rented a 10' box truck. it drove like a truck, felt every bump empty and loaded. please improve suspension system. milage charge was a surprise for non-commercial usage. overall very pleased with the service, will use again, and recommend your services.

Joseph Awhen I first arrived at 8 AM the employee was busy working in a different part of the property- there was nobody supervising the store itself and a small group began to gather on a line waiting for his return- would suggest either increasing the staffing during the weekend early hours or delaying the sale of propane until later in the AM when staffing levels have increased- the employee who helped me however was polite, efficient and clearly hard working.

EDWARD SIt took me over an hour to get to the proper person at customer service that could give me the code to the lockbox to pick up the truck. The shop was closing when I went to pick up and the system was shut down even though I was there 7 mins before closing time.
