Employee/manager herself was super rude, not helpful, and I had to call customer service in order to get help with drop-off in this location!
LEVON KI had to ask how to open and close trailer . They didn’t tell me it on their own
EDEN RExtremely bad customer service from one of the female attendants at the desk. Claimed she didn’t see my reservation, tried to make a new one for 2x the price, argued and tried not to honor the tow hitch that was stated clearly on U-Haul website was included when renting a U-Haul pickup and U-Haul trailer. We finally received a trailer with 3 extremely overfilled tires and 1 bad tire that was leaking. We had to get the tire replaced during our trip. The technician that replaced it said there was a bad plug that was leaking. When mentioned to the U-Haul team when returned, the attendant admitted they knew the trailer had issues and that it wasn’t supposed to go out.

CHANTALLE VAt the pick up the ladies in the store were nice and friendly. At the return, a guy was there and saw me pulling the trailer back into the yard, yet he took his sweet time to tell me to come inside the yard and pointed where to leave the trailer. After disengage, he moved the trailer, took his phone and use it (not sure it was related to the job). No eye contact, no talking. I asked if there was anything else from my side and he said no. It usually takes me 5 minutes to process the whole return. This time was longer not sure why.

RUDLET SWhen I completed loading the trailer I realized that the tires on the right side needed to be inflated with the rear tire more than the other. I was disappointed because that delayed me being able to meet my deadline cuz I had to stop an inflate the tires . Had no time to call roadside assistance because my location was closing shortly.

JAVIER QThey wrongfully charge me for the gas despite I replaced the amount gas I used. For 15 miles there is no way I could use up to 3 gallons of gas unless the tank was leaking. I had two U-Haul employees that witnessed that the charge wasn't fair base on level gas that was on the truck. U-Haul needs to refund me $11.25
JUNIOR PRoaches were everywhere! I brought a raid bomb but it just got worse! They started to crawl on my leg as I was driving I rent from here every week to pull my food trailer which is even worse because if one roach gets in my trailer it’ll make problems for me with inspection. They just gave me a bad truck this week.
ETTA PThe vehicle was dirty and had side damage. They also charged me an extra $20 fee that I didn't understand. I used it for the agreed-upon mileage and time and returned it in the same condition, including the fuel level. It was not a good experience.
LUIS MThe app is complicated. Van was returned on time but I was not able to self return. I was charged for having the van the next day. I returned it on time.

Mesly CMaintenance on vehicle was horrible. Warning tire lights were on. One of the headlights were out - had to drive with the brights on and the lock on the back; would not close properly. Was very dissatisfied. The best part. After paying for the extra insurance, I was told that if road-side assistance was needed, get comfortable - no help until the following day. Unacceptable. This was told to me after I paid and signed the contract.

JOYCE LHorrible staff. Extremely incompetent. RUDE is an understatement. I wouldn’t expect such low class people from a well established company like UHaul. We are very disappointed and will never return to this location.
JOSEPH VWhile in Miami, I made several trips to this location to purchase packing materials. My experience each time was subpar!! While the helpful employee there was in the minority, most were indifferent to my presence as a customer. Walking into the store, I received no greeting and walking up to the counter, the same! I purposefully waited at the counter without speaking; I wanted to see how long it took one of your employees to say, “May I help you?” You need a “manager” there and if you have one, s/he needs training in customer service. On the day I picked up the trailer, there was severe dysfunction between the woman at the front desk and lot attendant. They were not communicating with each other and appeared to be angry - not something for your customers to see!! You need to send someone from middle management to observe this operation.

OMAR BI rented an 8 foot enclosed trailer… There was something wrong with the left front tire, which caused it to wobble and shake not only the trailer and my truck at low speeds. I called the U-Haul store in North Miami and was told I could not drop this trailer off at my final destination. I was also told I needed to return the trailer to its original location.this made no sense due to. It was a hazard to myself and other drivers on the highway. I am not sure I would use U-Haul again.

Henkie IAfter I received my projected and printed contract, I was told by higher management I couldn't waiver the insurance, and a $25 insurance fee was mandatory. Very sneaky, and probably untrue. Beware the lie of $19.95 .
