I tried to go to another local Uhaul location and it was a terrible experience. So much so, that I ended up leaving and went to this one. This is the 3rd time I have used this location since and always will. Front desk staff has been great and the techs outside as well.

I am a frequent customer at this location, typically renting trucks four to six times a year to move holiday stuff between my home and storage unit. However, my most recent experience was very disappointing, and I have noticed a decline in service over the last several months. During this rental, the driver’s side mirror was missing a bolt. Any bump or speed over 40 mph caused the mirror to shift, requiring constant manual adjustment. This was a significant safety hazard. Additionally, I always take photos of the gas gauge and mileage upon departure and return. Although I received the truck with three-quarters of a tank and returned it at the same level, I was still charged for a gallon of gas.

Staff your operation at crunch time. You don't have a staffing problem, you have a compensation program. Good help is ot cheap but they're worth every penny. Today my drop-off was NOT ideal. This morning the place was COMPLETELY out of control and NO ONE cared.

A gentleman who was moving tow, haulers was super helpful and friendly while another two young ladies were just standing around, giggling, doing absolutely nothing but yelling at him not to do and over exert himself moving equipment. He was trying to make a pathway for customers to be able to pull through and move hazardous to equipment out of the way. The young lady who checked us out Tiffany. Found out that she lied about the truck being dirty upon return and that is not true because my husband and I stood there, and the truck cargo was completely empty and cleaned. Everything was in boxes and there was nothing there since I had swept it before we brought it back to return. Charge me $25 for something that was already cleaned.

We want to highly recommend William!! it was a Sunday. The law is very cramped. They had a ton of trucks coming.. William was hustling like I’ve never seen before. Cleaning out, checking in and wiping out trucks moving them around a lot to make room for people who are leaving and also people who are coming into during all that time. He was so helpful to assist us with unhooking the hitch and helping get the truck off the ramp. It was just him and one lady working inside at the counter. He was the only one in the yard and the Guy hustles hustles hustles hustles, and all the while he’s kind and nice and generous. I wish I knew his last name I can describe him as slightly under 6 feet probably about 50 to 60 ! Just check on the schedule for Sunday, December 28! I hope that you will share this positive review with him because people complain all the time and rarely take the time to acknowledge and recognize someone’s hard work this guy working with no one watching helping everyone just because that’s who he is! We were beyond grateful I think I would’ve lost my mind. It was such a stressful day.!! and all a while it is the holidays as well thank you for being open and thank you Will !

I returned a 24 hr truck rental on 12/20 at roughly 3:30pm. Upon pickup, the truck was clean and mostly mechanically sound. I believe the man who assisted me with pickup was named Joseph - he was kind and professional. Unfortunately, when I returned the truck, every employee seemed too busy to care. The man behind the counter couldn’t be bothered to look at me while having a conversation. I was barked at to “just leave the keys and a receipt will be emailed later.” And then 5 minutes after I left, a woman from the store (who was very rude while I was there) called me asking where the keys were - after I had just dropped them off!! Before I could say much, she just hung up on me mid-sentence. I get that it’s close to the holidays and busy days are stressful, but my drop-off experience was pretty abysmal. Shout out Joseph though, he was great.

The truck was fine. My major issue was that you charged me for 2 gallons of fuel when I had only driven the vehicle 12 miles AND had put a gallon of gas into the tank before returning it. The fuel gauge on return was HIGHER than when I rented it. When I pointed this out to the guy who logged in the return he said to the effect "they have to get their money". I was very frustrated but gave up. So, when asked if I would recommend this location to a friend, I would have to say yes, but with major reservations.

I don't appreciate getting an email defending yourselves! It does not matter now, you bamboozled me by letting me buy insurance, actually discussing it, I specifically asked the agent TAKING MY MONEY if I should take pictures, she didn't say ONE WORD about uploading pictures anywhere, THAT would have been the right thing to do if you actually gave a crap about your customers, but it is clear you don't! One of the agents from last night said this omitting critical information at the time of pickup is pretty common!!!!! It is complete and utter bs, a complete lack of respect for your customers!!!!

The locations and people were excellent. The low ratings across all categories stem from my incredibly disappointing experience with UHAUL Corp. The survey doesn't provide an opportunity for customers to share feedback about my experience with UHAUL Corp. You sold my personal information, and I am still getting telephone calls from services in India that third-party moving companies contracted with to contact UHAUL customers. I am upset that you sold my personal information, especially my personal cell phone number. I want to hear from your legal counsel ASAP to discuss how this issue will be remedied.

This is a good rental location. However, the vehicle was very dirty, covered with mud and debris, and the windows were filthy. The cab and back of the truck was littered with little Styrofoam balls.

The app was such a waste of time trying to rent. IT took so long dealing with inputting information in, and then it wouldn't save what you typed in, wouldn't save the photos or and got stuck on that page. And now I'm seeing the receipt that has extra charges on it like an environmental fee and a Vehicle License Recovery fee. WTH, this place is such a racket.

The Trailer I received from U-haul ended up having a broken leaf spring. It made my trip longer than expected, however I was able to make it back to Cheyenne Wyoming. When I went to return the trailer the passenger side tire would not stay in contact with the road.

I don't mind the U-Haul I was grateful for that is what made me mad was I had called and told you guys we got a late start on Monday and we wasn't going to be back to bring it back on that next day. When I talked to them you guys had told me know that's fine things like this happen and that I would only still be paying the $140. So when I finally got to drop it off late that night I had called you guys again cause I had no clue what to do about returning it it and that's when I needed to download the app and check it in that way. Well we couldn't figure that out either so we just wrote down the milage and plate number. But it what is the problem to me is that when I talked to the girl the first night that I wasn't there she told me I was fine and that I wasn't going to have to have any extra charges so finally the 3rd day came around cleaned it all up returned it. And placed the key on the tire. Don't know if the was the right spot or night. But my concern is that I get the notification from U-Haul place staring that I had $349 charged to my account and that blew me the hell away cause the people I had talked to told me and promised me that I would not have any extra charges. Well to me that looks like a lot of charges to me and I can't afford that I can't even feed my kids now since you have everything in my check book.
