If information were more clear on one way rentals. I reserved a 2 wheel dolly and a four wheel dolly with my rental truck. I was told that because of my one way rental, this particular location could not accommodate my four wheel dolly due to lack of supplies. This should have been made known on the confirmation call the day before my pickup. This was frustrating because, I flew in from another state to pick up my storage items and I was alone so I needed the Dollie’s to make my solo move easier. Luckily the employee was nice about to provide a 2 wheel dolly. Please be more clear on satellite locations inventory to make sure the can accommodate the customers reservation request and it needs to be verified on the call on the day before the scheduled pickup.

I had to continuously jump the truck because the battery kept dying. When I called to let your staff know that this was happing, he suggested I have the truck towed back the to the location. Then they would charge me for a knew truck when my son heard that his response was no. We had already started loading the truck. They should bring us a truck. The staff member told my son to pull up-to come see him. So this took me 2 days to do something that could have been done in one day.

Very impressed by the Management and (most) team members. There was one gentleman who gave me a direction while on the phone with his mom about a tax situation. Outside of that I would definitely comeback to this location again.

I rented a 15 ft truck yesterday and 6 hours. I ended up having to pay $230 plus $30 for gasoline. Drove a total of 60 miles. That was not worth it. I remember back in the early 2000's I had a truck for 2 days and paid less than I did. I will not be using U-Haul ever again

Check/service the trucks before renting. Had trouble getting the truck started twice after getting on the road. Almost had to call for a jump & afraid to turn the truck off once at drop off location in case it wouldn't start again.

Extremely unprofessional. I have never been threatened to fight due choosing to use a company application, instead of checking out in person. Sheldon (name tag reads “owner”) became extremely upset due to me choosing to return my truck via the app, instead of allowing him to do it after he quoted me an additional $30 the app did not reflect. After declining, he became upset, asking me to allow him to do the return, “because it’s faster, and he wanted to leave work.”.

It's usually no charge for dropping off at my most convenient U-Haul location, I had to do today because I was in a hurry to get home, I'm unable to pay the extra money for a Drop off at a different location, that's what I did last time and there was no charge so I don't see why I need to pay it again, right for cash right now anyways, I got the job done, thank you for the time

Mobile drop off. There is an old key drop that is visible from the entrance that confused us. Turns out the actual key drop is around the back, but it would be helpful if they removed the older drop stickers so people don't try to open what is actually bolted on metal (not a flap).

The manager was very rude I needed to extend my rental due to my landlord been hospitalized due to an accident and he kept calling my phone raising his voice at me, I told him I was speaking to someone at the corporate level and he expressed to me that corporate can do anything with him he was just rude and not willing to help at all
