Have the employee go with you to do a “walk around” the vehicle. The general manager was there when I came in. Maybe he was having a bad day or something, but he acted like he was doing me a favor by renting me the truck I rented. He was acting the same way when I came back with the truck.

The inside of the truck was filthy and full of dog hair. I had to wipe everything down before I could load it with my stuff. Next time you put someone in a long distance truck, why not give them cruise control.

Trailer worked perfect for what I needed it for and the price wasn’t too expensive or anything. Only thing is that the guy when I returned the trailer was very rude and shaking his head in anger because of how I hooked the chains up wrong and then dropped the trailer very hard and loud. The guy who rented us the trailer on the other hand was very respectful and friendly!

I felt an unusual amount of drag on the trailer, and every time I went over a bump, the trailer almost felt like it was going to come detached. It clearly has seen a lot of use; I would recommend getting the tongue inspected, and the having the wheel bearings repacked soon.

Pick up the phone, or hire additional employees. I attempted to call this location to potentially change my pickup time and could not get through for an hour. I also tried the general U-Haul number and couldn't get through there either. I then proceeded to try the online chat option, and nobody ever answered. I kept the chat open for 2 hours... It was just a little frustrating when there's so much going on with a move and you cannot talk to a real person at U-Haul.

Please tell the man at the counter that while he has said the same thing over and over and over again, the customers have not heard it over and over and over again so maybe slow down so we can hear all of the information you are telling us.

Customer service was poor. The one employee was the only one there and he seemed very irritated and irritable. He was helpful in everything we needed but I didn't feel comfortable around him nor did I want to ask any questions. When I called on the phone to reserve the lady I spoke to was also knowledgeable and helpful, but I felt rushed to give my credit card info before I had all my questions answered about the trailers.

Make sure the vehicles are cleaned out and also, the "notification" before getting the vehicle or else Uhaul pays $50 was false information because there was no notification sent out.

I was really disappointed with the service. The van was great, but the truck was only 1/4 tank full, and the rep was really rediculously rude: he wanted another form of ID since my DL is from out of state (just moved here from CA a few weeks ago). I have a rental history with UHaul - just rented a truck a few weeks ago from this location after arriving. I asked him to look further and find the record He had two phone numbers and only used one, saying he couldn't find anything. I asked him again to look further or call his customer service because they had record of me when I called to reserve that day. I had to ask him to use both numbers. Magically, he found the record. He was a jerk. The van was great, but I was shocked by his attitude and un-willingness to even do the simplest search with the info I had provided. Face to face experiences like that will influence where I rent from next time. UHaul has never disappointed me before.

I booked for a U-Haul around 3-4 Miles away to my location. But was directed to a location 18 Miles away. So, had to travel 36 Miles up and down just to move my stuff that was hardly 3 Miles away.
