Darius Brown helped us a lot when the truck we had requested wasn't available. He offered to make it right by giving us a smaller truck, discounting the mileage, and offering us the reservation guarantee. Thank you for going the extra mile!

I was charged $10 for coverage when I clearly stated I didn’t want to. I have a screenshot of my online reservation that shows I was responsible for any damages that could cost up to $25,000. The representative at the location did not print any paper work like I am used to getting. Only made me sign To confirm the use of my card. Now I have to wait up to 2 business days to get money I did not approve to be taken out of my card back or whatever you’re all trying to do. I’ve rented many times to know I don’t need the coverage!

In my case, I am from another state, in Indianapolis to handle some business. The store was about two miles from my hotel. A courtesy ride would have been nice. I will have to express this in my blog and other social media, so that other travelers will consider this when choosing Uhaul and this location in particular.

Our truck was dirty. It stinks too. They pick up was awesome, however, dropping it off was unacceptable. A hot mess. Need more employees for busy times and in the morning there should be a specific person for returns. Organization is the key, and there seems to be none there

When I return the truck the guy was yelling at me that I must pack the truck in a specific place. I tried my best but he wasn’t satisfy and he was cursing me out so loud that the other customer was there. I feel embarrassed and I will not use this location again. I have been using U-Haul and nobody ever tell me that I must park somewhere special. I think the guy name was Eric

Overall, had a horrible booking experience online and was told when I called to change the size of the truck I hadn’t booked a one-way trip, despite doing so online. It wasn’t confirmed, it cost more money than expected, the general manager was argumentative and rude. To get a one way trip I had to be downgraded in size and therefore did not get done moving in one trip

Just make sure someone is up front to answer calls or greet customers. Had to wait 15 minutes before getting my truck. The staff is great, just need to check in on the front counter often.
