First they forgot to put my 2 dollys second i see that they charged me $24.50 6 gallons gas i made only 9 miles. They put estimate at the beginning 25 miles i think he didn’t even change back to 9 miles. 3 hours 9 miles zero equipment $88 that was crazy

YOEL AIf it is corporate policy to have my picture taken by a U-Haul representative, this should be clearly stated during the online rental agreement process. While I was going through the pickup process, the store rep said something to the effect that "I need your consent to take a photo" as she snapped it, with no verbal consent given. I asked if this was corporate policy, and when this took effect, as it was not the case when I last rented. Not a very customer friendly process, when she already has the driver's license photo for her record.
BRIAN CStaff members got me out of line in the building. Took my return trailer. Saved me a lot of time. Very friendly.

JUAN PI rented an appliance hand truck. It was broken. I noticed when I was about to move a 400 pound safe. The rails on the back were destroyed. I had an incredibly difficult time. This place sucks. Really screwed me. Also forced me to pay $25 for insurance. I’ve rented from uhaul for many years. NEVER AGAIN

VLADIMIR Gextorted $190 from me in order to allow me to rent today - in a prvious rental in 2024 you attempted to charge for damage that never existed on another rental - there was no damage to the vehcile, the walk thru was done in person, and i was told no damage, good to go - then 3 days later you sent a bill with fake damage added - i disputed the charges with my cc/bank, won the dispute as you could provide no proof of damage - yet almost 2 years later (today) you made me pay a fraudulent amount in order to pick up my rental !!! pure extorion, plain and simple

RAUL PI returned the truck at 8:30 in the morning before the store opened. Since the store was closed, I put the keys in the key drop box. However, I received the bill at 12:04 PM and was charged for an extra day of rental.

Edwin LI have returned the vehicle with more fuel than i picked it up with yet you charged me for 3 gallons….i drove the car for 20 miles that in itself is not even 3 gallons so you i have a picture of the fuel gauge when i returned it and it more than what is on the receipt. I request to be credited for the 3 gallon fuel charges
