the time and the roof leaked and the floor was soaked.

LOL Van was clean/nice .. But for unseen "surprise" I noticed a few minutes of driving.. Persons(s) who rented the Van before me must have had horrible B.O /Hygiene issue. I spayed seats with Febreze to take care of issue as soon as I got home. (Flash back to Seinfeld “The Smelly Car “ episode from 26 years ago.)

I have nothing but great experiences with the Stow Uhaul. The van that I used was in great shape and brand new. The manager there, Chad, is so helpful. Planned on getting the small truck to move a single bed and some smaller furniture out of a bedroom. Chad offered me a much better deal with the van knowing I didn't need to use the whole truck. I live father away from the Stow Uhaul but will continue to go to that specific store due to the great experiences had.

The Kent Uhaul is top notch! General manager Chad is a sexy man beast who went above and beyond to make sure the equipment I needed was available (even after I moved the reservation up a week) and helped me get on the road hassle free. Representative Amber (almost as sexy as Chad) helped me save a lot of money buying boxes by the bundle. The rest of the staff (sorry I don't remember names) was also great and the location is clean and inviting. I'm glad to see this location is FINALLY under good management. Bravo Uhaul!
