The location was all right, but leaving the truck at night proved very problematic because of the terrible online interface bugs and powerless online customer service.Ryan N.
Equipment was clean but definitely needs better maintenance. Whenever I touched the brakes the truck wanted to pull to the side. Shocks or tires need maintenance, Whenever I hit a bump the truck wanted to pull me to the side and was hard to keep straight. People were great though!Christopher G.

I had scheduled for the truck to be picked up close to my son's apartment however, Uhaul changed that to the polar opposite side of Phx/Scottsdale metro area. It took me 40 min to get there vs 5 for the scheduled site. Because of that I could not get ride and had to do the paperwork and come back @ the end of the day all in all 2+ hours was added to my pick up experience .CHARLES S.

upon returning the uhaul back to the location, prior to the deadline of 7pm, the staff asked me to put the keys in the dropbox by the door , which I did. The next morning I had another charge on my card for roughly $50 . I called the location, a manager I'm assuming was out on the phone, and she rudely said "just because you roll in at 7 doesn't mean you are on time.." I was in before 7, it was your staff that told me to put the keys in the dropbox. To be charged for another day because your staff didn't want to process my return is wrong, I should not be penalized for their laziness brian reilly 623-666-3000Brian R.

The gentleman that checked me in also has checked me in before. He is very personable and efficient. He is NOT a robot! He has a personality that is very nice and personable! Give him a raise to keep him! You offer a $100 sign on bonus for a new personâ€¦ give him$500 to keep this great ambassador! I can only describe him as having many hoop earrings in his ears. The assistant manager Justin was extremely helpful and professional even on a busy day with lots of people coming in and out of the store. He made sure I had the right equipment at the right time and both he and the telephone support person were very accommodating when I had to change my reservation. I had a very good experience with him and would highly recommend.Caitlin C.
Absolutely unacceptable. They double charged me for a one day rental. The uhaul had a cracked rear view mirror, which is technically against the law to drive a large vehicle like that on public roads and freeways. I told the lady that was working there and she said don't worry about it they need to fix it. They also gave me the rental truck with the gas tank almost empty. They also said it's the customerâ€˜s responsibility to fill it up with gas when they first get the U-Haul. I called corporate and told them what they said to me and corporate said that is unacceptable behavior. This place is trashier than the worst Walmart. Take your business elsewhere.Christopher R.
