Customer service was great. Young energetic female manager, who knew her stuff. My issue was a gash in a motorcycle tire, caused by a sharp metal edge in the front of the built in chock on the trailer I rented. I have filed a claim, and would appreciate follow up from U-Haul as a result of this survey. Thank you.

Waiting in line for up 1/2 hour before being serviced for picking up Uhaul, then 45 minutes after returning the Uhaul. I have used this service twice this year and each time my time was wasted standing in line.

I reserved my trailer in SeaTac, 27 miles away. I was offered NO compensation for the 2.5 hours it took me to pick it up there. Almost the entire route was under construction which is why I would never have selected this location. Here’s a suggestion: If the equipment isn’t available at the location you need it, DON’T allow it to be reserved there.

I’ve had to use a uhaul 4times in the past month. I bought a home so we are combining 2 houses into one. The crew at this location in Lakewood Wa have made this exhausting task pleasurable-so thank you uhaul!!!!!

Customer service was very poor. The person helping me had to ask other employees for help for every single thing. They tried to charge me extra money. Since I was given he wrong vehicle, they tried to make me return the uhaul to where I picked it up from, which was 3 hours away. It was a total mess. I was here for 45 minutes just to return the uhaul, and eventually left before it was even resolved because the employees told me they weren't sure how to resolve the situation.

The assistance was very bad, we were little late to pick up Uhual and tow and they gave it away without calling or emailing us. We were in line for 30 minutes and that's when we found out. After 2 hrs we got a uhaul at another location and reserve on the phone with Uhaul to get a tow that our car sit on. They ended up sending us to the same location again. Once we get there they said they changed reservation and now we have the tow dolly to pull the car which we explained to them the day prior thats not what we want. We took it, the assistant refused to help us stating we are not allowed to help attach the chain and straps to the wheel. After we told her we have no idea. She said that was the rules and she could tell us how to put it on only. We were driving across country 1 way. After half way there and issue with the tow and our vehicle moving we stopped at Uhaul in Missouri and a very helpful specialist John told us our car was barely hanging on, it moved, only 1 strap was holding our vehicle, that the chain they gave us was no good and they were suppose to check it. The chain only had one hook. He replaced the chain and gave us a new one, readjusted our car the right way. And told us the Uhaul does offer service to connect our vehicle for only $20, which we would've gladly paid at the Lakewood location if offered since we already spent 2k. Also he told us we were suppose to get an courtesy email or call about our appt. We returned the vehicle and tow in 3 days instead of 9. Now I'm still getting charged to my card that I did not save with that location and Customer service can not tell me why but my $139 was eventually returned. Now today I'm charged $21 for the tow being retuned late. I don't understand how I have receipts but this one location keep on charging my Card and everyone is telling me to speak to these incompetent, untrained individuals. At least customer service at the 800 should be able to assist. Overall experience was the worse and I will not be using Uhaul anymore.

Armandt Briseno did an excellent job at the return location. He was professional, courteous and provided prompt service. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Will definitely utilize services at the Lakewood location in the future.

The wait lines were so long seemed like total chaos. My wife and I were trying to download our ubox. Was told it was ready showed up waited 30 minutes to have access to it.
