The staff was kind and helpful, the truck I rented was in decent condition in many ways . But the shocks were Horrendous. I am pregnant and was in pain while traveling due to the constant aggressive bouncing and rocking .

There was only one person working when we picked up the truck so it took us 40 minutes to get the truck. It had a dirty diaper and trash in the cab so it was not checked when it was returned by the previous renter. When we returned it, we were told we needed to clean it which we refused to do. The next day I got 8 calls from uhaul. When I called back, they said a note on my contract said the truck had not been returned. The truck was returned the day before as scheduled. I will never use this location again!!

There needs to be more people on staff to help with customers. The wait is too long but the staff is very courteous. When the trucks are cleaned they need to be deodorize what air fresheners. The wet smell stays inside the truck.

You have a online check in. So not worth it. My reservation was for 10 am and I was there at 9:37 am, I did an online check in and got to the counter finally at 10:11 am because the line was out the door and he did a complete check in with everything I had already done even though I told him. He stated it's required. I hate that this is our only large location on that side because it has gotten worse. You would think with technology we could do better. I was finally hooked up to my cargo trailer at 10:45am.

Start having the employee do a s3xond check on the vehicle mileage and gas. Beside just the app. I lost money twice

Was sent to this location because the uhaul on red bluff in Pasadena did have the equipment that we had reserved. Did not get a phone call we were told no equipment when we showed up. The uhaul in Pasadena sucks and does not tell the truth

When you’re doing business speak in a manner were your customer can understand you, I should’ve had to keep asking you to repeat yourself, secondly it’s not a race take your time, the whole process was 2 minutes and now that I’m turning it in m price has doubled, also no paperwork was printed out and you rushed the whole process until I didn’t get any information that I’m getting now from a manager who doesn’t care or care to correct the problem at all. No thank you I will take my business elsewhere.

Always helpful ready to tend to all your needs having to do with moving rental equip and trailers great service, acknowledge you when they are swamped let you know you are a customer and glad you are there. When I picked it up the people took care of business but were not friendly, looked as if been sucking on lemons. When dropped of the guy stood there texting on his phone while I ask him to remove trailer. Keep on texting. Will NEVER trade there again. These people will give Uhaul a bad name

The vehicle that I rented was dirty and didn't have any fuel. The windshield must have just been replaced because it had tape on each side.

I was overcharged for overnight drop off, which was inaccurate as i had picked up at 1 pm and dropped off at 330 pm, my drop off cut off was 8pm. They forgot to check in my equipment at drop off even though they told me it fine for me to leave. Called customer service who sent an email to the manager in regards to being billed in error, no response or call as of yet. My bill needs to be fixed.

It's in a good location but the staff upon picking up the vehicle was not friendly and rude, upon returning the vehicle the guy was professional. Its important to make customers feel like them being there and needing your services is appreciated. But if you act as if you don't want to work there and in a bad mood is not acceptable.

don't understand why you do not get a refund for returning the truck a day early. You make us pay for an extra day so why do we not get refunded for returning early well even half would work ..

Maybe have more than one person in the store. But I understand if it's not busy enough two employees two workers during a shift. That was my only issue having to wait for the sales rep to complete the transaction with the customer ahead of me. But all in all he did a great job. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Two brothers operating location are unprofessional as hell. Rented a pickup and auto transport for four hours. Near the four hour mark they called me five times to see how much longer I would be. Seems they promised the auto transport to another customer for pickup an hour before I said I would have it back. Upon returning the trailer I was asked, “Where have you been? We have been waiting. You were supposed to be here 20 minutes ago.” Highly unprofessional and I damn sure won’t rent from that location again. To hell with those two pissants.

The equipment was fine but the pick up process was very disappointing, again. I arrived to pick up the requested equipment and it was not yet assigned to my 24/7 reservation. The manager didn't open the doors until nearly 07:30 and assign the equipment. Seemed like a lengthy process for what should have been no wait. Suggest the manager change the hours of operation to when he actually opens the door. He stated first reservation was a not until 07:30 but on both uhaul website and signage on location state 07:00. This delay turned what should have been a 45 minute drive to 2 hours, wasting my time and fuel in the truck. This it the second and last time I will visit that location. I will not be renting from the Northshore operation again.

First,i scheduled a uhaul a month in advance to pickup from the local uhaul in League City. I gave Uhaul a month and you advised me the day before pickup that there wasn't a truck available at my designated location and scheduled a pickup 30 miles away. The truck ran fine. Windshield was very dirty and the fuel level was at 1/8 tank. LESS than a quarter of a tank. I had to go straight to the store to fuel up because there was no way I could have made it home. I returned with half a tank. The dolly was horrible. The left fender well was being held together with zip ties. They came loose while driving and kept flopping around. I stopped and bought a bungee cord to secure the rest of the way. The ratchets were old and rusty. I honestly felt I gave it back to you in better shape than you rented it to me. Not a happy experience for me. Sorry.
