i was lucky to find this location had the trailer I reserved from another location. The first location (Rodeo Rentals) rented the trailer I "reserved" which was disappointing.

The equipment was clean and the staff at this location were very kind and helpful. But, when we arrived, the truck's gas tank was so dry it took 3 of those red mini tanks just to get it to start. Then, on our 275 mile round trip - the truck's battery died on us 4 times. All in all it made for a very stressful and lengthy trip.

Original location gave truck away. No notification before pickup. Arrived, surprise ... sucks. Poor customer service, Why not send customers to larger better equipped locations first.

I rented a trailer for gravel and ended up being to small i returned it within an hour and I got a bigger one still had to pay both so wasn’t really happy but other than that a great place thank you for the service you guys provide

this U haul facility needs more full time help !!!! This place use to give good service. This manager needs more help. I will consider going else where if the service is not improved!!! The manager before this new manager use to have more help than this new manager is getting now!!! and it's not his fault!!! get him some help. I walked away last week because the line was so long, and the manager was by himself!!! This is no way to run this business. Get him some full time help!!! People were complaining because of the wait. Get him some help!!!

The service at the U-Haul store was what I expected, however I will not use, nor will I recommend U-Hual to anyone else anymore. It’s bad enough for Corporate U-Haul to require two contact phone numbers to rent a simple 4x8 enclosed trailer, but because the town I live in is 10 miles from the store town, corporate required a third contact phone number. I will not do business with a company that, not only shows no respect or trust in their clientele, but makes their clients feel like they are a criminal. Sincerely, Scott Hallberg.

The 10’ truck was on empty. Didn’t anticipate to pay for $45 to fill fuel. Additionally, the 10’ truck was shaking while driving and it wasn’t safe. I wish I can get a refund back for the service. I had to take surface streets because it was unstable on the freeway. Which meant I had to pay for additional miles for taking surface streets and put more gases I will never rent from this place again. As stated previously, I wish I can get my refund back and I am glad I purchased the better insurance for the lack of safety presented by this vehicle. Thank you, and I hope service is better for other customers.

Wait time was 30+ Min, Truck on E. They gave me a $17.25 credit, was told to return on E. When I returned on E I was charged $27 for gas!!! I already spent money to fill it, now I've spent $50 + in gas and only getting a $9 refund. Never again will I rent a Uhaul at this location!

My truck ran really rough, the ramp was broken, then i got over charged for my truck rental. I have now had 4 extremely bad experiences within 6 months. I have rented 7 uhaul this year and I do not think I will be a returning customer after this year.

Preparing a rental agreement was tedious and a very time consuming process. The agent (very professional, helpful) needed to make three attempts in order to arranging a contract. The back of the pickup truck was dirty. The return check in was efficient but I received a call indicating that I had not returned the truck. After a checking the agent agreed that the truck was returned. A better method is needed to track your inventory.

Poorest customer services experience ever! What happened to personal services, inspecting the vehicle with the customer? They pulled up the truck and said it's all on our phone. No! If you are going to let the customer do self check out, then let the customer do self check in! Double standard by having uhaul staff inspect the vehicle w the customer at the end but not at the beginning. You can't ask us question but we can ask you??? No, terrible customer services...never going back to this location.

My first experience at this location was so wonderful that I had to go back and see Christian for my rental truck. This young man is extremely helpful and professional. I have already told friends and neighbors to go see Christian because of how knowledgeable, friendly and honest he is. His helpers were excellent as well not sure what their names are.

Had a reservation for 5PM, after driving 276 Miles to use this trailer for a move at a location 1 hour away from this U Haul center. The trailer I was to pickup was due in by 12 noon and didn’t arrive. It would’ve been good customer relations to call my cell which they had. This would have saved me the inconvenience of going there. Instead I stopped, no equipment, and had to drive back down the following AM & return, a total of 2 hours and considerable inconvenience. A phone call would have saved this. I was given a 1 day discount, the entire rental should have been no charge due to this!

USED MY DEBIT CARD FOR DEPOSIT AND WAS TOLD I COULD PAY CASH FOR RENTAL WHEN I RETURNED THE TRUCK I EXSPLANED THAT I NEEDED THE MONEY I HAD ON MY CARD TO PAY BILLS THAT COME OUT OF MY CARD AUTOMATICALLY! WHEN I RETURNED THE TRUCK THEY WOULDN'T TAKE CASH SAID THEY HAD TO TAKE MY PAYMENT FROM MY DEBIT CARD? NOW I WILL BE CHARGED LATE FEES FOR PAYMENTS THAT CANNOT BE PAID AUTOMATICALLY!!!

I made a reservation 1 week in advance, I get to the location and I'm informed that they might not have my truck, then five minutes later I'm told they do not have an appliance dolly I reserved. 15 minutes later they get my truck and take a dolly from someone else, I'm getting in the truck and it has no gas, empty, another 20 minutes to get gas! they on the drive to the house there's a bad smell coming from behind the seats, we find a rotting subway sandwich and mold growing doughnuts!!!!! What kind of service is this, what a fucking JOKE!! 1 hours and 15 minutes for a moving truck with a reservation in advance!!!!! Never again you have lost a lifetime user, HERE I COME RIDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
