DAWNA VIsac, Christian and Drew were all great friendly and helpful. This was by far the best customer service I’ve had in Fresno!! They deserve some recognition and perhaps help show other locations how to interact with customers!! Definitely recommend going to this location for great service

DAVID HOne of the safety chains was too short to be disconnected and used without adjusting one of the links at the anchor bolt so I could connect it to my vehicle. Also, the left-side light didn’t fully light up. Only about 1/3 of the LEDs in the lamp worked.

JOSE GHalf of the screws attaching my rear fender were not put back in and several were random third party screws. I must now take my car to the Subaru dealership at my own expense to have the screws replaced. Also despite being told you may wait when booking, there is no waiting room. You're are free to stand in the middle of the store for 3 hours whilst they lose various parts of your car. Horrible.

Paul RWell this all started at the 749 Blackstone address and the fact that I couldn’t let me do a rental for 2 hours because the 7 trucks that were in their yard were “only for out of town trips” So I asked if there was another truck I could rent for 3 hours and Stevie was her name just laughed hysterically and said “one for triple the price. So I just got you another rental 10 minutes away have a great day. Why couldn’t I just rent a truck at that location for 3 hours instead of driving around town. Your website clearly let me do so, so why was there an issue. I am hoping I don’t run into these issues next week as well.
MICHAEL MThe Manager, Christian and his team were professional and very helpful with the transition of returning the rented U-Haul truck to this location. I did go to the Kings Canyon drop-off location prior to the return just to map out and get direction to prepare for my drop-off. Christian explained the details to me when returning the rental truck. Upon return on 3/20, both associates that afternoon were helpful with the return. When they saw in the notes that there was an issue with the change of location for pick-up, an hour prior to my pick-up time, they extended an apology for me having to going through that experience. It was a rescheduling of pick-up location 3 times prior to pick-up and by no means any reflection of the Thrifty Storage Company pick-up location.
FRANK DYour associate Christian went above and beyond. He was very helpful, polite and professional. The best thing you can do his have more people like him on your team. He not only helped explain how everything worked he explained best practices and habits for a good experience. Christian it top notch. We cant say enough. Kip Meseck

JUAN DWhile the customer service was great, my partner and I were given a truck with a faulty transmission. We had to pull over and luckily we hadn’t gotten too far but it was still dangerous especially if we had gotten onto the freeway right away. When we had the clear to return the truck from roadside assistance we are informed the truck was supposed to go to the shop that morning. It was an honest mistake but one that should never be made and I hope moving forward they’ll be more careful.

MELISSA SThe trailer had debris in it when I picked it up, it was raining and I was on a time crunch. The tech said "not to worry about it " as I was hauling a man lift across town and that was all. Today a different tech wanted to charge me a " trailer was dirty fee " and I showed him pictures of what was hauled and nothing like the debris in the trailer " ... very disappointed 😞

Sharen PWhen I checked the gas level in the truck it was only at 1/4 and contract said 3/8. The employee said he would fix it in the computer, but did not. When I returned the equipment through online portal, it wanted to charge me the 1/8 of a tank of gas. But I had returned with 3/8 anyway so I put that in. I think there should be a space where you can add the photo of when you picked up the equipment because I took a photo of the gas level before I left at pick up.
