JEFFREY FThe two workers who helped me there, first a girl then a boy, were very polite, helpful, professional and kind. I wish I had that same high level of customer service as the one provided by them everywhere I needed. There's nothing to improve for the next customer if you keep those two exceptional employees. They did everything they could to help me as a customer and even went the extra mile of teaching me how to operate the truck I rented. The girl was extremely kind and sweet by how she talked to me and the boy called me back right away after he found my bank safety deposit box keys I accidentally dropped in the truck I rented.
MARIA WWas told I had to return the truck with 3/4 tank of gas. Did not realize the tank was only 1/4 filled until after I left the lot. Only went 30 miles, and had to buy $35 worth of gas.

PHILLIP LWe rented a truck, and everything was fine, but the movers we ordered through your website via a link, as your partners, simply didn't show up. They didn't answer calls or text messages. Only two hours later did they send a text message saying they had a problem and wouldn't be coming. We waited for them for over two hours, wasting our time renting a truck, wasting our time, and the time of a furniture seller. When we asked for a refund for the truck rental, since they were your partners and the order for their work was placed through your website, they refused. They claimed they were two different companies. If these are different companies and you have no connection with them, then don't call them your partners. They bear no responsibility for such outrageous behavior. We can't even write a review because they simply didn't show up for the order. We still ask for a refund of the money wasted on truck rental due to your partner's fault, transferred to my card. You'll have to deal with them yourself.
VLADIMIR PBilling issues. I was overcharged severely for my rental and have yet to hear back from U-Haul on crediting my account. I rented a van for the day, $19.95 which included 100 free miles. I went 65 miles and returned it 5 hours later. I was charged for 75 miles at $1.29 per mile and $68 for the rental. Make that make sense!
SHARON WEverything was great! Even though it was only about 10 degrees outside, and I arrived when they opened, my trucks (yes, I needed 2 lol) were already warmed up and ready to go. Check-in took less than 5 minutes. The staff were both very professional and nice. It was nice to start off my move on schedule with everything going right from UHAUL. Thanks for the great customer service.

NAGY MI’ve used UHAL many times in my life. Never have I been so disrespected. Since walking in you could feel the attitude of the worker. Grabbing stuff off shelves. When asking questions answering with attitude bumping into to things knocking stuff down. From the cash register to connecting my trailer to as just rudeness. And the WORST part of ALL is Ms. Siobhan is the manger of the store. SMH.

THOMAS PThe Natick moved quickly to get the truck assigned and the trailer hitched. The biggest problem with the pick up was the reschedule. When the scheduling team needed to reschedule the pick up location they called me on the phone and stated the new location was about 15-20 min away. That was fine but they failed to tell me the time had changed on the rental at the new location. That was not good. I was already heading out the door to drive to Natick from Pennsylvania. I did not know of the time change when I looked at my phone in Natick. That caused a lot of change and forced us into a smaller truck. Luckily, I had ordered a larger truck to be safe and the smaller truck worked. This should not happen that time is changed when new locations are scheduled.
CONWELL RThe staff here at this location is top notch. They are friendly and helpful! I can only imagine how all these staff members deal with different personalities any day all day. They are always pleasant and ready to help with a smile. Positive credit to Manager Chavon (SP, sorry), she is an asset to your organization! Continued best services to this location.
MATTHEW CWhen my truck was changed last minute no one told me the pick up time would change. Yes it was in the text but I was driving by then. I should have been told right up front that with the new truck UHaul made the change on it would also be a time change. The Natick team treated me very well. They got the new trailer and truck hooked up quickly and I was out the door efficiently

LISA DI felt that I got great service. I called in last minute to rent a van - although the inventory was low, Hunter helped me right there on the phone and I got what I needed to do my job for the afternoon. Best service is no surprises and a straightforward pick up and drop off. That's what I got

RANDY JAt 4:30 PM check in on Friday, 11/14/25 I had to wait about 15 minutes to check in to pick up my cargo van. Online check in via mobile app still does not work for this location. The wait wasn't too long but I am used to waiting only 5 minutes at the counter. This location continues to be short staffed at peak pick up and drop off times.

JOHN BEmployees at this location deserve 10/10 rating, they did their job.... The truck I rented on the other hand was a joke. With it being 2025 just think Uhaul needs to upgrade their trucks that are older....I don't need anything special when renting a moving truck and have drove mail trucks for USPS but didn't feel safe with what was provided to me. This part of the experience alone will make me consider competitors for next time.

Ralph MMy customer service associate saved me time and money by asking what I needed to move. When I told him I needed a truck because of the ramp for a snowblower, he pointed out the ramp wasn’t wide enough for a snowblower!!! I’m so glad he did! I ended up renting a trailer thanks to him. Phew!!!
MEREDITH H, The manager humiliated me, she wanted me to return the truck to Providence and said that if I didn't, she couldn't serve me, "well, go to another branch." She treated me horribly, I had to come back at night for another employee shift. The otrers did the best.
INDHIRA RThe woman behind the counter who helped me with the reservation and picking up the cargo van was extremely rude, unhelpful, unfriendly and provided me with an initial cost estimate that was between $300 and $400 higher than the total cost ended up being. Would never recommend this location to anyone looking to use U-Haul and account of her rudeness and horrible attitude.

ELCINEY SVery smooth drop off even though it was a busy time for the location. Very helpful staff there.
DAVID LI don’t know if the customer service representative was having a bad day but when I arrived my greeting was less than cordial. “Don’t put that paper in my face” was the first thing the person said to me as I showed them my rental information from online. On the return the same person didn’t come outside to take the key and information. I went inside and they said can I have the key. I asked about a receipt and they said I would receive one online. They said they were very busy yet no one was onsite. I asked them if they knew there was damage on the truck and they said they knew this. I wished them a nice day and left. I left the truck cleaner than I received it and gas full with only 13 miles on the odometer. The bill I received was approximately what I figured after using the truck. All online and telephone assistance was excellent. Just the person at the store in Natick could have had a bit more charm.

PETER SEverything was easy, convenient, and well-run. They even accommodated me being 30 mins late for my pickup. Only issue was the truck was a bit old with no "amenities" like USB charging, but overall thats not a big deal, it was a good experience.

JEFFREY TPerson who helped me did not explain how the trailer sides went down. I could not get the car doors open once loaded. I called U-haul however the location was closed and no one at the national call center knew anything about this, so I had to climb out the window. Penske car trailers are much better however Penske only rents them for use with Penske trucks and I needed to tow behind my own truck.

THOMAS FKamil worked very hard to help w/our U-Box. Even w/online prepayment, checkout still took over 1 hr. At return, he could not locate our contract in the system. After providing, we still got charged.
