I did not get the equipment I ordered and I want my money back.The app wasn’t working I call customer service because the guys there was about to get off so they was no help. The location won’t give me a refund unless I speak with Jean but he is never there or unavailable when I call. The representatives keep putting me on hold and playing around. I’m at work on a 30min break and attempting to speak with him and when I get off he’s gone. This is truly annoying aggravating and unnecessary and unprofessional. I will never us this location. It should be closed down because nobody there wants to work anyways.

Drop off was a nightmare. Waited 30 minutes to drop trailer and then had to squeeze the trailer into a tight spot using my truck and nearly damaged it in the process. Customers should never have to do what I did.

I rented a truck that had a side mirror that was broken and replaced with a plastic mirror that was completely ineffective because it skewed the images like a fun house mirror. But I did not complain and still extended the rental for 2 weeks. However the workers at the location called me with accusatory tones and when the truck was returned they wiped a finger across the floor of the back of the truck (it was clean) and charged a cleaning fee. It seems Uhaul should appreciate clients that rent often and long - which I do - more. I felt unwelcomed and unappreciated. I still support and use Uhaul but avoid this location. I kept a credit card on file that was charged for each extension.

When I went online to rent 8”truck it didn’t say I was required to get insurance that I didn’t need because the credit card and my Auto insurance would cover any rented vehicles I drive. So that’s was not clear. The customer service reps that waited on me was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The brakes on this particular truck needs servicing. Death wobble when the brakes are applied.

The rental had a roach infestation. By the time it was realized it was too late to return. Items being moved had to remain outside of new home driveway to ensure the infestation had not infected items moved. Emergency roach traps and roach spray had to be used. Unacceptable. I fear this will go completely ignored and no accountability will be realized. This will be my last time using any uhaul services and I will ensure all I know will be aware of experience with uhaul services.

There could be more helpful where if I’m talking to them about a roach issue with the U-Haul they point out what phone number for me to call or they call with me real quickly, but they did seem understaffed with just two people there. But they really need to be strict about one person outside and one person inside because they abandoned the inside of the whole place for about 10 minutes.

Returned the truck in December 22. December 23 they called me because I was late for return. December 24 they still called me asking for return the truck. The did not put the information on the computer and they were calling me. Very disappointed about everything

Extremely bad customer service from one of the female attendants at the desk. Claimed she didn’t see my reservation, tried to make a new one for 2x the price, argued and tried not to honor the tow hitch that was stated clearly on U-Haul website was included when renting a U-Haul pickup and U-Haul trailer. We finally received a trailer with 3 extremely overfilled tires and 1 bad tire that was leaking. We had to get the tire replaced during our trip. The technician that replaced it said there was a bad plug that was leaking. When mentioned to the U-Haul team when returned, the attendant admitted they knew the trailer had issues and that it wasn’t supposed to go out.

At the pick up the ladies in the store were nice and friendly. At the return, a guy was there and saw me pulling the trailer back into the yard, yet he took his sweet time to tell me to come inside the yard and pointed where to leave the trailer. After disengage, he moved the trailer, took his phone and use it (not sure it was related to the job). No eye contact, no talking. I asked if there was anything else from my side and he said no. It usually takes me 5 minutes to process the whole return. This time was longer not sure why.

When I completed loading the trailer I realized that the tires on the right side needed to be inflated with the rear tire more than the other. I was disappointed because that delayed me being able to meet my deadline cuz I had to stop an inflate the tires . Had no time to call roadside assistance because my location was closing shortly.

The truck was given to me with a broken tailgate, which made loading and unloading extremely difficult. I reported the issue immediately (Case No. 3445488), yet still received unfair damage and cleaning charges. Very disappointing experience and poor equipment maintenance.

They wrongfully charge me for the gas despite I replaced the amount gas I used. For 15 miles there is no way I could use up to 3 gallons of gas unless the tank was leaking. I had two U-Haul employees that witnessed that the charge wasn't fair base on level gas that was on the truck. U-Haul needs to refund me $11.25

Roaches were everywhere! I brought a raid bomb but it just got worse! They started to crawl on my leg as I was driving I rent from here every week to pull my food trailer which is even worse because if one roach gets in my trailer it’ll make problems for me with inspection. They just gave me a bad truck this week.

The vehicle was dirty and had side damage. They also charged me an extra $20 fee that I didn't understand. I used it for the agreed-upon mileage and time and returned it in the same condition, including the fuel level. It was not a good experience.

Maintenance on vehicle was horrible. Warning tire lights were on. One of the headlights were out - had to drive with the brights on and the lock on the back; would not close properly. Was very dissatisfied. The best part. After paying for the extra insurance, I was told that if road-side assistance was needed, get comfortable - no help until the following day. Unacceptable. This was told to me after I paid and signed the contract.
