The employee sent me a message to upload my driver's license. The app did not allow me to get to the 2nd picture. I had to ask them to do it for me and they looked reluctant. Did not seem the most helpful. Time wasted by me trying to do it when they could of done it would of been more efficient. Then when they hooked up the car dolly I noticed the emergency brake connector was missing a rubber retainer. I requested one and told I did not need it. After asking again they gave it. Then noticed the chains that secure the towed car on the dolly were missing retainers as well. He also said I did not need them & did not offer to provide them. I pointed out that the other Dolly's had them. He then allowed me to take them from the other dolly. I found one on the ground and told him. Should not ask for retainers that are a safety mechanism.

I picked the truck up, the inside was covered in cigarette ashes. And smelled like smoke. I reported it to the employee, they told me to take a picture and video. I did that. I returned the truck 5 hours later. Then I received the receipt, and was charged a cleaning fee. Even though it was not me that made the mess. They refused to fix the situation. Very poor service!!

Central reservations booked my reservation. When I arrived the location told me they didn’t have the trailer. Instead of trying to help me, they just blamed central reservations for being terrible. They then called them and told them they were terrible but after getting off the phone they offered no help. I ended up having to rent a smaller trailer and had to make multiple trips to the store to get my supplies because the trailer was too small. Total thumbs down on UHaul all the way around.
