DEBRA SI originally had booked on line out if Woodinville WA to Sisters, OR. A $100 discount was offered if I dropped in Bend, OR. A few days previous to the rental date U Haul Seattle Traffic (not the local dealer) called to say "no truck available at the Woodinville location you have to pickup at Mill Creek, its only 6 miles away." In reality its 23 miles and 38min each way. I told her " I don't believe it, my wife was just happend to be at 85thstreet in Kirkland and the guy said, "plenty of trucks"". I called 85th and got my truck and cancelled the original reservation. If U Haul needs equipment relocated, that's not my problem or U Haul can offer a discount or just not lie to me about what is where. I dropped in Sisters, the $100 for going to Bend was gone after cancel. The truck and the dealerships are great.

BRIAN CMy experience was a little different from other times I've used Uhaul services. The check-in service was excellent. The employee at the counter was very attentive, explaining all the procedures and available options. However, we were surprised by the rudeness, petulance, and arrogance of the employee outside the store. I don't know his name, but he's a young man with long blond hair. I asked for information, and he gave a completely rude response. I decided to let it go. I thought to myself that he wasn't having a good day. When I went to pick up the truck I had rented, I couldn't leave because another truck was blocking the exit. I asked him to move the truck so I could get out. Then, as expected, he acted like a spoiled child and told me to go to the counter and change the truck key to a different identification number. He repeated this number countless times as if he were angry about what he was doing. That's when the young man who was at the counter arrived and resolved everything in a polite manner.
EDIMAR PThey made me park my car at Costco for two days. They charged me for the dolly for more days than I had it. Stupid stuff

Muneer MKeep hiring and paying well employees like the young man that helped me in Kirkland WA. I cannot find my receipt right to give the exact location but it is located in Rosehill not to far from the 405 freeway entrance.
SADIE LSometimes it is a bit busy at this location, but this time it was smooth sailing! I was in and out of there quickly at both pickup and drop off! The truck I rented was relatively new and clean. It was easy to drive. Thank you!

Great team, I encourage management to comment the three young men that were running things because they were great and very professional! I was very impressed and intend to use not only U-Haul but this shop in the future. It was a great experience.

SALIM FI called the Kirkland U-Haul and was put on hold for 36 minutes. By the time I drove to the U-Haul location I walked in with my phone still on hold, and the gentleman was just standing around. Shame on them. I pointed it out and let him know that he should be, looking at his phones more often. That was the only negative part of my truck rental. The truck ran well, easy to drive, the gentleman made it very easy for me to understand the contract and the use of the truck. Thank you, Mary Hansen.

ROBERT CThe staff was very helpful in getting my truck ready. My impression is U-Haul's computing systems lack the ability to execute an on-site pickup when an off hours pickup was originally arranged. In the end I simply waited to the location to close and used the app to retrieve my rental (although it created several problems with the rate and drop off location). But the staff did their best to help me and displayed a cheerful and professional attitude. My experience with several agents over the phone regarding promptly correcting the changes on my invoice and figuring out an acceptable dropoff location was superb, considering the circumstances. Professional, courteous, and prompt.

BRIAN KI reserved a trailer online. It showed 3 days to return. But once I went to the pick up location, they told me it was only 2 days. Extra charge after that. I found it dishonesty. And I ended up paying $28. I feel it is wrong.

JOHN HThe in person experience at Kirkland was exceptional at pick up and drop off. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend using this location if near your moving experience. The online experience was terrible - equipment was not located near where it was reserved, added several.hours of transportation time for.pick up and drop off. The online services only worked partially at.pick up and we're much more cumbersome than in person.
Lorrin JI had a good experience renting a U-Haul truck and returning it — the process was smooth and convenient. One suggestion I have is that before handing the truck over, it would be very helpful if a staff member could give a more detailed explanation of the truck’s features. For example, showing how to adjust the mirrors, operate key controls, and go over safety features would make first-time drivers feel more comfortable and confident. Overall, it was a positive experience, and with a bit more orientation at the beginning, it could be even better.

MARLINA SHitch installation is incorrect because they missed installing a bolt on the hitch. Moreever, this location is heavily understaffed , I need to wait on phone for hours before talking to somebody to know if my car is ready.
Mayank VFrom the moment I walked in the sales guy was a super Duper nice. I wanted the newer van and at first he couldn’t find the keys, but then he found the keys and I am so happy that I rented the van that I rented. It was the best and the easiest driving experience I’ve had with U-Haul. I had to call and extend by about an hour and a half and again I was treated so nicely. When I returned the truck again, the person was very very friendly. It was a fabulous experience.
DORI RGreat and easy process! Made the move so seamless! The only thing that happened was when we made our reservation for 8:00 am the location ended up not being opened yet. But somehow the reservation went through. The customer service representative my husband spoke to was super kind and helpful. We got our truck in the end and we moved! Yay!
Alan NTruck was ready and clean as expected. The only thing keeping this from being five stars was that the engine light was on. Before I drove off I went and asked about it and they said don't worry about it. While doing my move, the engine light started flashing which made me think things were getting worse. Everything ended up fine but it was very disconcerting as I could not be sure I would make it to my destination. I think they could do better than that. Otherwise I really like this location.

ANDREW WBoth the transmission and the alignment on the truck are in desperate need of service. It was miserable to drive. We truly enjoyed the service we received. It was excellent on pick up and drop off and getting us all of our supplies however over the vehicle was absolutely miserable to drive
