The online pick up and drop off is confusing. The marked truck said the truck identification would be on the left hand side of the truck on the bottom left hand corner. It was definitely on the back of the truck on the top right. Then at drop off there was no clearly marked place for the keys. The picture of the drop off box online looked nothing like what I was actually looking for.Sara A.

I request a motorcycle trailer in Avon, Indiana which is closer to my home and the internet said it is available in Avon. But I ended up picking them up in Indianapolis. I work for rental car company and customer request a car that is not available and I have heart to bring it to costumer to get their car closer and made it very convenient for them. But I'm not impressed uhaul not able to bring to Avon Uhaul. The people who works there is very professionally. But I'm not impress with relocation.JACK L.

Clean the truck and fix mechanical stuff on truck. The cab was filthy, A warning light on the dash was on and beeping the whole trip and 2 of the tires are dry rotted and have big gashes in them.James W.
Clean the equipment better. The truck I rented had spilled coke in cup holders. They didn't explain nothing to me about the equipment. All they said was where the equipment was parked and gave me the keys. They also didn't explain the receipt to me either. I had to ask questions.Kyle H.

I was giving a gas charge I paid for gas right before I dropped it off I did not use more than I bought. I feel it's because I dropped it off after hours the employees in am can say what they want next time I will take a picture or the gas's hand. It is a bullshit charge.KIMBERLY S.

Please see email below. This was sent to 764053_GM@uhaul.com as I was instructed to respond to on my invoice. I have emailed twice with no responses. Good morning, I have a few issues with the service I was provided. Part of this email is to let you know of certain areas for improvement. Other parts are where I believe discounts should be applied. I originally ordered a 10 ft truck from the 10th and Raceway store(I was using the truck from 10th and Raceway to 100S and 267 in Avon to 56th and Raceway to 56th and Lafayette Rd and back to the store) I originally received an email that I was upgraded to a 15 ft truck at 10th and Raceway(Millenium) because they wouldn't have 10 ft trucks. Later in the day, I received a call that my reservation was moved to the store on Washington St. I called in and advised that I didn't find that fair because I would be charged for extra mileage(see my route above). The woman on the phone said "but I'm seeing it's only 4.3 miles from our location". I had to explain to her that that doesn't include there and back. She gave me a $15 credit which I was generous and fair. That credit was not applied even though I let the rep know yesterday. Since my plans had changed again, I wasn't sure If I'd need the dolly. I determined I'd use more strength vs change routes(get charged more and take more time). That dolly charge is $7. Additionally, when I left the store, I noticed the vehicle was not on Full. I'm not sure how the employees check this or not. To verify this, I refilled the tank before I turned the vehicle in. See photo. https://photos.app.goo.gl/jb8wexSsnpyRm7XGA I filled 6.32 gallons. That would indicate I drove roughly 75.84 miles based on 12 miles per gallon(found online that was the MPG on a 10 ft). But...you know I drove 39 miles. Here's what I should be charged. The two young ladies was not helpful at all and the guy who also worked there just stood back and watched them do absolutely nothing to help.
