First time service and it was great! Clean, pleasant and prompt employees. No for the not so “Yay” ...The check in virtually was tedious to still have to go in the building and get the key(I thought the final code would unlock the key on the truck or building).

Customer service agent at the location was very rude. He charged me for insurance when I had declined it. I was still charged for it. He did not greet me and he had a sharp tone, no eye contact and appeared to dislike his job.

I was very impressed with the employees and extremely clean equipment. Using the Uhaul site to reserve trk is not customer friendly. Had to re-enter information multiple times. Ck out was detailed but encountered no problems. If I need a trk rental in the future it will be with Uhaul at this location. Wonderful staff who are great assets to the company I was provided outstanding customer service. Thanks!

The African American clerk in the morning is the rudest and laziest person with an attitude I have came across in a long while. I am African American and I am throwing him under the bus - What does that say! Terrible experience and that's the reason I decided to walk to the parking lot to use the 24/7 Truck Share instead of me dealing with that person. I have used your location in the past and will continue to do so as my home location. But, this “guy” is a piece of work!! Please make aware I am not talking about the gentleman who was there when I dropped-off the truck on Sunday, October 25th. He was courtesies and welcoming. - Needs to be rewarded for his job!

I rate this location because I was forced to use this location. I did an online rental for the truck at a location 2 miles from where I needed it. However that location was closed in the day I was ti pick it up!! I spend 45 minutes on hold when I called & the poor guy who finally answered got an ear full. I had a moving crew who had to wait over an hour while I drove 30 minutes away to get the truck that was promised to me at a different location. I incured extra mileage charges due to location pickup!! Mad does not begin to describe how I felt. I will definitely review this on social media & it will NOT be a good review of U-Haul!

The whole experience was extremely unprofessional.. one of the workers was facetiming someone and talking about oossibly getting shot at while trying to pick up the truck. When we dropped it off I was told Id receive my money back from not used miles within 10 minutes. After a couple hours I went back up there and they told me it'd be 3-5 business days.. i never received any kind of receipt or confirmation for the rental I'm not sure what's going on with that transaction. If someone would reach out to me about it I'd definitely appreciate it...

Truck smelled of feces and had other people furniture still in the back along with sex toys and drugs. I will never be going to this location again. I may never use uhaul ever again. Staff was rude and told me I was overreacting and would not take my complaint. I tried speaking with a manager and was told one was not available. My grandson got ahold of a poem magazine that was found in the back of the truck before we loaded it and I am outraged!!!!!

Darrius was the clerk behind the counter who assisted us on Saturday morning (9/26/20). There were 2 people in front of me when I went into the store, and as he was assisting me and another customer, 5 people came in. He provided EXCELLENT customer service, while assisting the 2 customers in front of me. He held his composure under very stressful circumstances. He was the only one working behind the counter. Please give him a RAISE, because he is an tremendous representation for you company and he is excellent in multi-tasking.

The trailer provided to me was covered in mud. I was forced pressure wash it on my own. Without washing my contents would have been covered in mud from the prior renter. The washing cost me a day of usage.

I was not told about an after hours drop off fee so I'm kinda upset about that since we were there within the allotted time. Also I was told on the phone that it was a $100 deposit to get there and it be a $200 deposit. So needless to say I'm not happy.

I made my reservation 3 weeks in advance for the pick up location closest to me. Two days prior to pick up you change my pick up location. One hour before pick up you delayed my pick up time by 2 1/2 hours! I had people waiting to help me and a time schedule to get to Lafayette. Very bad business. Due to my location change, I went 30 miles over my mile limit. Up until 30 minutes prior to picking up the truck, I wasn't sure it would even be there! There was only one person visible at the Washington St. location and she wasn't very friendly and was not wearing a mask. Each time I tried to call to find out about location/time I was on hold for more than 20 minutes and when I finally got a person after a 23 minute wait, she rudely transferred me to another number for another 25 minute wait.

Place was busy and the online check-in was a bit longer onsite as the agent took 10mins to start but once they finished and I had the key it rolled smooth abs returning was stupid easy. Estimate was also with $3 so impresaed

The online process always lets me choose closest to me then i get a call , telling me to go to the same place as always because the locatlon does not have the equipment . Why do I get to choose if nobody has what I book.

Was told if I had a question, I could call. I had a question regarding whether I could turn the trailer in at a different location. Called and was put on hold for more than 40 minutes. Called back and the same thing happened. If you tell me I can call for questions, at least be there to answer my question. A quick yes or no was all I needed.

Maybe be more clear about the cost of rental 19.99 is not the actual price of renting a van. Not a complaint, just my opinion

It took 10 minutes to find my truck. It was parked in behind another larger truck. The cab area was very dirty, and we sanitized it ourselves. The location did not have most of the equipment we prepaid for. None of the 3 dollies and only one bundle of blankets. I was told by him, "Oh well, its first come first serve." So we had to drive way out of our way to find a Home Depot to purchase additional supplies.

The truck was completely dirty. Cigarette butts and ashes in the ashtray. Spilled pop and food all over front of cab. Dirty windshield, smashed bugs. Can tell it had just returned from a long haul. No utility dolly or furniture dolly and was charged for them.

The truck was pretty beat up especially for a vehicle with only 2800 miles on it. There was no mention of it as I was filling out the paperwork so when I got to the vehicle I took a ton of pictures to document it. Mechanically the truck worked great.
