There was only one employee and although I was checked out in 20 minutes, I find that the early morning time a lot of people come in to get rentals so more employees should be there.

The manager at the location is excellent. yesterday when I returned the equipment there was an associate with attitude and trying hard to get more money out of me. I know they are doing their job, but there is not good for the business when associates have that kind of behavior. Overall good experience and the manager was helpful, polite, and she knows how to treat people and makes the customer valuable.

Pickup: proper check of the truck wasn't initiated by staff, and my company had to point out a dent on truck for staff to note and mark it. I fear that I would've been held responsible otherwise upon dropoff. Dropoff: tank wouldn't fill properly; first staff member (Jean) proceeded to handle issue, but second staff member (Tamika) insisted to check for herself, didn't believe me or company, and refused to verify that there was issue with the tank. Jean then agreed to check issue at (a different) gas station pump, where he experienced the same situation, which was also documented by company and witnessed by another person present. Upon return to UHaul center, I asked Jean about the gas; he refused to address it, but only said that his coworker (Tamika) will continue to process the return. Tamika persisted with attitude, continued to engage us rudely, but also didn't address gas until company and I inquired about it again--to which she finally said that there will be no charge for. Once everything was confirmed, her last name was requested and she refused to give. The experience was exhausting, time consuming, and discouraging. To improve for the next customer: (provide training to) develop, then maintain, quality customer service first and foremost; and ensure that all rented vehicles function and are inspected properly. Thank you.

I got there at 0800 am while I was waiting the guy served 4 person in front of me all he keep on saying I’ll be right with you. Finally after waiting patiently it was my turn as he is serving me he was checking somebody else when I voice my displeasure his answer was he is buying a tape I told him this is disrespectful as I’ve been waiting patiently after you serve four people in front of me he told me “ don’t bring your negativity here I don’t know if it’s a black persons or a Haitian thang if you can’t wait you’re welcome to go somewhere else “ and when he gave me the key I wanted to inspect the car he told me I don’t have time for this I have people waiting. This is not the first time I used this company but I can tell you that is going to be the last time. The guy is so rude he should be working somewhere he has no contact with human or animals.

Long wait time, to get a truck, over 30 min. Returning the truck at the same location took 45 minutes. Worst service

Waited almost an hour to get my truck because the store was poorly staffed. The gentlemen were working diligently but there just wasn’t enough people to take care of all the guests. I don’t usually complain as I am a patient person but I don’t think it’s fair to the staff that was there to be so short staffed. Management needs to look at labor model or find a better way to cope with callouts. Again, staff handled it graciously but there was a lot of tension with people waiting an hour to get to front of line.

Using the self service was excellent But my 2 dolly that I reserved were not in the truck neither was the one that you would normally avab if the event you want one that normally is placed in the back . Plus I got charges $14 for the 2 dollies I never used Other than service service was good and quick The self app is pretty good

Bad customer service, issue with both of my appointments and cost, wanted a 5×8 trailer for my van. Instead they Force me that they carry 6×12 trailer. I made it back home in 4days due to how big the trailer was. And now I have ransmission problems! So thanks uhaul!!!! You guys are so Unprofessional

My vehicle was not available during pick up, I was given a smaller size. The inside of the truck was completely covered in urine. I had to take time out to clean it. I was never would be charged a $20 convenience fee for bringing the car back after hours. I was told I would be charged $20 if I didn’t bring they keys back by 7am. I was there at 650.

the first Uhaul that I got from this place was disgustingly roach infested. At first, I thought it was one or two roaches, but then when I checked I seen the roaches everywhere. I had already left the Uhaul facility and about 2 hours later I had to come back to tell them about the truck. They were nice and exchanged the truck for another one.

The girl a the counter was extremely rude. She made me clean a little dirt that was left in the back. I’m sure that’s her job. She was so rude I plan on calling corporate on her. She give uhaul a very bad reorientation. I plan on telling everyone not to visit this location. Shut it down, rehire, it’s just that bad.

Location was not a problem. UHaul system was the problem that delayed the rental process 1 hour from the time of reservation time.

Start with another general manager she was very rude & disrespectful to not only me she was rude to a Hispanic family because there English wasn’t that good . Even after they got someone translate she still was rude . Scheduling at this location is very crappy also communication with customers is poor especially with bringing vehicles & equipment back . However when I called to complain on the 1800 number the person I talk to was very helpful. Also the person I returned the truck to she was courteous and helpful. Overall the location needs new general manager, more vehicles & better scheduling.

I rented a cargo van and was told to bring. To bring it back the same time I rented it i was charge an extra $40. And we spoke to the management she didn't want to refund us the money even the employees that rented us the van said it was her fault she told us she was wrong

The U Haul the location gave me was infested with cockroaches (German). They returned the charges, but I did have customer service on the line. One worker did try to help, but the manager and late shift worker were not affected by my observation of the status of the van. I will NEVER rent from this location. I will NEVER recommend it to friends or family.

It was clean and well maintained except the dolly was tie down with two small strap and not screw down like it should post to be hit a bump dolly fall over. I explain it to the Manager but yet she still charge me. You have to do better
