Excellent customer service- staff were nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Making reservation and extending reservation when needed was hassle free. Return was quick, took less than 5 minutes.

John RCharge for what we actually used. At the time of pickup i was charge for 100 miles, when I took it back with only 70 miles the kept what they charge me at first, no refund, you guys know how to steal money, but I'll take this to a lawyer.

JAMIE NCompletely unprofessional, over charged me $1300+, gave me the wrong equipment, employee didn’t set reservation to 24/hr pickup had to wait two hours for him to show up and he left his keys to business at home, had to conduct contract outside in freezing weather manager called and was completely unapologetic, rude and backed her employees and store. She should not be in management and I will never use U-Haul again.

Everyone was greeted as they stepped through the door and told that they would be attended to momentarily. The same goes for when I dropped off the equipment. Danielle runs an exceptional store.

David YMy trailer didn’t have a lift crank so it was very heavy and difficult to remove from truck. Employees saw me pulling into drop off at 7:02 i was fully aware that they close at 7:00 no help at all just waved. Hurt my back lifting trailer no direction on how to remove chains noting. Not impressed at all.

WALTER WThe truck I rented was awful. It had little over 1/4 of gas in it, it was falling apart. It had an odd smell. The driver side floor was peeling up near the gas pedal and kept catching my foot. The driver door seal kept falling off every time I opened the door. It shifted clunky. I did not request a standard dolly or moving blankets but guess what!? They were bolted into the box and if I tried to remove them to get the space back I paid for I would be charged for breaking the stupid green tags. I didn't even use the thing for the full 24 hours, I was below the 60 miles i thought I would use but wasn't credited anything back. I have rented from U-Haul many times over the years and this truck was the worst experience I have had. The worst part is I am going to probably have to rent another truck this coming weekend to finish what I didn't get done this weekend and I am already dreading getting another shitty truck that will snag my shoes when trying to drive making it a hazard and having to deal with a door seal constantly falling off every time I opened the door. I would have ripped it off all the way and be done with it myself but, would probably be charged for destruction of an already beat up smell piece of junk.
