christopher fI had a mixed experience at the U-Haul location in Natick. The gentleman who assisted me was extremely helpful and kind throughout both the check-in and drop-off process. He made everything smooth and easy, and I really appreciated his professionalism. However, my experience with another staff member was very disappointing. The lady with short hair was quite rude. After I was given the keys and had already walked about 200 meters to the truck (which was parked in a customer parking spot), I was just about to get in when she suddenly approached me, took the key from my hand without explanation, got into the truck, and drove away. She said another customer needed the parking spot, but handled the situation in a very abrupt and inconsiderate way. As a result, I had to walk all the way back to the office to figure out what was going on. The interaction felt unnecessarily aggressive and poorly handled, especially since I had already been assigned the vehicle. I also want to mention that I am Asian, and the customer she appeared to prioritize was white. I can’t say for certain what her intent was, but the way the situation was handled made me feel uncomfortable and concerned about whether I was treated fairly. Overall, while one staff member provided excellent service, the behavior of the other made the experience frustrating and unprofessional.

THOMAS HAmazingly good service from the dream team of Shavon and Hunter! The plan was to install a trailer hitch and rent a trailer, but U-Haul corporate shipped the wrong harness. Coming back the next day wasn't an option because I had people waiting at my home to load the trailer as soon as I got there. They rented a truck at the same price and the move went off perfectly! They were able to turn a potential customer service disaster into a story about how good U-Haul is, which I have already told multiple friends! That you had two notably calm and resourceful employees at one location is impressive. Many thanks to Shavon and Hunter, and whoever had the wisdom to hire them! - Nick

JUAN RFemale manager was very rude. Yelled at my son and I for parking in the wrong spot. Then was very testy at the desk. I told her I rented on-line and she snapped back that it was cancelled because we were 15 mins late. Her name may have been Siobhan but she never introduced herself. I'd be hard pressed to rent from there again based on that negative interaction.

Damian PAmazing experience I wish I had gotten the lady’s name that helped us. When we arrived she had the uhaul ready to go and running so the heater was on which I thought was amazing since it was extremely cold She did everything before my arrival I was in and out within 5 mins.
