I have been disappointed with U-Haul overall after my experience with the Uboxes. I was under the assumption that U-Haul would follow through with the order and deliver the loaded boxes to my house when we arrived to Alexandria, VA. Logically speaking, why would U-haul deliver empty boxes to your house at your initial location and then expect you to be able to move the boxes yourself at your destination? Either way, i was treated with respect and patience at the Marlow Heights U-Haul location and they were quick and accommodating in getting me what I needed to move the boxes to my house.THOMAS C.

I used the mobile check in to do my rental as i have at several UHaul locations. I parked my car and returned 4 hours later only to be greeted with my vehicle towed at a $175 cost. It would have taken the associates 3 seconds to advise that there is no towing on the property. Ironically there were signs now taped to the door stating no parking. Thanks guys.Andre R.

Doing the online checkin and then having to go inside and wait on line for a key to the vehicle was an inconvenience/inefficient. This is the only location that I'v had to do that. The equipment was not provided at check-in nor was it left in the van. I had to go back in for that. The parking is very cramped and hard to maneuver in and out of the one-way lot.ANGELAPATRICE M.

The truck provided to us was completely unsafe. The steering wheel shaked and excessively. It was extremely hard for my husband to drive straight. When we informed the manager at the location, he didn't apologize nor have a care in the world. This was the WORSE experience! They have no customer service and even from the presentation of their uniforms. I will NEVER visit this location AGAIN!ROGER W.

Honestly, the rating for this location increased because I believe the mgr (Mike) was understanding about a dilemma I was having due to having to get my reservation switched from Oxon Hill Maryland to this location instead.
