The overall experience was terrible. The location need to install lights on the property, it was extremely dark. The check in process on the app and website said “no connection available” whenever you got half way through it, the process is way too long for someone just picking up a trust. These are things that should be required when setting up arrangements. I didn't get the truck until over two hours later. The representative declined my licenses the first time due to a slight “glare” in the picture, but of course there would be a glare, the property has absolutely no lights outside. It was 28° with two bars of service when I usually have service everywhere. I needed the truck to move almost two hours away, in New Jersey and the process make us very late for packing. We didn't get to leave PA until 1:30AM. The drop off location was a little better but again, no lights in the necessary locations: the motions were on when we got there then suddenly they turned off. We were looking for this bar code to scan for 30 minutes because you couldn't see anything. It's 2021, technology has Advancrd way too much for these kind of struggles. You guys have a great idea, terrible execution!

Your reservation system sucks dog dick . I reserved a truck in one location, confirmed it, got there, and was told I was at the wrong location. I had to go back the way I came to retrieve the vehicle. Both locations are very good to work with, but your online system blows.

The gentleman working inside when I arrived were very helpful. The one who got me all set up told me if i was 30 or 60 minutes late getting the truck back, there wouldn't be an issue. Obviously this isn't universal policy but I appreciate that they were able to give me that leeway. Luckily the truck was back on time. When I pulled in for the return, the associate came right out to receive the truck, and there was no waiting like there usually is with other locations.

Best rental experience I've ever had wether it was a car , truck, boat , bike , scooter .... this was the best one from start to finish. I will be referring everyone that needs a rental to this specific location. Amazing job getting me in the truck with 10 mins notice. All around amazing service !

I will never rent from you again. It was nothing but problems. It took me 3 hrs to pick a truck up that I had a reservation for at a pick up site. I got there and it was the wrong site eve tho I had an email confir.ing the address. I will not waste my time with you guys again. I rather pay more at Penske

Mobile check in was canceled on me without anyone even contacting me. I was running a little late so they just canceled my reservation. I then talked to the person in the store and got a truck at 9:30pm and he asked how long I needed it for. I said overnight but I can probably have it back at 2, maybe 12 depending on how fast things move. I got the truck back at 12:20. They tried saying the attempted to call me and the number said they don't know a Phillip so they had the wrong number apparently and my father's phone was called and he was busy helping me move and didn't get it but they left a voicemail saying they were flagging the truck as stolen. They also charged me for a 2 day rental on the truck. They were absolutely horrible and will never use this location again. Never had these problems elsewhere.

I reserved a 20' truck 2 weeks before pick up date and one was not available at my preferred location or any other location close by. So I had to get a 15' and was told I could only take it if I returned it by 3pm. So I will now have to make multiple trips at additional expense and time. it was also not clear anywhere before I picked up the truck that I had a “preferred“ location vs an exact location to pick up the truck. Very deceiveing. I had no idea uhaul could arbitrarily change my location and not actually have the vehicle that was confirmed reserved. Very poor communications by Uhaul. I will be warning & cautioning anybody who's considering using uhaul. The store manager was nice and compensated me with a discount

Horrible job with communication. Changed the location without letting me know, had to go to another location for help to find out where my reservation was going to be. I was calling the new reservation building and no one answered for about 10 minutes but when the U-Haul manager at the first place that was helping me tried to call, they picked his up immediately. Very upset I had to drive an extra 35 minutes for my reservation and wasn't even told my reservation had been changed.

When booked on line as I did there should be a line telling you there would be an after hours fee . Which is more than the basic rental fee ! Not happy to see that as after hours no one was there and I followed the instructions on the window. Not happy with sneak fees.

They automatically charged me for 3 days. Thankfully when they sent the receipt they included time stamps so I was reminded the $52 extra day. For anyone who is too busy they may have missed it. Had I not called, waited on hold to clear it up then I would ha e been charged an extra day. Other then that they were very helpful and would recommend them.
