SHARON FThe gas tank was almost empty I had to run to de gas station bc I couldn’t make it at home. Them when I returned it wat a little lower than a quarter but way more than what they gave me and they still charging me for gas.

JOHN PI rented a trailer from one location and U-Haul was notified that the location could not accommodate my request. I didn't find out until I showed up to to the U-Haul location and it took U-Haul via phone about 30 minutes to find a location across town that could accommodate my rental reservation. The individual that hooked up my U-Haul car hauler wrapped the excess trailer light harness around the hydraulic surge brake linkage. During a sudden stop to avoid an accident at freeway speeds the surge brake activated and severed the three out of four wires in the harness, which I then had to splice back together to complete my journey.

BRUCE SI’ve gotten trailers from this locations two other times this year with no issues. This unit that I got was dirty inside. It had not been swept or cleaned out from the previous user. They made me clean it out. The outside of the unit was also filthy. It was just not a good experience at all. this time. I only share this experience because if you don’t know, it’s broken you can’t fix it.

Richard JGood choice of available equipment and very helpful staff. Following a short discussion of what I intended to do with the equipment, the clerk suggested a different approach and method that would actually save me time and effort. His suggestion was also a safer way to do the job. Checking the equipment back in was also a very smooth process. I would definitely recommend this location and will use them again when we need similar equipment.
