Seems to me there should be at least 2 people working the counter on a Saturday morning there was only 1 person and the wait time was long. When I came back to return the trailer the gentleman that received it and unhooked it was slow and unfriendly, I had to ask him if I needed to go inside with my paperwork. He kept me waiting while he slowly tidied up all his cones, he had no regard for my time at all.FELIX B.

I was charged twice for a 4:00 hour rental. On the phone I was quoted $24.95 for a 6X12 open trailer no ramp. on the day of pick up the price jumped to $45.95 and there was no such model without a ramp. Today Monday April 5th, my account shows two withdrawals one for $45.95 and another for $45.96. Please help me resolve this situation. To make matters worst My account is overdrawn.CARL C.

When I register online it was only chargeing me exactly $19.95 when I get to the location she told me the $19.95 was only for the rental of the truck and 99cents per mile which is wrong cause that mean it's a fortune to go anywhere far I rented from uhaul for many years and never got charged per mile when I return the truck he said I went over the miles by 70miles and have to pay$57 dollars more I already payed $40 to get the truck this is unfair and will not rent or recommend uhaul to anyone because it's unfair we are being over charged to use the vans and the advertising is false and I will be doing google reviews for uhaul also and many more sites for this company.DIANE O.

I go there all the time I have no problems as far as the equipment as far as the people at the front counter the people that work outside are a bunch no good lazy workers they expect you to do their jobGARY V.
When you a lot the mileage make sure to also disclose the pre planned route you use so consumers don't get scammed when taking a different efficient route. This is the last time I rent from Uhaul. The mileage given isn't adequate to reality. From putting fuel to driving directly to the drop off early I still get charged the scam of mileage overage. To top it off the gas mileage is as delayed as it can get making it faulty.Joel O.

Pls notify customers in advance that they're no parking space available for them. Also, make sure that your staff inform customers about the insurance that is added in the consent they sign . At least give them a heads up that there is an optional insurance without getting a surprise when the bills is presented to the customer. Last but not least , the cashier was quite rude and misleading. He had no empathy whatsoever when the customer notified . him of certain issues.SHARON H.

First day, desj kady was nice, second day when I returned the truck and I asked her why she charged me more than price agreement I had over a phone conversation with a representative , with attitude she told me she didn't know about it and anyways I had to pay in full because truck was used already , wowwwww what a great customer service!!!! When I handled key to the guy outside he got mad and gave attitude just because back door was closed and he had to open to see if it was clean.....really???? That's your job not mine!! The air conditioning didn't work. The vents didn't blow air forward. They worked intermittently. Worst of all I was never informed about the $20 charge for after hours service fee. The original man that helped us was very rude. He told me that they didn't have the trailer I reserved and the only thing to do was to call corporate. There was nothing from him that was trying to help me. However, there was the exact trailer I reserved outside and another man worked quickly to let me have it. When the original man wasn't helping a customer, he was behind the counter cursing and complaining that he didn't want to be there. Which in my opinion, was very unprofessional. The man that hooked our trailer up to the truck was very nice. He was professional and had a smile on his face.
