Great service all the way through the process
The truck was given to me with less than 1/2 tank of gas. It's hard to estimate how much gas to fill up when returning. Seems like a corner-cutting move to put more expense on the customer.
I made sure it was returned on a full tank, even though I was supposed to return it at 3/4, and the receipt said 3/4 after I returned it. So, maybe put that it was full next time?
Nothing you guys took care of me and i was very satisfied with the service and the guy who helped me made sure every thing worked before we left thanks for the good service
I was overcharged. I called and spent 45 min on the phone with 3 different representatives and no one fixed the problem. I'm pissed!
The morning staff were horrible. The man and woman were outside smoking and seemed irritated that we showed up for our already checked in appointment - told us to park and went inside. We waited and finally went in- with a lot of attitude the woman said I told you to come in. Rude throughout and didn't instruct us how to use the trailer - just walked away after they hooked it up to our car. She is the exception in my experience but seemed to be training the man - and that's not someone I would want to model my new staff after. To top everything off neither wore a mask the entire time.

1. Don't advertise a daily rate (painted on the vehicle) of $29, when its actually $79. 2. Rental staff had zero personal skills, bordering on rude. 3. Vehicle still had food in it from previous renters. 4. Exterior of vehicle was dirty. 4.

There was some kind of chemical used in the truck that made my friend deathly ill. He had an allergic reaction and still has not gotten over it. He cannot breathe or keep food down. You might check what type of chemical you are using maybe as a disinfectant or cleaner, armourall. This is very serious and he is unable to go to the hospital because he has no insurance.I am hoping it will go away shortly as he has not driven the truck since Monday.

Anthony Byland helped us when picking up and dropping off our truck. He, along with every other staff member we encountered, was very nice, efficient and friendly.

Communication with the rental facility is absolutely terrible. In my reservation I requested 3 dozen furniture pads and did not request a hand truck. I picked up the truck and drove it home to find 6 furniture pads and a hand truck that was attached to the truck, and if I removed the hand truck I would be charged. The Uhaul representative neglected to tell me that they were out of furniture pads and that they had been removed from my reservation. I specifically did not want a hand truck because I already have multiple and this one was simply in my way and blocked precious space in the truck. I tried calling the Uhaul location that I rented the truck from to ask where the furniture pads were but was routed to a central calling facility and put on hold for about 25 mins. After finally speaking to a human, I was told that they would try to figure out what the deal was, then I was put on hold for another 10 minutes before I was hung up on. I tried calling again and waited on hold for another 15 minutes before giving up and going back to the Uhaul location. That's how I found out there were no more furniture pads left. Communication with the rental facility should not be this hard. I shouldn't have to waste my time on hold only to be hung up on and have to waste even more time driving back to Uhaul to get things figured out. The phone number listed on my contract should connect me directly to the store where I rented as it says and this should have been resolved in a 1 minute phone call. I should only be connected to a central call center if the location is closed which it was not.
The equipment wasn't clean. Didn't have the drop off location on file that I have used before
Encourage the staff to be more friendly when picking up the uhaul. The person helping me made me feel like my questions were stupid and inconvenient and like she was in a rush.
Tell them to check their gas tant. I got shafted. Very poor customer service. Makala very very cocky and rude.
Take pictures of the exterior of the vehicle and walk around it with the customer before they drive off. I was charged $150 for damage to a rear bumper which I did not cause. It's unfair and a rip off. Also tell customers how best to see out the back. The visibility makes those vans unsafe. I will never recommend uhaul for that reason. The black grate should have a hinge on it so customers can drop it down if they choose. I had a flat tire. Enterprise didn't answer their phone. That's why I went to uhaul. After this episode, if I have a flat tire, I will do something different. Last, the stores systems were down. They couldn't rent vehicles. That makes uhaul an undependable option.

Sign on the front door said that every customer had to wear a face mask. Two of the three employees in the store were not wearing masks. Double standard. Its people like this that are ruining my chances of getting a normal life again.
They are great loved the service and id reffer any one to them the place is real clean keep up good work thanks.
Terminate the employment of the female employee who commented to me that “she didn't have to rent to me at all†when I openly complained that the vehicle I rented online was not there to be rented and I could either drive 10 miles to a different Uhaul or just be happy with a box truck. She is essentially the face of unhappiness and misery. However she seemingly took great pleasure in saying “Look, I don't even have to rent to you at all.†Keep in mind She represents Uhaul, she speaks for you, customers interpret what she says as coming from Uhaul.
We rented the uhaul a week ago for 24 hours. Then today we were randomly charged $26 and we have no clue why. I will be calling them tomorrow.
I've been sitting on hold for 40 minutes with this location. It's always empty so I'm not sure what is taking so long, but I was double charged and am frustrated from sitting on hold. Everything else was fine but this service warrants a 1 star review.
When I went to pickup my truck, the gal behind the counter was very unhelpful. She just gave me my keys and said the truck was outside, never offered to take me there. I went outside to find it but had to go back in and ask for help and she just pointed and that was it.

I go 10 miles out of my way to rent my trucks here and need one at least twice a month there's not enough space here to describe the excellent customer care at this location
Staff was competent, but they tried to charge me for not folding moving blankets. I have rented many uhauls over my life and had not experienced that. Seemed like maybe they were trying to get out of having to do that or trying to make some extra money. Made the experience not great.

We initially reserved the truck at the Biltmore location on 26th and Indian School for 11:30. We waited an hour and were told they didn't have a 26 foot truck that we would have to drive out of our way the opposite location to the Scottsdale location to get the truck. This was a huge inconvenience as it was farther and was more mileage for us to pay not to mention our movers were coming at 1:30 so we had to rush to make it on time.
Check the equipment before the rental.
You are never called me to confirm my reservation and my reservation was canceled so I had to book a new reservation the morning of making for a very disappointing experience

The females who work the front desk and do the drop off check are the rudest people. They act like you are bothering them by coming in. This the second time i used this location, same front desk female, and rude as always. I dont know why uhaul keeps sending me surveys, you dont do anything to improve. Attitude reflects leadership. Your CEO must be a real special one.

Nice check in and check out...Covid has made the check in process a challenge so the CC machine didn't work properly but the attendant seemed to be used to it and handled it quickly
