I have received try rebred a Tralee twice and will do so absinthe two more times before the end of the year. I wish the 6'x12' trailer had been swept out, but overall I am very satisfied. Thank you

There was only one employee when I showed up at noon to pick up the trailer. She was hustling! For only being one person she was everywhere at once. I feel like she needs some positive recognition! She was super helpful and amazing at multitasking. Her name was Danielle White. She was amazing! But y'all should maybe get her some help in the shop. She was literally taking care of 4 things, all at once. I was very impressed.

The charge was $100 more than what was originally quoted. I asked for a 5x8 trailer, they gave me a 6x12. They told me the 5x8 couldn't go out of state which is why I got they were giving me the 6x12. Nobody told me that prior to and it was moving day for me so I had no choice. Put more stress on my vehicle for moving out of state and cost me more gas.

The only issue I had, was when I rented the 20” uhual I didn't open the back until I got home. When I opened it, it smelled of Marijuana. Unfortunately I had to use it to move and worried my stuff would smell.

Frustrating getting a phone call the night before my reservation made two weeks prior and finding out I had to drive over 30 miles out of my way to pick up the van I reserved. Why couldn't uhaul have transported or even given me the option to have it transported for the date and time reserved for an additional fee. Very frustrating

As far as my experience at the store it was amazing the manager went above and beyond to help me. I called the number to find out where to pick up my trailer and the person on the phone was rude and no help at all. After this call I went back to the store and explained my experience to the manager. She made sure my problem was solver and that I was totally satisfied with my transaction. I would recommend this store to everyone because of the store manager.

Worst experience ever. Won't be using U-Haul anymore for my monthly truck needs. Yes I had the truck for more time than I originally thought but the way I was treated for that by the local office in my opinion was unacceptable.

Your customer service on the ph & in person were both excellent. Will be renting another truck soon but will need for more than 24 hrs. If we can work that out...no additional improvement needed.

The attendants where very friendly and helpful. The attendant that checked me in made it very easy for me to check out the equipment. I was in and out in a jiffy. The attendant that checked me out was also super helpful. Although many were bringing in their rentals the young man was very even keel. He didn't seem stressed out. Both employees get 5 gold stars!

Overall experience was disappointing, couldn't pick it up til 4:00pm and I was traveling out of town so I had to pay for an extra day. Poor customer service, then switch my location twice and time. Would not recommend U-Haul to anyone I now.

This is more for the regional reservation people. When moving a customer reserves equipment and what they do not want to hear is "we don't have the equipment for you the day before they are to leave. Then be told there isn't one for 100 miles. Then later tell them there is one 78 miles if we will go get it. Seems like there was one. Either way we made reservations far in advance and we should have been given more time to go get what we reserved thus contact people earlier.

i recently rented and had a pick up time of 4:30 pm and was commuting from work and was gonna be late to pick up my rental tried to call uhaul in modesto to let them no i was gonna be late for pick up called at least 10 times no answer and sent me to the reservation dept and was on hold nobody ever answeard after 30 minutes . They could have rented my reservation to some one else because i wasnt there on time .

No dolly in truck.charged for dolly .put gas in on my way back to drop off and they said it wasnt enough and charged me $25 .Mean while i order a dolly with the truck its not there when i get to storage unit.So work was extra hard.No apology given by manager.

I reserved a 17' truck with the alternative to be a 20' truck, And when I went to pick it up the only truck they had was the 26' one that was way to big for the job I had. The truck was left on Empty, there was no dolly that I paid for, and it didn't have the optional blankets for purchase inside the truck.

Your Lady Manager there was very impolite. While she was waiting on me, she decided that she needed to leave and serve a customer lady outside. She passed me off to a flunky trainee that proceeded to tell me that I did not reserve a Uhaul even though I had a copy of the reservation in my pocket. Honestly, I did not show him the reservation. I asked for 6 each cover blankets. He charged me for them. Blankets were not put into the Uhaul. When I returned the Uhaul, I told the man that you did not give me my blankets. His reply - "O, I forgot, I will take them off the bill." Did he, nope, still got charged. The staff there were very non sociable and seemed like they could care less if they wanted to rent me anything. I will not use Uhaul again, not unless I have no other choice.

Rented u haul on line. Wanted for day, also reserved furniture dolly Got to pick up and was told only could have 4 hours and that they had no dolly's, they were broken. Although I saw them loading 2 in prior customers trucks. My receipt said gas tank had 3/8 of tank, yet when we left red light came on. Rushed to get done, went to replace gas, that wasn't there in first place at station. Started pumping gas and it came straight out to ground. Someone had cut gas line. Thank God I only had to go short distance, 19 miles total. I would have been stuck somewhere with a truck unable to hold gas full of my belongings. Got it back to your store told agent and was told this wasn't first time. He told manager ( Jackie Cornejo 710035 ) that it happened again. If this is the case why would you rent without first checking gas line? Agent ask manager what should do, her response was I didn't have to pay for gas, really!!! I said that no compensation, there was never gas in and the gas I pumped was on gas station cement, she then ask if I went into gas station to get refund. Of course not I told her wasn't station fault. I again ask how was I going to be compensated she replied back she wouldn't charge for gas. I don't understand how she thinks that is any compensation. After a terrible day of moving left very dissatisfied.

It was a bit stressful during packing and moving, but I wanted to say how helpful, professional, and polite Danielle White was at the McHenry Store in Modesto. She also gave great advice and our order was ready when I arrived to pick it up. I would rate her service as 6 Stars our of 5 Stars, top notch. Thanks Danielle.

First of all we weren't greeted with a hello and cannot believe we have to take the photos and check in the vehicle ourselves. The person didn't even drive the vehicle up like the other rep did for the other customer. bummer thing is uhaul is the only rental place by us and every time we rent we have issues. Very unprofessional

No issues with modesto location whatsoever. I do have an issue with mobile pick up. Was suppose to pick truck at 7a I'm there at 7a waiting to get approved for a truck. It took so long that I went inside and told the girl to just finish the transaction herself. This is the 3rd time I rent a teuck from the same location non of my info or anything has changed. Whats the hold up approving this things shouldn't take forever.

I was promised a 15' foot truck but got a 10 footer and that was to small for a two bedroom so I had to rent a trailer from tulock and then after that they wanted me to drop off the trailer at another location in woodland ca when should have been in Davis ca not vary happy with the hole deal should some credit back the manager at kansas Ave Modesto was helpful
