Hm, the place is very small. No place really for parking your car if you plan to leave it. There is only 3 spots and that's it. If you can help it, get dropped off and picked up. Don't leave your car, might not be space.Hnubtshiab X.

At first I thought the whole idea of using my cell phone to check in and out was bad. But it turned out to be great. I brought the truck back early at 9:00pm and it was easy. Though I would have liked a heads up about taking pictures of the dash and inside the cab and back.Pamela O.

There was not enough parking for my car. I had to park off-site. When I returned, the perpendicular parking spaces where I had picked up the van were no longer available. I had to maneuver the van into a parallel parking spot. More parking is needed.James B.

Lot is way too small to maneuver rental equipment. Could barely get truck on hitch due to lot being so cramped. Line was out the door for check in. Employees were great considering this location was severely understaffed for the first of the month/a weekend. I reserved a 20' truck a week in advance. We show up to get it the day we reserved it for, we then found out they did not have the truck we reserved. We then had to wait to get a truck that was smaller then the one we reserved. We were moving for the last time, into our first house and this by far ruined the experience.Matthew B.

The only reason I docked one star from my rating is the lack of parking at the location and that the entry point/driveway is very small and gets clogged easily from customer traffic. The individual that helped me with check out and return did a great job and was knowledgeable about the equipment, I believe his name is Roosevelt Austin (based on what I found on my receipt). I will definitely utilize this location for my rental truck needs in the future.Zena R.

Moving into our first apartment was a stressful experience, but working with Adam made it easier. He was extremely helpful and accommodating. I arrived within 5 minutes of closing time so the doors were locked, and the representative I will assume was closing down registers and any extra closing actions. Which is okay, only issues is that it took me over 40min to return the vehicle, the app uhaul.com/share to return the vehicle would not allow me to log-in it would say sorry your session has expired. I attempted two different phones both via the app and website with the same result. After several attempts I finally called uhaul which took over 20min sitting on hold. Finally after the phone representative answered the phone, the representative was able to help provide guidance. Going back before the phone representative picked up. This entire time I was parked in the designated area painted for returns with the sign stating to stop here, the personal vehicle of the representative inside closing was stuck between the equipment I was dropping off and their car. Clearly the representative while closing the location seen us struggling to drop off the equipment (26ft truck) but never came out to advice or provide any guidance until they perhaps got frustrated waiting for us to leave and complete the online return process after 35 minutes to tell us to move the truck so they could get to their car, for the recorded that quick interaction was friendly and they were not rude, they said just move the car so they can pull out I say sure but the app and website are not working for me and they replied with that they will deal with it in the morning, no other guidance after that, I was still on hold with uhaul 1 (800) 468-4285 who soon after finally picked up to complete the drop off. I was charged an extra $7.30 for 17miles which is on me yet I feel it would be great of uhaul if they were to provide a credit or refund for returning their equipment with more fuel then when the user took it out with. I took the truck out with 1/4 of fuel but returned it at an actual 7/16 but it was marked reported at 3/8 which is still over 1/4. A process for when the app or website doesn't work there should be multiple cameras at the drop-off location that track the return time and quality of the equipment on return at the designated return area, perhaps a touch screen or button to take photos and directly upload them to your system along with part of the online/app process.Hugo W.
