Tanya LMy complaint is not with their store itself, but what happened was when we returned our rental truck and trailer that incorrectly taken down the mileage. At $.49 a mile they switched the last two numbers of the mileage charging us approximately $40 more. It was necessary. Then when we corrected it, they turned around and took out the money from the bank instead of refunding our money or refunding the difference they took out another $161 after they took out the first 180 causing an overdraw to my bank account. Then I had to pay overdraft fees for the payment of the trailer and I had a bill coming the next day and they told me that my money would not be refunded for 3 to 5 business days and then it was my bank that was holding the money which was a lie. The bank literally showed us the screen where it said that the hold of the money was on U-Haul. The professional that U-Haul showed in dealing with their own mistake was not only horrific. It caused two charges of overdraft fee from my bank, and which cost me another $70 on top of the mistake that they made, and then they didn’t even give us an apology. Offer us a discount or any other thing like that. They just kept making excuses, just vacations, and passing the book blame it on the bank. If you need anything from U-Haul and you’re gonna charge you by tomorrow, make sure you write down what the mileage is in the beginning and don’t just take their word for it and in the end make sure you take a photograph of the mileage you return it with and a picture of the gas gauge.

SHANNON BLose wire on the drivers side lights meant they were flickering most of the time. That was not the location's fault. We checked the lights together and they were working at that time.

RICHARD POverall pretty happy But trailer leaked and ruined a king mattress & box spring Car hauler lights stopped working at our halfway point but weather was pretty extreme I would use u-haul again and would recommend still Both ends had positive employees which made a big impact
