VICTOR EIt let me book the U-Haul online for 3 hours but they said it needed to be returned at 2 because they close at 7. I told them it shouldn’t have allowed me to rent it until 8. They said if it wasn’t returned by 7 I had to pay to keep it until the morning.

JUAN GMy original reservation was for the Uhaul location at Crosby-Lynchburg, 12012 Crosby Lynchburg Rd., Crosby, TX 77532. When I arrived at my reservation time of 5:00 PM they were closed even though their hours were posted as closing at 8:00 PM. I called BOTH numbers listed with no answer. Left messages with NO CALL BACK. I had to drive an extra 45 minutes with severe weather coming in. BY the time I arrived at the Northshore location we were under a tornado watch. The FAILURE of the Uhaul location in Crosby put my safety in danger. This is UNACCEPTABLE and I will NEVER use Uhaul again and will NOT recommend them. In fact I would like to see their franchise pulled.

ALONA TNothing that I could see. Sydney was great had great customer service skills very helpful had bad experiences in the past with my storage and I said I would never use U-Haul no more . After the great experience I had with Sydney I will reconsider Unhaul.

THOMAS ODont lie to people. I asked a worker what could I do if I needed the U haul truck for 1 more hour and she said it was okay, as long as I returned it before they closed the store. That was a lie. I still got charged. Then I noticed I only used the truck 19 miles and got charged for 35 miles. I dont mind paying fees if I have to. But why lie? Last time ill use U Haul.

DAYSI MThe only issue was the didn’t tell me a had a mileage fee until I arrived to pick up my U-Haul!!! I was pissed. That took up an hour to take care of!! I had to call a customer service agent! On hold forever! Please tell people that before they make a reservation! Not ok.

JEREMIAH APlease do not leave your car in that location. They broke into my truck. The company not compensating me for it. They have cameras on the premises. They could’ve easily found out who did it. They don’t care please do not rent from these people not at this location

LATRINA CWhen I signed the paper that says the level of fuel on the truck it said 3/4 of fuel, then when I got in the truck I didn’t pay attention to the field gauge to make sure if the fuel level was the same as the paper until I was driving on the freeway, and it was actually less than half tank not 3/4, that’s a big difference and’s hard to make a mistake from less than half to 3/4 of a tank unless the person responsible for filling up the paperwork does it on purpose

BRIANA SU-Haul service was fast rented one way from Houston to Boston for my daughter after she rented with another company and gave her an old truck with transmission problems. U-Haul to the rescue
LUIS CThe lady was rude and seemed to purposely take a longer time than necessary. One even stood at the door watching the other employee doing nothing for 10 mins. Attitude was not friendly and she waited until I came to that location and paid to say I can’t return the truck after hours. Also switched my truck to worst truck on the lot. Lots of damage to driver side, stirring column need repair, transmission slipping and light doesn’t go off. I’m familiar with all employees at this location and she seems to have a since of entitlement every time I’ve dealt with her. I’ve called but I would like the manager to reach out to me
