Only rent 1 hour 10 min, drove 8 miles, filled up ONE gallon gas before returned the Pick-Up, U haul employee charged me 1.5 Gal Fuel Sales. If that Pick-up car cost 2.5 Gal to drive 8 miles, I don't think U haul Should rent out that car. Service was bad.

Actually have staff working the counter, instead of just one while the rest of the 4 staff were lolly-gagging outside doing nothing. Don't book rentals if there is no intent to have coverage to handle the load.

Waited at desk for a few minutes for service Gave me a truck with no gas! Had to stop for gas on way home Told me there was 1/4 tank Then forgot to note empty gas on my record Return took way too long Otherwise, nice helpers, affordable prices Just allow extra time and ask for gassed up truck!

Took a very long time to be waited on—25 minutes! Only one person was working at the rental desk. He did a great job though for someone with no additional help.

We added extra mileage to insure I had enough. I was charged for 151 miles and I only used about 80, I was told it didnt matter I was being charged that and they couldn't change it.. I also put fuel back to replenish what we used, they charged me 23.00 which they then reversed, however I received a text today that I was being charged 17.00 for fuel. The drop off people were terrible and just don't care. I am on Social security and every penny counts.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly, but it wasn’t as professional an environment as I have seen with other Uhaul locations. Again, service was very solid and quick.

Employees should walk the customer to the correct truck instead of the customer stumbling around from truck to truck in the dark wondering which truck the should be in. The person working handed me the keys told me to walk around the back of the building and try parking spot E or F. Not very impressed with the customer service. Truck ran and I got my move completed. Silver linings: )

Because of the pleasant experience, I was confident and came back the following Sunday to rent another truck. Please keep up the superb training of your team it’s making a difference. Kamil worked very hard to help w/our U-Box. Even w/online prepayment, checkout still took over 1 hr. At return, he could not locate our contract in the system. After providing, we still got charged.

The manager (guy who speaks French) was extremely helpful and very personable. It was a pleasure to interact with him. Would highly recommend.
