Check/service the trucks before renting. Had trouble getting the truck started twice after getting on the road. Almost had to call for a jump & afraid to turn the truck off once at drop off location in case it wouldn't start again.

Extremely unprofessional. I have never been threatened to fight due choosing to use a company application, instead of checking out in person. Sheldon (name tag reads “owner”) became extremely upset due to me choosing to return my truck via the app, instead of allowing him to do it after he quoted me an additional $30 the app did not reflect. After declining, he became upset, asking me to allow him to do the return, “because it’s faster, and he wanted to leave work.”.

It's usually no charge for dropping off at my most convenient U-Haul location, I had to do today because I was in a hurry to get home, I'm unable to pay the extra money for a Drop off at a different location, that's what I did last time and there was no charge so I don't see why I need to pay it again, right for cash right now anyways, I got the job done, thank you for the time

Very convenient. Store is well laid out. Check-Out and Check-In was very easy. Check-Out Representative especially was pleasant to work with. Online Check-In procedure was easy and saved a lot of time. Vehicle was clean inside and out. No mechanical issues. Great experience!!

Mobile drop off. There is an old key drop that is visible from the entrance that confused us. Turns out the actual key drop is around the back, but it would be helpful if they removed the older drop stickers so people don't try to open what is actually bolted on metal (not a flap).

The manager was very rude I needed to extend my rental due to my landlord been hospitalized due to an accident and he kept calling my phone raising his voice at me, I told him I was speaking to someone at the corporate level and he expressed to me that corporate can do anything with him he was just rude and not willing to help at all

On Oct 7, 2024 I rented a U-Haul van to move some storage boxes. Christopher was the gentleman who processed the rental agreement. He provided excellent customer service and was very helpful making the rental process easy. The facility was clean and organized!

The people working there were great! They helped me get in and out in less than 5 minutes, including carrying the boxes to the truck with me. I have a bad knee and the help was well needed and appreciated. I have a big move coming up and I plan I using U-Haul and hiring the available workers to load the truck. I did that when I moved in and it was SO much less expansive over using a moving company. I did that once (Not a Happy Story) and never again; U-Haul all the way.

Rudest location imaginable , unhelpful staff, even with people there they claim they can not do anything themselves and it’s all just you on the app. I worked for a uhaul years ago I know it’s simply untrue but didn’t want to go on with the employee who was being mean to everyone and in the back literally talking smack about customers to their gm, he was very mad to be asked for assistance when the app did not work well.

Services from the Supervisor and a lot of the employees are unprofessional . The amount of of verbal sexual harassment going on in that particular Service Center is ridiculous. The customer service all around since The supervisor Kenneth got demoted is just trash!!
