It wasn't clean initally. When I got in my truck there was dog hair and something sticky on the console. As soon as I showed it to a gentleman who worked there, he cleaned it right up. One fellow had a hard time in adding my second driver, but I assumed he was new.Gina S.

Gas milage on contract wrong, found banana peel in truck, rain water leaking onto freight in back, unable to drop off truck because only parking space was blocked, used up my rental time and added milage going back to Neptune Beach, pickup office, to correct fuel error on contract and report leaks.PAUL B.

I placed a trailer reservation for 18 hours. when we picked it up they told us we had to have it back in 12 hours due to an overbooking. they said we could come trade it in for a smaller trailer if we wanted but the smaller trailer would not be in until the morning. When we went to get the smaller trailer it was not available at this location so we had to drive to a secondary location to pick that trailer up. The 2nd location was very understanding and helpful. Still waiting to see if they try to charge me for the second trailer on a second charge.Nancy C.
While I was happy with both locations, I wasn't happy with the rental. I was told I had four days for the nearly $425 I paid for a trailer. When I called for the return, I was told I would get a credit for the two days I didn't use it. I did not get that credit and won't ever use u-Haul again. VERY frustrating!!! Originally reserverd for Mobile Phone pickup 24/7 at a different location. Day before, reservation gets moved to a location further away. When I arrive to pick up the truck, the 24/7 check in doesn't work (for me or a few other customers there that morning).. It took some time but the location was able to convert us to a regular resrervation.Christopher C.

Paid for it in store to pick up after closing. I retured to hook up to car transporter when I realized no brake or light harness wire to connect to truck outlet. So I had to leave it there and move vehicle by alternate much more expensive means. The personnel are very nice and I'm sure it would have been taken care of during normal business hours. The truck I rented had over 161,000 miles. For some reason I was charged $25 cleaning fee for apparently leaving my returned blankets on the back of the trailer. The guy at the counter took my name and asked if there were any problems. I said â€œnoâ€ then I asked if he needs to check the mileage? The rep said he'd get it b it I was free to go. If I would have known he was gonna charge a cleaning fee for removing the blankets, I would have grabbed them and folded them myself. We only moved boxes and totes which nothing else was left in the trailer, it was returned the same way I received it. What a cheap unnecessary money grab. I bet the guy didn't spend more then 30 seconds taking off the blankets, which somehow transfers to a $25 cleaning fee. I'm curious to know what was cleaned???Brandon W.
Friendly, helpful. Only issue was that checked the add a dolly to my order and they don't have dollys for the 10 ft box truck. So I upgraded to the 15 ft. I was charged anyway for the dolly, twice and later refunded. (I think) still waiting for the final e receiptShelley J.

I'd like my cash deposit back that I paid for a vehicle towing trailer that was rented to me but not even suppose to be in use due to the condition. Also, I was charged a 90 deposit for using cash and was told I'd get that back when I dropped it off. The drop off location did not do any cash transactions . I was told they would mail me a check. Although when I verified the address online; it's erroneous. I work for a living and I do t have time to deal with all this shananoggins just to get what's rightfully mine inconveniently due to the incompetent, negligence of your poorly managed Jacksonville location.
