The guy at the front who we spoke with to rent trailer, was not helpful. In fact he acted like he could care less if we had questions. The young man in the parking lot was helpful and did answer my questions. He should have been at the front when customers come in, very helpful. I will not rent from this location in the future.

MIGUEL CI’m giving this a low rating due to the staff at this location who could not be bothered to help with the basics of check in and were just all around unpleasant to deal with. I’d go elsewhere if you need to rent something unless you want to be treated with indifference or with mild contempt as part of your rental. Also, if you have questions definitely don’t call, no one will answer the phone.

Luis MThe facility wasn’t busy but there was nobody around. The truck I rented smelled so horrible. The door would not close all the way. There was no windshield wiper fluid and it was too tall to reach to clean the windshield. The truck struggled to switch gears. It felt like there was no power steering. The app to return was faulty. I got charged extra because the app only works while you’re in the vehicle and you get booted out of the app when you leave the vehicle and can’t get back in. Very frustrating!

MARK SThe process and service at this location is consistently awful. I’ve used this location twice now, and each time has been the worst experience I’ve had with U-Haul. The first using the self service pick up and the system not being able to verify my photo or drivers license on the mobile program. So I then needed to go inside where it seemed like they needed to create and entirely new reservation for some reason, rather than just finishing the process for the one I had. This time, to avoid having issues with the mobile program, I chose in store pick up. Bad choice. This time their system was down apparently and they needed to process everything off line. I was there for my 8am reservation, did not actually get into the vehicle until 9am. Just standing around waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting. I’m not sure what needs to happen here, but I do not plan on ever returning to this location.

James BI bought locks from U-Haul and put it on my container. They took my lock off and put one on with a code and I couldn’t get in. My original locks which I have picture of before it shipped were gone and the keys didn’t work. They didn’t give me a full 24 hrs to unload. Told me I would have to call a locksmith to be able to get into my container. Told me they would reimburse me and I never heard back from them even though I filed a report

Jennifer EPlease contact me. I want to dispute charges to me. While I was at a job, you had the truck towed that I was renting for the project. Once I tracked it down they said it was a mistake. It not only jeopardised my job with my client but cost me a days work and my employees had to be paid although they could not work because all of my tools were in the truck. MATTHEW JI've rented trailers from this location before. Its a pretty quick process since I did most of the paperwork online. If I could give any recommendations to U-Haul, replace all of the safety cables on your trailers back to chains. The cables do not stay in place due to the fact the cables ae not straight. They curl up, and get caught on the hitch locks.
