the odometer read 61.0. i pulled off the property and it immediately flipped to 62.0 so i lost a mile immediately. it's only .79 cents but it's still a mile im being charged for that i didn't use. Also the gas...i filled up before dropping the truck off and put in over 5 gallons. i only went a little over 30 miles and cant believe the trucks get such bad gas mileage. Maybe the previous user didn't compete top it off

Rented a appliance hand truck. Under a load, the wheel bearings sounded like a meat grinder and would hardly turn. Made our project much more difficult than it would have been with better equipment. Upon return of the equipment, advised employee of the problem and that the hand truck should be repaired, retired or junked. Hopefully it wont be rented out again.

I arrived and waited in line for a customer service agent for 40 minutes. There were other people waiting behind me. There was an agent out working on wiring for a new hitch. After 40 minutes, he came in to help me. I have never seen a place provide such poor service. You MUST have more agents. You are a busy store.

Had damage to vehicle prior to me picking up woyld have been nice to have listed somewhere but the employee was very friendly and suggested I take a video of the damage prior to leaving and I did that.

More knowledgeable staff. I asked to check with my car insurance company before I decided on insurance for the trailer. Staff said I could add it later, turns out I couldn’t. Staff had no knowledge of any questions I asked.

I placed the reservation online and to have the quick 3 step check in method via my phone however when I attempted step 2 to log in to my account I didn’t have an account set up already so after the system looked up my reservation from sending me a verification code it actually got nowhere and went back to the reservation lookup screen. Other than that it was fine

I made my order for packing products, Moving help, and a truck and dolly on the internet. When I arrived the proprietor was unable to see my order completely. I was given a invoice to sign that included 2 hand dollys and was only provided 1. I was unable to read the document at the time of signing.

The rental information for this car hauler was all wrong. i was in a Ford 150, hauling a ford f250 Crew Cab. the trailer was to short for the truck that I needed to haul. on return the agent told me that the contract was for a Dodge to haul the trailer and a Ford Ranger that was to be on the trailer. none of that was correct, the agent who checked me in told me to dispute the contract but did nothing to resolve the error from the checking in agent . The checking in Agent processed the contract twice, I guess on the 2nd try she come up with bad, wrong information on my truck and the truck that I needed to haul. Then checking nin Agent didnt even care to try to resolve the issue. I drove 80 miles to Evanston Wyoming to return back home with a empty trailer and no one to help me. The checking in agent was busy, but being busy wasnt my problem. was a horrible experience , no one cared to try to fix or reverse the charges. Both agents were just concerned with the work load and I came across as a burden and extra work for them. the rental wasnt allot of money, no one tried to resolve the problem or cared to help me. the lot was full of returning vehicles, they were overloaded with work, but doesn't everyone deserve some sort of attention as a paying customer

The service was fine. The small Ford van is a low quality very light weight metal. The gauge always showed full. I drove 30 miles but it filled up with 2 1/2 gallons. So maybe the person before me didn't fill up since the gauge registers full.

You charged me for a dent I clearly didn’t cause. The person who gave me the vehicle didn’t do the walk around with me or even tell me about it. When I returned I talked to a girl who told me he was new and they wouldn’t charge me. I get my bill today and have a damage fee. The “damage” is clearly not something I did. It is a small bulge, with no dent on the inside of the van. You’ll be getting a call from me.

Over a 30 minute wait to get a hand truck. Very slow service. I rented a hand truck for a 1 way rental to Bountiful. Returned in 3 hours later the same day. Was notified a few days later by your equipment recovery division I had not returned it. Took several more days for the Bountiful Office to check it in.

Be thorough when you're checking out a previous customer's return, there was some damage on the truck that I was almost responsible for, but luckily I took pictures of the truck before I left the lot, and the tech was able to see the Mark Prior.

I was double charged and according to the manager, one charge was a hold. I was then sent through a loop of customer service reps 5 deep over the course of a month and I still have not seen my money back. Completely unacceptable seeing as I just moved so my funds are already tight.

The staff and location were great to work with. The online return system is terrible. I tried multiple times to get an account, but each time I inputted the verification code the site reset and started over. Super annoying and not user friendly. Either fix the online check-in process, or do away with it all together.

I live close to this location. It is fast in and fast out either picking up or returning vehicles. I have bought pacing materials and a four wheel dolly on separate dates. I get treated with respect every time I do business there. My son in-law rented a one way trailer from here in March too. Thanks, See you again the next time I need help.

If I could give a negative number I would. My experience here was horrible. The employee who checked my vehicle in charged me for damage that was pre-existing, which is extremely dishonest. U-Haul Corporate needs to seriously review what goes on at this store.

I had the uhaul from 9-6,630 pm. When I returned the uhaul there were several customers and employees were working very slow paced so I left the vehicle keys in the over night drop and vehicle parked on the line of returned cars. They charged me another day saying I had returned it at 11 am which is complete bullshit. Called customer service said they couldn’t do anything for me told me they would have the general manager get in contact with me after being on hold for 20+ min on the phone I still haven’t heard from them or have received a refund! This was 5/31-6/1. & they even went ahead and charged me for the bigger truck price when I had a smaller one and filled tank back to how I got it. I want a refund and compensation for my troubles ! I will leave a bad review on the account and contact the better business bureau if I don’t hear back.

The Murray location was awesome but the original location (M&M?) was the worst EVER. The Murray location was fantastic especially after the original location canceled our order and did not have the equipment that we rented several weeks in advanced. My BIG advice is to only rent from the Murray location. Don't waste your time with the others in town.

I was trying to pick up my rental using the app. It took 35 min min, and the app kicked me out saying I had to go into the store. I recommend getting rid of the pick up by phone feature and employing more people in the store to be able to assist getting into the vehicle

The truck had some serious issues. You couldn't go over 50 MPH on the freeway or the truck jumped all the way down the road. Hard to handle when it did that. Had a hard time starting. They shouldn't have rented it out.

It was great they were open on Memorial Day. Thank you! Staff were friendly, just very busy. Some of the pricing by U-Haul was iffy. The $19.95 per day price jumped to $40. We only drove 15 miles. Why not include the first 25 miles for free?

The young man was able to make my initial opinion of this location really good. As far as I am concerned he did an outstanding job. The reason I appreciated his efforts is because the young lady with red dyed hair was completed rude. I might go as far as saying her bitchiness almost pushed me to another location. She does not need to hold this position as a representative of your company. I watched her mistreat others in line as well.

I reserved the truck in riverton and later was told I would have to pick it up in Murray. That cost me 40 dollars more round trip at $.99 per mile. Next time tell me before its reserved so I can get it somewhere else closer like home depot or something.

Given high fuel cost, there should be a better procedure to measure the remaining fuel during check-in and check-out. Built-in fuel gauge is not accurate at all. Parking head up or down on a hill can produce different reading on the gauge. Visually estimate how much to charge a customer is not scientifically correct and it is prone to dispute.

I rented an appliance dolly from this location, and later that day tried returning the dolly to a different location where I was informed that they had input the wrong number for the dolly and so couldn't find the record. The new location then input the correct number and gave me a new contract so that I could return the dolly. A couple days later I received a call from the original site about never having returned the dolly. This created a whole other mess which I had to get straightened out. Overall this was a terrible experience using Uhaul.

The gentleman that helped us was awesome both times. He went out of his way to help us and was sincere. There was a lady who called me when we had to keep the truck a day longer and she was very rude and unprofessional. If the man that helped us wasn’t so amazing I would not recommend this location to anyone. You should have a friendly person calling customers and the lady that did, had terrible customer service.
