Winston FThe new manager there is awesome. She has a young man there name Rodney.. This is my 2nd time using this location. Rodney should not be working for U-haul. His customer communication skills "suck". Both times. I tried to speak to him and he looked in my face and ignored me. I tried to ask him questions about the equipment and he refuse to respond. He is absolutely 100% horrible. My 2nd time dealing with him and he was super rude and disrespectful . If he keeps this up, he will be getting into a physical altercation with a customer real soon. The new store manage was awesome -- She and Dave set up my reservation... She will be successful here provided that you give her good her a good team to work with.
D NThere was a system hold on my account with a 0$ balance it roll unnecessary time to fix. The staff in person helped but it caused undue stress.

Marcos MStaff was very weird and rude except the young guy that check the truck in. They did not have the right gas amount or correct mileage on file. If I did not take a photo of the starting mileage, I would have overpaid about $170 for mileage. Service was poor and slow. In addition, the gas was not at half as I told it should have been from the start. Although I didn’t get the truck at half, the manager still wanted me to fill the truck back at half or charge me for the missing gas that wasn’t in the truck in the first place.

Peggy HStaff is nice. They provide quick service and are professional. Clean the interior of vehicles; wipe down and disinfect surfaces. Open all interior compartments to remove thrash left my previous customer. I was stopped by police because the police reported the tail light of the truck on the right side was not working. This delay me when I was trying to return the truck.

Bettina EI paid for my furniture dolly and pads but was not provided with either. I collected the dolly AFTER I loaded the truck to help with the unload at my destination.
Kevin BThere was some miscommunication as to where I was supposed to drop it off. I felt bad for the personnel working there because apparently they had no more room to put my vehicle when I dropped it off and that’s why my return location got changed to another location without my knowledge. All in all. The truck worked great and got me to my destination. It was great to Bluetooth in the truck but wish it had a rear view mirror and in the rear mirror it had a back up camera.

Yaniri MPoor customer service and transparency. I rented a u haul van for less than 3 hours and was charged a surplus of money after being assured from the clerk that upon arrival the hold on my card would be released. Not only were the charges doubled, but the actual receipts claims that I returned the rental the next day instead of the actual date & time that I brought it back. Upon requesting to speak with a manager, their demeanor was nonchalant about my concerns and had she had an attitude when I wanted to ask further questions about the receipt. Had I not checked my receipt I would've never known a thing.

RODRIGO PPut more knowledable staff. I went there to rent a pick up truck and was told there would be none available for up to a week. So I ended up renting a mini van for a few hours and by the time I return the van a pick truck had just been returned a few minutes before I had returned my rental van. Also i felt the overall cost of renting for a few hours was excessively high

CRYSTAL LThanks for giving me a opportunity to respond. I notice oil needed changing warning light is on the dash area. That is a concern because I do not want to break down in a unmaintained van . The van i rented side door could not open. I rent vans a lot and never had this problem. I even reached in and unlocked door and it still would not slide open. Also make a urgent visit to site in N.Miami , Florida. A steel cover is open in front of your business. I almost walked into that hole when walking around to inspect the van I rented. It is located in front of business near the sidewalk. If you can cover that hole with a thick piece of wood that can prevent a injury.

PIERRE NI had an extremely disappointing experience at the U-Haul location in North Miami (33168). The service was completely unprofessional from start to finish. Despite having a reservation, I waited an excessive amount of time due to poor staffing and disorganization. The trucks are outdated and poorly maintained. The vehicle I was given had noticeable mechanical issues, which made the rental stressful and felt unsafe to drive. To make matters worse, there were unexpected hidden fees that were never clearly explained during the reservation process. Transparency and customer service were seriously lacking. Overall, this was a frustrating and unacceptable experience. I would never rent from this location again and would give it 0 stars if that were an option. U-Haul was the worse

STUART MThe manager instructed me to pay for 100 miles, even though I stated I knew the trip was less than 100 miles. However, I did not know the exact mileage. The manager assured me that upon my return, he would adjust the actual miles used and issue a credit if the miles used were fewer than 100 miles. When I returned, a staff member read the miles, and only 75 miles had been used; yet they refused to provide credit for the 25 unused miles. The staff was unprofessional, rude, and unwilling to help. They called the manager, who said he would issue the credit the next day. He did not, and he did not return my phone calls.

CLAUDIO FI did not get the equipment I ordered and I want my money back.The app wasn’t working I call customer service because the guys there was about to get off so they was no help. The location won’t give me a refund unless I speak with Jean but he is never there or unavailable when I call. The representatives keep putting me on hold and playing around. I’m at work on a 30min break and attempting to speak with him and when I get off he’s gone. This is truly annoying aggravating and unnecessary and unprofessional. I will never us this location. It should be closed down because nobody there wants to work anyways.

Nirva EDrop off was a nightmare. Waited 30 minutes to drop trailer and then had to squeeze the trailer into a tight spot using my truck and nearly damaged it in the process. Customers should never have to do what I did.
PHILIP SI rented a truck that had a side mirror that was broken and replaced with a plastic mirror that was completely ineffective because it skewed the images like a fun house mirror. But I did not complain and still extended the rental for 2 weeks. However the workers at the location called me with accusatory tones and when the truck was returned they wiped a finger across the floor of the back of the truck (it was clean) and charged a cleaning fee. It seems Uhaul should appreciate clients that rent often and long - which I do - more. I felt unwelcomed and unappreciated. I still support and use Uhaul but avoid this location. I kept a credit card on file that was charged for each extension.
ANDRE VWhen I went online to rent 8”truck it didn’t say I was required to get insurance that I didn’t need because the credit card and my Auto insurance would cover any rented vehicles I drive. So that’s was not clear. The customer service reps that waited on me was very friendly and knowledgeable.
GWENDOLYN BThe brakes on this particular truck needs servicing. Death wobble when the brakes are applied.
LARRY JThe rental had a roach infestation. By the time it was realized it was too late to return. Items being moved had to remain outside of new home driveway to ensure the infestation had not infected items moved. Emergency roach traps and roach spray had to be used. Unacceptable. I fear this will go completely ignored and no accountability will be realized. This will be my last time using any uhaul services and I will ensure all I know will be aware of experience with uhaul services.
BILLY BThere could be more helpful where if I’m talking to them about a roach issue with the U-Haul they point out what phone number for me to call or they call with me real quickly, but they did seem understaffed with just two people there. But they really need to be strict about one person outside and one person inside because they abandoned the inside of the whole place for about 10 minutes.
