First off, Andrew, the GM is always kind, rentals are always ready and check in is quick every time. Even when this location is busy, all of the team members I have come across here are super kind, patient and friendly. Thank you U-Haul of Lakewood for always making my job that much easier. I never have to think twice went renting from you.

DAVID HBack of truck was dirt and smelled bad. Reserved an appliance dolly when I went to pick up one was not available. Found burnt foils and drug paraphernalia inside the truck when I told them employee he brushed it off and said someone probably broke in and did drugs. Highly disappointed especially after paying almost $400.

JOHN FThere were long wait times when only one agent was at the desk; several others were on hand but did not appear to be servicing customers. The agent told me the truck I rented had a quarter tank of gas, and marked my rental sheet accordingly. I was shocked to find that the gas gauge said the tank was empty, and in fact did not work at all. It continued to show empty even after I put gas in. That made for a nervous trip not knowing how much gas was in the tank. Finally, the parking brake did not work. In the end, though, the agent that (finally) checked me out was helpful and charged me properly.

Lorne HI was very uncomfortable with the employee who was helping me with my rental using his personal phone to take a photo of front and back of my state ID. This should not be allowed. U-Haul should have a different option or way to have State ID’s to be scanned in by the company’s own equipment.

JOHN WParking lot is hectic and very small at this location making it hard to get in and out with the uhauls. Was not very happy getting a call saying that I never returned my trailer that I returned the day before but customer service solved the issue quickly for me.
Megan GMy reservation was transferred to this location as the equipment I requested was not available where I originally reserved. The organization transferred me to this new location. Things went well and we did what we hoped to accomplish. Thanks
