The equipment was fine but the pick up process was very disappointing, again. I arrived to pick up the requested equipment and it was not yet assigned to my 24/7 reservation. The manager didn't open the doors until nearly 07:30 and assign the equipment. Seemed like a lengthy process for what should have been no wait. Suggest the manager change the hours of operation to when he actually opens the door. He stated first reservation was a not until 07:30 but on both uhaul website and signage on location state 07:00. This delay turned what should have been a 45 minute drive to 2 hours, wasting my time and fuel in the truck. This it the second and last time I will visit that location. I will not be renting from the Northshore operation again.

First,i scheduled a uhaul a month in advance to pickup from the local uhaul in League City. I gave Uhaul a month and you advised me the day before pickup that there wasn't a truck available at my designated location and scheduled a pickup 30 miles away. The truck ran fine. Windshield was very dirty and the fuel level was at 1/8 tank. LESS than a quarter of a tank. I had to go straight to the store to fuel up because there was no way I could have made it home. I returned with half a tank. The dolly was horrible. The left fender well was being held together with zip ties. They came loose while driving and kept flopping around. I stopped and bought a bungee cord to secure the rest of the way. The ratchets were old and rusty. I honestly felt I gave it back to you in better shape than you rented it to me. Not a happy experience for me. Sorry.

Problem with AC, worked fine just after leaving location, due to time restraints was unable to return and exchange. Houston, Texas weather mid to upper 90’s degree plus heat index, 10%z. HOT HOT HOT. Not too far from turning back in then the AC starts, stops, starts, must be a shirt or bad sensor. I reported this to the U-Haul representative that checked me. Would like to request some compensation for my inconvenience please.
