I'd rather run my ******** across broken glass than use Uhaul again. I entered a pickup and dropoff location. Everything was going smooth, we got our couch, and we were on our mary way to drop off the vehicle at the dropoff location I entered. Logged into the uhaul app â€œyou have to go drop off at the pickup locationâ€. Excuse me? If I have to drop it off at the pickup location, then why in the devils name did I fill out a drop off location? Called Uhaul customer service and you know what this little braindead witch said to me? â€œThe process makes sense to meâ€. Filling out a drop off location and having to drop it off at the pickup location makes sense to you? I think we have an understanding problem with your comatose employees cause that makes no damn sense. Whoever is in charge of your app should have their head scanned to see if there is a brain in there. Knock on the head, bet that shit is hollow.Gabriel E.

I had a serious problem with the truck starting this at Maverick gas station in Salt lake City. We wasted over 30 mins to ignite the truck at the gas station. We do have a witness and evidence. (FYI - Fortunately I was able to start the truck after numerous efforts.) U-HAUL should manage all trucks for all customers to rent/lease the truck. We called roadside assistance but were told "Please wait for 30 mins". Even though I paid the total amount, $93.51, I request U-HAUL to refund the full amount. You wanted a SIGNATURE for the online reservation that I made? And you DIDN'T state that OR MAKE IT CLEAR that this was expected of me. There was NO communication from you, directions upfront to sign a contract before move-in date, or a cancellation email that I would not have a reservation when I arrived. Shame on you, U-Haul. Drop-off was over congested and understaffed. Lots of chaos when trying to drop off the trailer. The lady that helped close out our ticket was nice and got us taken care of but the other lady was so stressed that she was trying to drag the another trailer to another customer and scraped against our vehicle. Didn't have the blankets or the hand truck that I paid for in the truck, the truck was backed into a brick wall when I showed up, the app is the worst program I've ever had the displeasure of using, u moved my pickup location to miles away from the location that u stated it was available at, and the key boxes got jammed with the key I was supposed to get from inside the lock ox. Seriously uhaul, this system is horrible and unprofessional, caused my move to be dramatically more difficult than I had to be. UnbelievableJoseph M.
I was told I needed to put in the contract number in the app when returning the keys. We put the last name and contract number in the app twice -- and got the message "can't find contract." Left key and came back first thing the next morning and was told that they had the keys and it was ok. I left my copy of the contract with them to make sure it was officially signed in (there was a long "Saturday morning" line so I didn't want to wait in line or hold up the line for those who came after me.
