I was overcharged by $39 for mileage. After returning the U-Haul truck the meter reading that they entered into the receipt is completely different from the image I took. I reached out to customer service since I returned the truck after business hours. The customer service rep had me email her the photo I took of the odometer. She said it would take 48hrs for the review. The resolution? They can’t prove that the odometer image is of their truck. I’ll be leaving a Google review and will never rent from this location ever again.

NORMAN SI have used U-Haul so many times. This was the worst experience; my company moves me a lot. U-Haul changed my location for truck pick and to pick up auto transporter at a different location which took me 15 miles out of my way. They did not have the truck I reserved therefor I was stuck with a larger truck costing me more money in gas. Then U-Haul changes my location for the auto transporter drop off that took me 14 miles out of my way once I arrived to Arizona.

DONALD B1. After a huge amount of work stuffing my 6x12 with the same stuff I hauled 1,900 miles previously the door would not close. Stopped 2' from the bottom. 2. After 10 minutes on hold I got hung up on for roadside assistance I called back and got hung up on again. 3. I saw that no items were going to fall out and I risked being pulled over by the PD but I drove to the same location I just picked it up at. They said the cable was screwed up they pushed the door closed two men and I was able to get it locked. They told me go back to my hotel in Phoenix and call roadside assistance That's where the nightmare started. 27 minutes on hold starts connecting hung up. 10 minutes on hold connecting hung up. Finally via texting they say the repair person will be there in an hour and I'd already been waiting 40 minutes. This guy shows up with his girlfriend or wife in a nice SUV dressed like he's going to the mall and right away says yeah I can't fix the cable could you fix a tire No I can't fix the tire either well what do you do I'm a mobile mechanic. Wasn't much of a mechanic didn't look like it didn't drive a vehicle that looked like it didn't seem to have any tools. 4. Thank goodness I got Courtney on the phone in South Carolina promote her give her a bonus give her My thanks. She told me she works there 5 years and she assured me that when the mechanic guy shows up he'll be able to fix it but that wasn't correct because as I told you he couldn't. But she stuck with it and she got me another mechanic guy and the second guy fixed it no problem was a super nice guy but whoever that first guy was in my opinion U-Haul shouldn't use that guy anymore. If it wasn't for Courtney I'd have had to drive all the way to California with it locked shut and not be able to make the two stops I did opening and closing it along the way and then I would have had a call roadside in California because I had to definitely open it unload close it and go somewhere else. The mechanic told me that the door had was very old and it hadn't been maintenanced you could tell by looking at it The previous two U-Haul trailers I had before that didn't look like this one. 5. I've been running U-Hauls all my adult life x number of years ago getting your location changed the day before your move was not really a thing not that I remember now it happens just about every single time.
CLIFFORD MThey called the morning of the move and they didn’t have the truck available that we had reserved and then when my husband got there to pick up the truck, then they said they were out of moving blankets that we had also reserved and so it would’ve been nice to have known that before, so we could’ve made other arrangements. Also as far as I know, we have not received the code that I need to give to the guys that helped us move that I scheduled through this U-Haul location site.

Stephen NI have no improvement recommendations for this location. The representative was courteous and attentive upon my arrival, answered all questions that I had, assisted me through the automated process of the contract, directed me to my equipment, and was very clear on return instructions after close of business.

Michael LI pulled up as one employee was receiving his delivered meal (np they gotta eat). Two other employees were having an extended conference ahead of me in the return drive. Npbody even acknowledaged me to say "be there in a minute." Finally the truck pulled away and I pulled up. The guy didn't even greet me, just started inspecting the trailer. Would have been so easy to have made it a more pleasant transaction.

I had to run to Lowe’s and buy some the day of and show up to the facility to lock it. Other than this, everything was perfect. Some of my furniture was damaged - I’m not sure if this is my fault for the packing ? But I hired movers. If there is a process to engage this that would be good to know.
Eledy VMuch farther location than I anticipated. It took me two hours to pick up the trailer and return home…I passed at least one U-Haul dealer on the way.
