Big shout out to Manager Ty Jessee!! He was so helpful and explained everything so well. We were very concerned that there wouldn't be a storage unit available in Hyannis once we drove down as there was only 1 left. He was able to reserve it for us in Natick which eliminated a lot of worry about this move. Ty was great to deal with an really took care of us. We so appreciated his wonderful demeanor. 1. Train employees to treat your customers better. I was never given the info on what steps I needed to take next after getting the keys. 2. N was not helpful at all gave no explanation about the message from Uhaul about the pre inspection. 3. There was no customer parking available, When I called I was told by Tyler that he couldnt help since no spot was available. I get it, but the thing is 5 spots were taken up by u-haul vehicles clearly parked at the wrong spots. 4. No instructions on how to secure the dolly in the van. Just terrible experience. Do not visit this location. And certainly you are not taking care of your employeesSUSOBHIT S.

i reserved a 6' x 12' trailer and when I arrived to pick it up is was given to someone else and i had to settle for a smaller trailer. i was not happy.WILLIAM R.
Returning the trailer was very quick and easy. Picking up the trailer was a different story. On Saturday morning the location was missing at least one employee and it being a very busy time I had to wait nearly one hour from the time I walked into the building until I was set to drive away with the trailer. When the location is short help there should be someone on call to fill in for the missing employee so that the people renting the equipment don't have to wait such an unreasonable amount of time. Other than the extraordinarily long checkout time the equipment was well maintained and the manager was very courteous and tried his best to accommodate all the customers.GUNNAR E.

Really great overall experience, especially reservations, check-in, and notifications via text. Staff on site was EXCELLENT. Upon returning car, I wasn't even out of car yet (me expecting to have to walk in), and a representative came out (saw me on camera) and unhooked trailer and cleared me to go. Drop-off took just five minutes, if that! (But I was surprised I didn't have to sign something, or receipt given to me on return of equipment. That would have been a plus (reassuring).Michael K.

seemed to be only one employee at this location. the person who picked up vehicle earlier stated the same thing to me. when I needed ti=o purchase supplies I had t wait but all the customers I spoke with while we waited felt the same. the single employee was efficient, polite, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. was a pleasure using this facility. he mult tasked like a top notch football coach. had the ability to deal with multi customers giving each the necessary time needed without making them feel any less important that the other. he was well trained (i think) but it was him that made it all come together and work. i owned a large truck, auto repair and fabrication center and would've been proud and blessed to have him represent me and would've had no issues feeling secure having him run it for me. can't say enough, i have seen and dealt with employees from a lot of other companies and he is one of thhe exceptional few that stand above the rest. A rule i have is so long as someone is busy dealing with others and isn't dicking around i will wait as long as it takes. i maintain a list of buisness and or locations where people like this work and use them time and time again. and another pont i will make, for me to fill out a survey the person has to go above and boyond or really suck, for lack of more of a difinetive word. he didn't suck. my son had the same experience with him earlier in the day. i will be returning and will keep doing so.RYAN K.

The cab was not as clean as we initially thought as we noticed a used face mask on the cab floor. The return experience was not great as I used the mobile phone 24hr return but the key drop box is broken. The front cover was wide open and so the key was not secure when I left it in the open box - there was no alternative location I could put it.in so hopefully there are no issues. I did cover the key with snow so it was not visible unless searched for.Kenneth L.

Being right off a main road, U-Haul of Natick feels a bit like a death trap to get in and out of with a truck, but their staff are so helpful and they have everything in its place. When I pulled in the entrance I accidentally went the wrong way in the lot to return truck. It was my mistake but there was a lot of salt covering the arrows saying do not enter and the right way to go wasn't obvious especially for a first timer there. An employee came out right away...didn't even get the window all the way down or get a chance to say hi...he just called me out immediately for going the wrong way saying something like how I missed the clear and obvious signs saying do not enter. Great way to start a conversation lol. I do get it why he was annoyed but my only problem is how he chose to address me about it. I'm no snowflake and was not offended in the slightest But I work in customer service too and you can't be unprofessional like that even if you're having a bad day. You gotta find a better way to communicate when you're annoyed bc most people wouldn't be so understanding.John B.
