The Trailer I received from U-haul ended up having a broken leaf spring. It made my trip longer than expected, however I was able to make it back to Cheyenne Wyoming. When I went to return the trailer the passenger side tire would not stay in contact with the road.

Karlee CI don't mind the U-Haul I was grateful for that is what made me mad was I had called and told you guys we got a late start on Monday and we wasn't going to be back to bring it back on that next day. When I talked to them you guys had told me know that's fine things like this happen and that I would only still be paying the $140. So when I finally got to drop it off late that night I had called you guys again cause I had no clue what to do about returning it it and that's when I needed to download the app and check it in that way. Well we couldn't figure that out either so we just wrote down the milage and plate number. But it what is the problem to me is that when I talked to the girl the first night that I wasn't there she told me I was fine and that I wasn't going to have to have any extra charges so finally the 3rd day came around cleaned it all up returned it. And placed the key on the tire. Don't know if the was the right spot or night. But my concern is that I get the notification from U-Haul place staring that I had $349 charged to my account and that blew me the hell away cause the people I had talked to told me and promised me that I would not have any extra charges. Well to me that looks like a lot of charges to me and I can't afford that I can't even feed my kids now since you have everything in my check book. I've been grateful that your pricing has not changed significantly, and the truck was clean and in terrific shape. Two years ago, the truck had a low tire when I came by to pick it up, and the staff very quickly fixed it, and got me on my way. You guys are great! Thank you for being a good partner!

George VI think the whole team needs customer service training. From my perspective the only person that was very courteous to me was Tiffany. I had a hitch installed and was told it would take 2 hours, ended up taking 6 hours.
LINDA HThe 59 south / state street location is too small. It is difficult to park in and get out of! I generally don’t do reviews but I must this time. I have rented from Penske and enterprise several times this Year! When we pulled in to the state street a guy named William greeted us at the door. He looked up our rental agreement and explained the costs. He talked me into insurance even though I don’t normally get insurance . William was joking a little which put me at ease. He answered box questions and made sure by questions that I didn’t need a lift gate or other accessories. He went over the gas gauge that was 1/2 full. He took time to walk out and go over the controls and accessories. When we came back William ran out to greet us and get the mileage and look for dents he said the gas was good and I over bought on mileage. He told me I would have a corrected bill in my email but it might be a while. The place was packed with customers trying to find a park space. Now I have had a business for 50 years and I know employees. This guy William met all expectations I had and made me feel comfortable. I really liked this guy! I don’t do reviews but if I was You I would raise William or promote him because if I still had my business I would hire him. Sarah SThe steering wheel was badly aligned, so when I was driving straight the steering wheel was blocking my view of speedometer, so when I was driving, it was just a guess as to how fast I was going, or I had to weave my head around the steering wheel in order to see my speed, which distracted me from driving, and I think that equipment fault is dangerous. I did mention it to one of the front desk employees when I returned the truck, and she just chuckled when I said I had to move my head around the steering wheel in order to see my speed. I had to drive more miles because I didn’t feel confident driving on the freeway, so I’m hoping to get a refund on my rental. I didn’t notice the equipment fault
