The Truck Have Cigarette Ashes in the ash tray I noticed that 40 mins later because I'm asthmatic and have allergies, nothing wrong with that, just for the next costumer be sure to take a look of that, and in the grandma's attic one box get wet and damage some clothes.Robinson M.
I rented a 10' box truck and when I picked it up the check engine light was on; after about 10 miles the truck began shaking and wouldn't accelerate. It wouldn't go passed 35 then 30 then 25... waited over 90 mins for roadside assistance and they never showed. Had a mechanic come out passed midnight and had to be charged to fix the truck to get it to the drop off location. I wasn't able to unload my items where it needed to be and instead had the mechanic load it into his truck while I dropped off the rental. Very frustrating. Hope to receive some sort of compensation for this frustrating and ridiculous matter. Very disappointed with uhaul.Stephane C.

Uhaul could improve on customer experience by making sure everyone having the same knowledge of company policy. I was told one thing on the phone(that I could hold the reservation on my VISA card but pay in cash upon return , when I went to pick up the truck up the guy told me again I would be held on my card but I could pay in cash upon return of the truck. When I got back with the truck some little cocky guy told me I could not pay cash and that you all didn't even accept cash it must be paid with the card that held the reservation. Well I had to leave the location and go put money in that account. All that could have been avoided. It started with the lady on the phone. Just get EVERYBODY on the same pageLERVIE EMANUEL B.
