Terrible customer service! Got yelled at for pulling into the equipment return line accidentally. Then, the very rude lady who was taking care of our rerun was on her phone on a personal phone call and when we approached her, she yelled at us when we asked her for the discount ad posted in the back of the truck. Overall, rude customer service.

get new trucks. I had an issue leaving Boynton Beach. the gas cap was broken wouldn't come off. I had to get the cap off by any means. Drove back to Miami with the vehicle running at 50%. Made it to Miami at just before 5am. Not a good experience. Alex

Representative did not ask me if I wanted the insurance, automatically included it. I did not find about the charge until I returned the equipment. The staff needs more training to handle customers, they get stuck with one client for long periods of time, ignoring the rest in the line.

Marissa, who works in the scheduling department for North Miami, was phenomenal! She was very attentive to my needs and ALWAYS made herself available when I had a question/ concern. Overall, Marissa's assistance allowed the process to be stress-free. Thanks, Marissa! P.s.- I made it to my destination safely and I DO NOT miss Florida, at all. :)

Made a reservation for 15ft truck. Arrived day of and truck was not available nor did anyone contact me to advise or offer alternative options. Had to instead pay for TWO vans and maneuver that. No customer loyalty appreciation or any type of we apologize. Never again!!!

Original equipment pick up address was in 1710 NW 151ST ST, OPA LOCKA, FL 33054. I arrived there and location was closed (I was informed it was closed all day, and after a Kwik-mart called in, 20 minutes later the U-Haul responsible person arrived. After starting the paperwork, I was notified my reservation was cancelled (I called in the same pick up day to make sure all was good and I didnt waste any time). After one hour at the original pick up location, and thanks to customer support who really was the first point of contact that helped me, I was redirected to the location of North Miami at 7th Ave. In there, I was attended by a new employee with very little or poor training, and he was struggling. Not his fault, because we have all been there on day one, but he made several mistakes including change in my drop off location (to somewhere in FL, instead of respecting the original quoted address in Norristown, PA) and upon hooking up the trailer, he forgot to lock the trailer to the hitch ball (most dangerous mistake). I noticed upon arrival to my house before departing FL (fortunately). I re-checked all and found this issue. Manager supervision is suggested to new employees. Anyways, on September 25, I was not a happy at all or impressed with U-HAUL. My previous experience was completly the opposite.

The workers are great, but ALWAYS short staffed. They get blamed for things that are out of their control. You can tell they are over worked. Staff seemed very stress but kept their composure even when customers were yelling at them.

More than an hour to be able to leave with the truck. Store manager, unfriendly and very slow. Only 3 customers on the line and a long wait time, all customers angry with the handling of the situation. In this shop in the morning it's always the same, you should do something about it.

Reserved a 26 foot truck a month in advance and the day before pickup got a call that there were no 26 footers available and had to rent. 20 footer. Could not fit my belongings and now next week have to rent another truck to move the rest. Never again with uhaul Elier Roqueta

A very bad experiency specially with the charges and NOT a clear details why I was charge too much I agree online the total$181.17 and at the end it was a extra charge of $66+ $30 in gas. Total I pay$ 277 almost the double I was told and the truck was very noisy specially the doors, This is a FRAUD.

They charge meore than I agree to pay the amount I was told to pay online was $170 for 90 Miles plus rental and at the end they charge me $265 plus $30 dollars in gas,almost $300 the double. I will never go back to U-HAUL,it's a fraud.

Do a full deodorizer on the interior of the truck. I had to open the windows down the whole time of my rental as it stunk of marijuana! Even that did not help. It was obvious they never stuck their nose inside, or that is The place where they hang out To smoke! Never will rent from this location again. I will “burn” mileage at a cleaner location to rent something next time.

This Manager is always rude whenever I come there & his associate act the same. Hate that damn place. North Miami Beach & Miami (NW 7th av & 54th) are my favorite 2 locations. Sandy & Tony always are respectful & accommodating. Y'all need to retrain Jean not fire him.

I had to wait for General Manager to do certain things on the computer while 2 other women sat doing nothing waiting for the Manager to get off the phone. When one is moving time is if the essence and waiting seems for ever. Also I declined the insurance at first. I came back to get the insurance added but the Manager couldn't add it and told me to call customer service. Customer service also couldn't add it since it was an "open rental ". I left without the insurance coverage.

I was severely overcharged. I was assessed $133 in gas and fees in addition to the $80 that I'dalreadypaid for the renatal. I only drove a total of 12 miles and I prepared for 20 miles. When I received the rental the gas was a little above a quarter full. I bought the vehicle back at a quarter tank and my card was charged for 35 gallons plus $30 for "convenience fees". For what!!? This is fraud and will be reported as such. What's worse is the female employee at this location was of absolute no assistance. She told me to speak with another person (Jerry) who was not there and would not be back for over an hour. I told her that I'm in the process of moving to Ocala and I cannotwait that long to resolve this matter. She told me there was nothing she could do. She was neither apologetic, considerate, nor professional. She lacked basic product knowledge and company policy and procedures. She continously stated that she did not have the authorization to help me and apparently neither did anyone else on staff at that time. She also stated that "They charged you..." Who is they!? I will never do business with this company again. What a horrid experience! Poor poor poor archive

24/7 off hours pickup did not work. Location did not set keys in the drop box. This resulted in a 3 hour delay in my move. Then dropping off hours, the application would not allow for my picture to work. Off hours drop was a bad experience. I would not use this service again.

There was no truck available for my scheduled reservation. I was left in terminal hold. When I arrived, the clerk cursed at me. Finally, the manager found a truck. Another rep had to help me with my order. My truck had no ac (hot and very humid weather) and the gas gauge did not work so I had to end up putting more gas than I needed to. It was an overall horrible experience. All waiting clients were treated terribly. Will never come back here!

When I returned van I was shown a receipt to sign and I declined because it was not correct I was charged an extra day when I was not supposed to be charged an extra day a gentleman with a badge that said "Owner" basically implied he couldn't help me all he could do was refer it to manager named Jean and I would receive a call so I asked in meantime what happens with this bill he said you won't bexharged until you speak with manager, which still havent recieved this call, but yet my card was charged. And on top of that the guy I spoke to everyone was calling him JEAN ......

I left an item in the uhaul. I called the location they said they had it. But when I got there they change the story saying that they didn't find it. $150 earpods gone. Please hire honest workers who will not take the customer items.
